Adobe XD

HELP!!! No fonts are shown in Adobe XD, google, adobe, not even the basic ones, none. In all other Adobe programs they display normally. I uninstalled XD, restarted, tryed older version, and nothing helped. I am in the middle of Coursera UX design course and I'm limited in time. Currently on XD version 56.1.12.   

Hello everyone. I hope someone has this answer.Our team started creating color palettes in XD as a library which can then be shared among other Adobe apps. I need to now export this color palette as an ASE or ACO file. However, I can't figure out how to export a color palette that is in libraries? And it doesn't even appear as I can easily export a library into swatches. I have to do them individually and read the color name info separately which is very time-consuming. My adobe cloud document my document is missing without deleting it, I want to resolve is issue its my urgent work 

I have been using Adobe Xd for a while and suddenly I can't edit anything, I had diagnosed the issue being that my computer isn't connecting to Adobe from Creative Cloud correctly, I can download files and log into Creative Cloud but its acting very wierd.When I hover over the cloud storage icon it just says "Gathering storage information..." and then fails. This is not an account issue because I can connect and edit documents just fine on my laptop.I use an ethernet connection and sometimes with a VPN.My PC specs are:AMD Ryzen 7 3800XRTX 3070 TI OC32 GB 2666Mhz RamAnd a lot of ssds

Hi, Im on the 9-month plan from Coursera for XD but I can't even see the app on my account. I am sure that I am using the right account with the plan.Please help.

I have 195 comments (specifications) on a slide in an XD document that I have been working for some time now. When I opened the link again the right panel does not display any of the comments or any of the usual UI to add a comment, it is just blank as you can see in the screenshot below. I have tried all the steps that I could find with no solution including turning comments off and then back on again. I have looked on both my mac and PC on  Edge, Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers and none of them work. I need a solution to this right away as I have a deadline and would hate to have to re-add all of these comments onto a new link which I have created and the comment UI shows just fine there since there are no comments added btw.

helloUnfortunately, the tutorials you posted are all old, and some of the tools that were in the old version of Adobe XD are not in the 2023 version.For example, I will put some of them here.And please update the training videos with the capabilities of version 2023And guide me how to use this tool which is not in version 2023 ?

Hello I have an "all aps" subscription plan for Adobe CC. Today I have realised Adobe XD is removed from my plan. There is only a button called "Try" instead of "Open" in CC apps list. Why I don't have it anymore?Thank you,Tunç

I cant find or installl adobe XD  on my account and it should be ther and when i did find a wasy around its not allowing me access because i have to little space but im running illutrator and photoshop perfectly fine  

Hello,This must be really simple, but I am new to Xd. My problem is once I use a font + style, every time after that the style option is deactivated, so if I make my title Helvertica bold, I can't make the body text Helvetica Regular.  It will show as bold and no option to change style.  Thanks !  I apreciate any helpR

I have done much more complicated items but this simple thing is escaping me. I just want an infomtion message to the user to be visible on page load, stay visible for about 5 seconds for it to be read then go away. I cannot get my brain aournd this. Any insights? Thank you.

Hi Adobe, Attaching the video file for reference will be a lot easier to understand but I'm trying to explain the whole scenario. While working on a project I usually create a design system and the XD file is used as a library by other members of my team. Since the Co-Editing feature is still in beta and not reliable (might be because of network issues) my team divides parts of a project.Recently, we've been using components and nested components extensively. When we want to combine the project let's say 5 screens from member A 5 from member B, the copying doesn't work properly.Any edits made to the components lets say the change in a text is reverted to master state when the file is artboard is pasted in the original file. please find the next points to clearly follow my process.Create a New File ACreate a master Component X (rectangle+text+icon) in File ACreate a New File BUse File A as a library for File B.Use Component X in the File B an

Is there a way to adjust the interface on XD. I just want to pull the component menu down so I can see all the states . I tried to hover my mouse over the grey line but it doesn't seem like theres a functionality?

I have a dilemma...I am wanting to create an add to cart button that when clicked 'adds' to the cart in the top right corner. I figured an efficient way to do this was to make the whole thing a component with states 1-10 (I'm guessing XD doesn't have an infinity option) and then the button when clicked gets assigned to a different state each click. The issue now is this is a long page and I would like the menu bar at the top to be a fixed position when scrolling. But because my cart icon is connected to the add to cart button at the bottom is this possible? Or do I need to try another method.  I know to create frames in XD you need to create a new artboard for each but it seems like a lot of work for just a small funtionality. If there is a better way to do this I'm all ears!   Thanks.

Hi, I am new to Adobe XD and click on "Start a new document" twice while playing around with it. I did not save these files and closed the window.  These files are now stuck and unable to open. They are shown as multiple windows but I am unable to access them nor delete them. Please let me know how to get rid of them. Thank you.   

I'm working with a big and complex system which has hundreds of screens. The artboards don't fit into a single XD file so I have to create multiple files. What is the best way to brake down the scope and organize the XD files? By functionality / by clients / by user roles...? 

Hello, I finished a project and I have many problems, when I export it using the plugin, it doesn't work. I see the page wrong, the menu stops working correctly and all the screens do not appear. That's why I can't upload the page. how can I solve it? the project is finished but I can't do anything with it.
