Adobe XD

Hello, i know there is no so feature, but it would be great if it would be able to export the whole artboard as a .jpg or .png file in 2x 3x resolution. If anyone know how it can be done in adobe xd, please tell. i just can't increase the size at 2-3x, responsive resize works not well at all, and the resolution from exporting the artboard in png. it's not good at all, it looks terible on mockups and so on.

Stuck on Version of 29.0.32.13 of XD and have went every way in which it is documented to update it to the latest version but nothing is working. I go to creative cloud online updates - nothing available, I try to uninstall to reinstall but the uninstall for xd v29 is not working. Just sitting there when I click uninstall. When I click update from the Help menu in XD it allows me to click it then does nothing. I need to open an XD file that was built in a newer version and I cant get to the newest version of XD. Help please.

Hey guys I can't export my xd file to after effects. How can I fix it ? Please help me 

I tried to get help for this issue over chat and kept getting transferred to different people because no one could answer my question. I also searched these forums and the one post I found that seemed like it would help me fix this issue was private and I couldn't access it. Just FYI. If you have access to that post and can copy and paste it here I would appreciate it! THE ISSUEI have set one of my artboards (a splash page) as the "Home" screen and connected it to the next artboards, but when I try my prototype link on my phone, it skips that artboard and the one right after it. and starts with my login artboard. All artboards are correctly wired and selected, none are greyed out. Is there some other possible solution that I'm missing? Or is this an XD bug? If need be, can I easily transfer my prototype to a different program altogether that will actually work?

I have tried getting it to work. I followed the instructions in the Microsoft website. I also followed everything on the adobe help website. It still does not work. The icon bounces but never opens.  MacOS 10.14.6Mac Pro 5.16-Core Intel XeonRAM: 64 GB V. 30.3.12.5 works fine.

HII'm new to XD - Doing ok but I wondered if anyone can help with 2 aspects I want to do.1. I have a lot of page content - I wonder whether there is a plugin where I can create a front page with all the titles on to allow the viewer to click/tick a few titles to then enable them to retrieve those exact documents in the order they have ticked them - so no need to search for each docment. they follow each other.etc 2. I'ts hard to know if I'm doing anything wrong - app wise - I can see it on my phone but can I export this doc as a app to people to view? (I know there is cloud, just wondering if theres other routes). When I am not plugged into my mac the fonts show they are missing - despite me using the fonts in the XD system.Its this issues which I need to iron out before I proceed further. Thanks in advance of any help.

i got the "can't open xd" problem, usually it can be fixed by just reinstalling.but after the newest update, it cant be opened, it always show the splash screen and then closed automatically. my machine do meet the requirement, and i already search the solution through the same kind post but to no avail (the white screen post, cleaner tools, registry and dll ones). could anybody help me?thankyou.

Working on a mock with over 100 artboards. Moving between them, zoming and looking for desired artboard consumes very time and generate frustration.Could it be possible to make a small navigation pane with a small view of all project to move fast between aryboards? Even, some smart way to pin focus points to jump between them. 

I have not seen anything on my particular issue. How can I speed up the optimization of my file's performance when being shared via link? I notice that the app prototype that I've created does not function as an average "mobile" app would function. It seems as if certain functions in the XD file lags. I have a super-fast computer and 16gb of RAM. My internet speeds are fast as well. I've noticed people who view the link also struggle with optimization performance when trying to navigate throughout the link.

Bonjour, J'ai créé un menu avec un changement d'état en hover. Le problème est le suivant. Lorsque je survole un item du menu "animaux, jardin, eveil enfant, ésotérisme..." afin que les sous-menus s'affichent et bien le même sous-menu s'affiche pour tous les items survolés (sous-menu relatif au thème  santé- bien être soit " développement personnel, energetique, psychologie...). Peu importe où je survole sur la ligne de "santé-bien-être", j'ai toujours les mêmes sous-titres. . J'ai essayé les masques, je n'ai pas réussi. It's impossible for some people with disabilities to hold down spacebar.(Windows allows "sticky" keys for modifiers like alt, ctrl, shift, but not for spacebar).The Windows On-Screen Keyboard will also toggle the modifiers' states, but not other keys (like the spacebar). An on-screen tool for panning would be one option.Depending on your UX needs, perhaps the option where spacebar would toggle the pan-with-click state.  Or both of these options. (While you're at it, if you wouldn't mind, please inform your UX/UI people they might like to evaluate the usability of the interface by disabled people -- on-screen-keyboards are one primary tool used by many.)  Thank you very much for your wonderful work. 

While working in XD, I use the Live Preview for mobile all the time. Until recently. The live preview locked on one of my design files and wouldn't load the new file. Then when I tossed out the mobile app and redownloaded it and signed in, it now won't recognize when the device is plugged in. I just get the prompt screen. Yet, I can still get the cloud files to load and interact with those. But it's not the same. Any thoughts? Do I need to dump and reload my desktop app?  I use the Creative Cloud Sync version of XD and I'm caught up. And I run it from my MacBook Pro running 10.14.6 (Mojave) and my iPad Pro and iPhone X are all caught up on their updates. 

Ich möchte gerne die plugins erneuern, weiß aber nicht wie.Bei mir gibt es einen Konflikt mit den plugins (heufiger Programmabsturz).Habe die plugins deaktiviert und schon läuft das Programm. Aber wie erneuere ich die plugins oder bringe sie in Ordnung. 

I have grouped together a box as a background color #EFEFEF and and icon. No matter what I do to export, it will not export the background color #EFEFEF and keeps changing it to white. I've tried grouping, ungrouping and exporting seperately. I've tried exporting as both jpg and png. I even pulled it into illustrator to try to export there and it keeps changing it to white as well. Anyone have any idea why adobe will not export this color?

Hi. I would be greatful if anyone has any suggestions with this problem. I'm very new to xd. I'm using the Anima plugin.When I go to preview my 3 homepage versions, the web version's fixed header arranges to the left every time rather than staning in the middle (I have screenshots that show this). The iphone and ipad screen seem to lock the header in place fine.(Even when I duplicated the ipad version and use one as the web version instead, and delete the old one the same thing happens).The vector logo in the banner also seems squashed in the first 2 only. (not iphone).... In the design screen all looks as intended so it has me puzzled.Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I can't send the screenshots to give a better idea. Your help would be greating appreciated.Thanks

I can't updated the latest screen to my existing link. Even I have linked all my visuals @ prototype tab, but the newly added screen still greyed-out. Anyone facing the same problem?     (Images Deleted by Moderator at OPs request)

I attached a video of my issue, but the quick rundown is the following:  I have a nav item that's an icon with text next to it. I use this master nav item to build all instances of the vertical nav list.Each is stacked on the other and they are all instances of that main master nav item.These stacked nav items make up the larger overall side navigation for the application, which is a component itself.If for some reason I need to add or update any item in that list, the overrides do not cascade to all the instances in files using that main side navigation component. I did my best to explain that, but my video probably shows it much more clearly, especiall at the very end when adding the "Dog" to the nav (just for demonstration purposes).

I've had XD hang on me a few times recently and just worked out this seems to happen when you export an image from the pasteboard without an artboard. My XD version is 30.3.12.5 and my OS is macOS Catalina 10.15.5.
