Adobe XD

I am having an issue with XD not letting me create more than one link, see image 1. I click upgrade and it takes me to a payment plan page, image 2. Then when I click on the buy now link it says I already have XD installed, image 3. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how to resolve the issue. I have an open case with Adobe by the way. 

Hi everyone, sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find an answer in my search.  My problem is this:  I always used to create content-responsive buttons in XD by grouping the two elements (text in the foreground, square/ whatever shape in the background), then selecting padding in the right hand panel. It would automatically show the exact number of pixels that the padding (e.g. "24 | 7 | 7 | 24" or something like that).  Now, when I do the same steps, it shows the number of pixels of the padding as "0 0 0 0", and if I write a different text, it does not scale the rectangle in the button group correspondingly.  I don't know what I'm doing wrong, does somebody have a solution to this? I re-watched a number of tutorials and they show it the same way, except it's working for them.  Thank you!

Hi all, I would like to share an XD cloud doc to a client's XD mobile app. The in-browser sharing isn't really good enough for them to present to investors. I want them to have the proper app-like experience on mobile. They have an Adobe account, have downloaded the app and signed in. But how do i get the cloud flow to show up in their 'Shared with you' app tab? Is this actually possible?  Many thanks

Just like everyone else i can't get Adobe XD to install, i tried to do the try and i get a 500 bad request error on the Adobe page. I picked my plan because it also included the XD starter package.It seems that Adobe is trying to take away the starter package however i'm still paying for this and it's listed as an item i get, How do i get what i'm paying for?  <Title renamed by moderator>

How can I resolve the issue with Adobe XD in my Adobe Creative Cloud plan? It seems that Adobe XD is not available with my current plan, and there are only "try" and "buy" buttons displayed. When I click on "buy," it tells me I already have Adobe Creative Cloud, so I can't proceed. I downloaded Adobe XD a few hours ago when I could install other apps, but I deleted it upon realizing it was a trial edition. Now, I'm unable to reinstall it. Where to download Adobe XD for Macb ?

Hi all, I'm new to Adobe XD and the Web Export plugin and I'm doing some tests to learn how to use it. To do this, I'm practicing with a basic page of the quick mackup plugin, the problem I'm having is that I can't export the buttons I create. The Web Export plugin exports my web page correctly, but the buttons are not clickable, it ignores them and does not export them, so what needs to be done to make the Web Export plugin also export the buttons without too much slamming of codes , since I have basic knowledge of html, css and js? Thank you very much, I hope it's possible and someone can help me. To recap:I would like to simply get the mouse click on the buttons for scrolling the page to the various sections that make it up, and it's a simple portfolio page. Hello Im trying to create a Window inside my canvas that has a scroll bar but what I'm wondering is it possible to create this and have the scroll bar scroll the correct way (Usually the scroll bar goes the opposite direction compared to whatever inside the window).  Here are some examples what I mean.  https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_custom_scrollbar.asp Here is a preview of how mine is now.  https://xd.adobe.com/view/b9597172-d156-4168-a696-4dd53463b341-ec0a/?fullscreen        2nd is it possible to set it up where a user can control the window by holding onto the bar? Also can this be done within 1 artboard vs having to setup multiple artboards? I have an all plan, but since now I can't open Adobe XD anymore. It will not let me open it from the Creative Cloud app and has a 'Try' button instead of 'Open'.what can I do?

I have the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan and the list of apps includes XD. However, it will not let me open it from the Creative Cloud app and has a 'Try' button instead of 'Open'. 

Hi everyone,I can't do anything within the library section on my XD. It's written that Creative Cloud services are blocked. Please check your Firewall settings. I have allowed the app on the Firewall section and reinstalled XD. Hi y'all, so my client wants a new website design. They hired me to design everything. The last few years they had somebody else for their website. This guy used wordpress and it still is a wordpress website.What i want to do is deleting the design from the old website and connect my new design to the already existing domain so my customers won't loose their domain.I hope you get what i am trying to ask...Does anyone know how to do that?Thanks in advance, Kev.

I have the Creative all apps plan, have been using XD to learn UX / UI.Open up creative cloud this morning and XD is there but as a 'buy now' option? I'm not about to buy again what I've already paid for through subs every month, what on earth is going on?

When using Microsoft Edge, and embedding a prototype, I keep getting the following error: In the console, I'm seeing the following error:DOMException: Failed to read the 'sessionStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied for this document.The issue is resolved when I adjust the browser's security settings from "Balanced" to "Basic," but the "Balanced" settings are the default for Edge: Is there a way to resolve this issue without having the user update their browser settings?

I have many fonts which are listed in the font dropdown, but when I select them the font is not correct, eg decorative fonts show as just plain sans-serif.Fonts are installed using Extensis Suitcase Fusion.Windows.

Hey!So I've been having trouble with adding a functional event calendar to my website design for a nonprofit. This is my first time using Adobe XD, or any web designing software for that matter, and my first time be building a website. With the being said, I'm looking for something simple. I've looked through many websites for a event calendar but can not find anything. Can someone help me, pleeeaaase!😓

I having an issue with the grid layout feature, If I try to set a right and left Margin uniformly to 40, then it switches to individual and makes one side 50 rather than 40, it will allow 39 or 45 but not 40 ( there are similar issues with other numbers but that is just an example)

Hi all, this issue has been already put on the community in the past years. But I am having very tough time to get over this. While editing a text field or making some changes with the width or height of a shape the XD gets stuck/freezes every time. Even while opening XD from creative cloud, the loading time is too much. Is it happening only on the windows version?

Hello, I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically adjust the viewport height for browser prototypes. Currently, I'm using two different types of monitors: 2560*1440 (16:9) and 2880*1800 (16:10). Each time, I need to manually change the viewport height to make it fit in properly. If there's any method to set the 'viewport height' to 'automatic' or 'adjust to browser', I'd greatly appreciate your help. Thank you!

I have a bit of text on one side of my page, when I view in Desktop Preview, it disappears. It happens sporadically. The object has "Fix Position" on but it is not below the fold. It also occurs when Fix position is off. Seems like a bug. My Xd is up-to-date. 

I have problem with time of loading screens on shared link. All screens are loading very, very slow and is not even possible to see smooth transitions, animations or any of the applied effects. And its getting worse after page 5 on my prototype is not even possible to continue with the design review. I have the latest version of XD (57.1.12) The browser I am using is Google ChromeOS Windows 10  Does anyone have simillar issue?Thanks

I'm doing UXD certificate by google but I can't access XD starter plan. when i'm clicking the link only the creative cloud installed but no Xd. I'm having big problem in the middle of my course. Please help me please.
