Adobe XD

Hello, I'm trying to open a document but I'm getting this: Error 5006:27. I can't find anything about  this error online. ... I opened it from 2 different devices and I get the same error. One is a mac and the other one is windows.

I'm facing an issue with a particular adobe xd file where I get this error when trying to open it. Already tried creating another user on my mac, and didn't work, tried downloading the previous versions from google drive, and didnt work, can't find them on adobe cloud... so, i'm getting desperate here. Help, please?Joana

Good day, I need advice on how to better manage my screens.When I started I created files per feature/tab. Each of those already contains an insane amount of screens. I have a master prototype in each file that is the single source of truth of what we currently have live in the system.When a change is needed or a new feature should be added to a (single or few) screen, then I copy that specific (single of few) screen out of the master copy and drag it down to the bottom of the pasteboard where I then work on it. Only this is then released to the developer to implement and only when done with development I will update my master copy.Now, this sounds like it could work BUT I end up with many of these 'in development' artboards that need to be managed as to when are they done to be merged back into the master and some of them never even get to development as changes are made to our roadmap which throws them way out to the back or even completely out.I sit in quite a situation now where I

I created two XD Files and I saved them as local documents. Then I shared these documents. Now the XD files have disappeared from my computer. I now only have the published links. I didn't delete the files. These are the only missing documents and they are the only documents that have been shared.  I need to edit the project files for these documents. There doesn't seem to be a way to do that now.  

How can I easily download Adobe XD... have a lot of trouble to easily dowload it. I think I'll go striaght to Figma !!Thks

Hello,  I'm new to Adobe XD and I'm struggeling a bit in Prototype mode. I would like to create a navigation item "About" that has a hover state, but also a toggle state, so that when I click on the item it changes color. In Prototype mode, I tried to create a wire from the navigation item "About" to the relevant artboard, but it didn't work. I figured by adding the toggle state, Adobe XD had already created a tap interaction wire and adding antother tap interaction would create a conflict.  Is it possible to create more than one tap interaction per item? Or should I just delete the toggle state? Is toggle state only meant for things like toggle switches and am I using it wrong? Also, suppose you create a button component with multiple states and you create an instance from this component.When I want to edit the text in the instance button, I have to edit each state separately. Hi there,Has anyone experienced issues when sharing a web preview of their prototypes?Even on the most basic of sites, my scrolling is laggy and elements are often slow to respond.I have decent internet speeds, and everything is up-to-date install-wise.Please help as I need to deliver the links to clients and can't have them viewing the designs so poorly.Thanks in advance.

Hi, I want to change transition from dissolve, but it is not possible. But I dont know what he means in my case? When I click Login Artboard, there is no blue line.

Hi There ...I'm working on the latest version of XD "Paid version" and the Arabic text is not showing properly on my artboard which is making my work very difficult, I need to click outside the text to view it, but when I'm writing I don't see anything!! . Hi I'm pretty new with xd and tried to share my link.I already did it a few time, but today I seem to do something wrong.I want to share my link with someone who doesn't have an Adobe account.Isn't this possible? I tried 'anyone with link' and than provided it, but as soon as the link is opened they ask for log in. What am I doing wrong?Thank you already.

Hi, I have a problem on my local XD file. I worked for a week on it and everything was fine but this morning when I open the files, it's written "error opening file (error code: 47)"all the fix here only works for cloud saved XD file, mine is on local.  Here my informations : - I use Adobe XD (57.0.12) (I tried uninstall it and used the previous one (56.112) but it didn't work.- I use a PC Windows 11 Professional- Yesterday morning I udpated the new version of Adobe XD but I worked all day on it and it worked fine.- My computer didn't crash- My colleagues tried to open the file with their Creative cloud accounts and differents machines ( MAC and PC) and they can't open it either. - I already tried to uninstall adobe XD and restart my computer.- My file was not on the cloud. Only on local. I tried to transfere it on the cloud but I can just see the homepage preview. If I try to open it or download it, it's still "error code : 47" Is there a way to save my f

Hello, I have noticed that the jpgs from XD are much blurrier than the ones from Photoshop. As text, I created a subject in XD and Photoshop and exported it exactly the same - as a 100% JPG. See photo attached. Can anyone explain to me why it causes this problem and if this will be fixed? 

Hi there,I've been noticing with XD that my library sections have been cut off.Display drivers are up to date, and I tried reinstalling the latest version of XD. Yet the problem persists. I'm finding every menu option in that menu has the text cut off. Regardless of the screen, resolution and size of the window.Using the Creative Suite on Windows 10 Pro, and the issue has been replocated on two external 1080P screens, a 4K external display, and on the Laptop's built in display.Here's another user's experience with the same issue:Library titles are cut off - Adobe Support Community - 12308681I'm wondering if there is anythign I can do to resolve this issue, or if it's something that needs to be patched?Thanks.

Hi,   I'm still running Mac Mojave 10.14.6 and the Creative Cloud app tells me there is an update for XD to 56.0.12. However, the update always fails and the log says:   FATAL: Sanity check for installation failed. Current OS version 10.14.6 doesn't satisfy OS requirements.    I'm also told that 56.1.12 is available but that it isn't compatible with my system, which makes sense.   So why does Creative Cloud offer me an update that I cannot install? Adobe XD is hit or miss for me. I am running on windows 10. Some days it will open up fine, then other days it stays frozen on the loading screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updating drivers, making space on my d drive. Nothing is working, it still has issues opening. It is only XD. All the other Adobe programs open up fine without any issues. It is super frustrating to deal with, especially when I need to get work done. Please Adobe can you fix your program.
