Adobe XD

If you try to export an artboard as PDF but you have a 3D transformed image on it (I haven't tested if the same happens with objects in general),  the image wither doesn't show at all or it shows very deformed. I had to export the artboard as a JPG first, bring it back to Xd and export again as PDF, that's the only way it worked.

Can anybody share which domains are requiered to fully access adobe xd developer prototype links to get to see the whole preview, I'm working in a company that requieres to include the domains in a whitelist for security purposes thanks in advance. 

Hi I have the Adobe XD abonement at my company. It is now shown as a starter abo and I can't update links, etc. anymore.  My company is paying for this and I need it urgently to work with my teams. 

Hi I need some help can someone tell how to prototype a website that I created with XD. I'm having a hard time prototyping my site. Is it easy to do because I don't seem be able to do it. Hello. I've been using the subscription plan for almost a year, today I changed my laptop and want to download all my apps again. But I can't seem to download Adobe XD, it says that I have to buy it, but I have active plan for Creative Cloud All apps. When I press buy, it says that I cant buy it because I already have the subscription active. Is there any way for me to download XD in the new laptop?  

Hello everyone.When I launched Creative Cloud Desktop today. I saw that there was an update to Adobe XD (v 54.0.12 available). When I tried to install it, it forces me to sign up to a paid plan. If I close this prompt, the update doesn't proceed.So I am now stuck with an outdated version of XD even though I can use the software normally if I launch it directly from the Start Menu. It still bugs me to sign up for a paid plan, but I can simply close this prompt and continue to use the software as part of the Starter Plan. I just can't update it anymore.How do I fix this? 

I am working on a wireframe and am having an issue with bringing some text in front of a bubble on a card. It worked on one card on the same screen, but I can't get the text to be in front on the other cards. I'm a beginner with XD and cannot figure out why this issue is occurring. In general using XD I've noticed that the Send Backward/Bring Forward buttons are not reliable most of the time. I usally have to make it work with Bring to Front or Send to Back, but in this case, even those buttons aren't working.

Hi All,I was just wondering in which unit the Character spacing are indicated in XD.I do know that they are not px, unlike the line spacing.Thanks for your help.

I am running Adobe XD on a Windows 11 computer (previously used win10). After update 49.0.12 I can no longer access the CC library through the library panel.I have gone through the official steps after googling the issue, but the steps do not work.I can see the libraries in CC Desktop application but as said they do not show in XD.I tried downgrading to XD version 48.0.12 and can confirm the library panel works there, but my work files cannot be opened since they were "created in a newer version of XD" forcing me to go back to the 49. if I want to work on them at all. Upon reinstalling version 49, the libaries panel stops working again. <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi, in my team, we are still using Adobe XD on a regular basis and we have a lot of XD files we still need to have access to.Next monday, we welcome a new team member but we are unable to install Adobe XD whereas we have a paid company plan and this new member will need to have access to existing XD files to work.Is there still a way to be able to make a fresh install?Thanks for your help.Regards.

I am having an issue with XD not letting me create more than one link, see image 1. I click upgrade and it takes me to a payment plan page, image 2. Then when I click on the buy now link it says I already have XD installed, image 3. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how to resolve the issue. I have an open case with Adobe by the way. 

Hi everyone, sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find an answer in my search.  My problem is this:  I always used to create content-responsive buttons in XD by grouping the two elements (text in the foreground, square/ whatever shape in the background), then selecting padding in the right hand panel. It would automatically show the exact number of pixels that the padding (e.g. "24 | 7 | 7 | 24" or something like that).  Now, when I do the same steps, it shows the number of pixels of the padding as "0 0 0 0", and if I write a different text, it does not scale the rectangle in the button group correspondingly.  I don't know what I'm doing wrong, does somebody have a solution to this? I re-watched a number of tutorials and they show it the same way, except it's working for them.  Thank you!

Hi all, I would like to share an XD cloud doc to a client's XD mobile app. The in-browser sharing isn't really good enough for them to present to investors. I want them to have the proper app-like experience on mobile. They have an Adobe account, have downloaded the app and signed in. But how do i get the cloud flow to show up in their 'Shared with you' app tab? Is this actually possible?  Many thanks

Just like everyone else i can't get Adobe XD to install, i tried to do the try and i get a 500 bad request error on the Adobe page. I picked my plan because it also included the XD starter package.It seems that Adobe is trying to take away the starter package however i'm still paying for this and it's listed as an item i get, How do i get what i'm paying for?  <Title renamed by moderator>

How can I resolve the issue with Adobe XD in my Adobe Creative Cloud plan? It seems that Adobe XD is not available with my current plan, and there are only "try" and "buy" buttons displayed. When I click on "buy," it tells me I already have Adobe Creative Cloud, so I can't proceed. I downloaded Adobe XD a few hours ago when I could install other apps, but I deleted it upon realizing it was a trial edition. Now, I'm unable to reinstall it. Where to download Adobe XD for Macb ?

Hi all, I'm new to Adobe XD and the Web Export plugin and I'm doing some tests to learn how to use it. To do this, I'm practicing with a basic page of the quick mackup plugin, the problem I'm having is that I can't export the buttons I create. The Web Export plugin exports my web page correctly, but the buttons are not clickable, it ignores them and does not export them, so what needs to be done to make the Web Export plugin also export the buttons without too much slamming of codes , since I have basic knowledge of html, css and js? Thank you very much, I hope it's possible and someone can help me. To recap:I would like to simply get the mouse click on the buttons for scrolling the page to the various sections that make it up, and it's a simple portfolio page. Hello Im trying to create a Window inside my canvas that has a scroll bar but what I'm wondering is it possible to create this and have the scroll bar scroll the correct way (Usually the scroll bar goes the opposite direction compared to whatever inside the window).  Here are some examples what I mean.  https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_custom_scrollbar.asp Here is a preview of how mine is now.  https://xd.adobe.com/view/b9597172-d156-4168-a696-4dd53463b341-ec0a/?fullscreen        2nd is it possible to set it up where a user can control the window by holding onto the bar? Also can this be done within 1 artboard vs having to setup multiple artboards? I have an all plan, but since now I can't open Adobe XD anymore. It will not let me open it from the Creative Cloud app and has a 'Try' button instead of 'Open'.what can I do?
