hello everyone, i need help from you all, i want to download starter pack for adobe xd but all my efforts in vain, can u please tell me how to download it bcz its asking for subscription charges.   <Title renamed by moderator>

I have an all plan, but since now I can't open Adobe XD anymore. It will not let me open it from the Creative Cloud app and has a 'Try' button instead of 'Open'.what can I do?

I have the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan and the list of apps includes XD. However, it will not let me open it from the Creative Cloud app and has a 'Try' button instead of 'Open'. 

Hi everyone,I can't do anything within the library section on my XD. It's written that Creative Cloud services are blocked. Please check your Firewall settings. I have allowed the app on the Firewall section and reinstalled XD. I did not update any firewall/anti-virus, I also do what is suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.htmlUnfortunately, nothing helps so far. Hi y'all, so my client wants a new website design. They hired me to design everything. The last few years they had somebody else for their website. This guy used wordpress and it still is a wordpress website.What i want to do is deleting the design from the old website and connect my new design to the already existing domain so my customers won't loose their domain.I hope you get what i am trying to ask...Does anyone know how to do that?Thanks in advance, Kev.

I have the Creative all apps plan, have been using XD to learn UX / UI.Open up creative cloud this morning and XD is there but as a 'buy now' option? I'm not about to buy again what I've already paid for through subs every month, what on earth is going on?

When using Microsoft Edge, and embedding a prototype, I keep getting the following error: In the console, I'm seeing the following error:DOMException: Failed to read the 'sessionStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied for this document.The issue is resolved when I adjust the browser's security settings from "Balanced" to "Basic," but the "Balanced" settings are the default for Edge: Is there a way to resolve this issue without having the user update their browser settings?

I have many fonts which are listed in the font dropdown, but when I select them the font is not correct, eg decorative fonts show as just plain sans-serif.Fonts are installed using Extensis Suitcase Fusion.Windows.

Hey!So I've been having trouble with adding a functional event calendar to my website design for a nonprofit. This is my first time using Adobe XD, or any web designing software for that matter, and my first time be building a website. With the being said, I'm looking for something simple. I've looked through many websites for a event calendar but can not find anything. Can someone help me, pleeeaaase!😓

I having an issue with the grid layout feature, If I try to set a right and left Margin uniformly to 40, then it switches to individual and makes one side 50 rather than 40, it will allow 39 or 45 but not 40 ( there are similar issues with other numbers but that is just an example)

Hi all, this issue has been already put on the community in the past years. But I am having very tough time to get over this. While editing a text field or making some changes with the width or height of a shape the XD gets stuck/freezes every time. Even while opening XD from creative cloud, the loading time is too much. Is it happening only on the windows version?

Hello, I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically adjust the viewport height for browser prototypes. Currently, I'm using two different types of monitors: 2560*1440 (16:9) and 2880*1800 (16:10). Each time, I need to manually change the viewport height to make it fit in properly. If there's any method to set the 'viewport height' to 'automatic' or 'adjust to browser', I'd greatly appreciate your help. Thank you!

I have a bit of text on one side of my page, when I view in Desktop Preview, it disappears. It happens sporadically. The object has "Fix Position" on but it is not below the fold. It also occurs when Fix position is off. Seems like a bug. My Xd is up-to-date. 

I have problem with time of loading screens on shared link. All screens are loading very, very slow and is not even possible to see smooth transitions, animations or any of the applied effects. And its getting worse after page 5 on my prototype is not even possible to continue with the design review. I have the latest version of XD (57.1.12) The browser I am using is Google ChromeOS Windows 10  Does anyone have simillar issue?Thanks

I'm doing UXD certificate by google but I can't access XD starter plan. when i'm clicking the link only the creative cloud installed but no Xd. I'm having big problem in the middle of my course. Please help me please.

I have Creative Cloud Abo. Adobe XD was included. Today Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop says that I need test the Adobe XD or buy abo for that product. [cursing removed]

Hello there, I'd like my students to purchase a monthly plan of Adobe Xd, but I cannot find the option anywhere. It's just available as a 'starter plan', which doensn't include all of the options available. Am I missing something here? It used to be available a while ago, students have had no problem finding the monthly plan before.  Thanks Jaleesa

Hey guys, I want to link Modals with semi transparent background as type=overlay.When doing that, the background will be set as invisible. That's really annoying, since in most use cases I really want an overlay...  Seems like a bug on xd side

Hi Everyone,   I'm sharing XD flows with my developer, and see there is an option on the bottom to "hide annotations"...   But how do I actually add annotations?  It seems like a feature built into XD but I cannot find any info on how to add...    I've attached a screnshot of the icon at the bottom of my Flow Share screen in the browser.      <Title renamed by moderator>      

I've noticed that Adobe XD mouse scroll direction is unchangeable or it doesn't follow the macOS user preferences for mouse scrolling.   At first, it might not seem a big deal but if the macOS System Preferences > Mouse > Point and click is set to "Scroll direction natural" when moving around from other Adobe Apps, e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., the behavior in XD creates a bit of stress, especially if the Scroll direction natural is checked, meaning that scroll > up zooms in, scroll down > zooms out.   A nice feature to either have it in preferences or assume the user system preferences.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I've been using Adobe XD Starter Plan for about one year. Today the app had a glitch, I searched the community looking for information, and the official recommendation from Adobe was to uninstall the app and install it again. So I uninstalled the app. Now, it's impossible to download the app again! All the information that Adobe provides is super confusing (is the Starter Plan available? Where can users download it?)I contacted support and they said that the only version of Adobe XD is paid (which is not true, I've been using the Starter Plan for free for a long time)Even when I log into my Adobe account, it says that Adobe XD Starter Plan IS INCLUDED in my current account. However, there's no information about HOW to download it. When I open my Creative Plan app, > Apps > Adobe XD > the only 2 options I see are TRY or BUY (btw both buttons give me an ERROR message when I click on them)

Hi, The Share link of my prototype works well on MacOs, but when I open it on Mobile iOS, the buttons hover, nore the tap/click interactions work, so I can't move to the next screens. When I test in my desktop opening the link in the browser and by clicking the Plahy button in the XD desktop app, everything works fine. I also shared the link to 2 different iphones, and the issue remains, so it's not just on my iphone. Please help!

The recent "Sharing restrictions for asset protection" update has caused all my previously generated Adobe XD links to be restricted.Our IT support have changed the settings to "no restrictions", and this works for my newly generated links.However all previously generated adobe xd links, which had no restrictions to begin with, cannot be accessed without an account! These links have been disseminated to stakeholders and developers and they are not able to open the links now. Which means we need to manually generate new links for all our work! This is a really really badly thought out feature for users paying for your product.Is there anyway to reinstate the same sharing restrictions of our previous adobe xd links?? PLEASE
