Adobe XD

Hello, I just get a job to design a website but I found out Adobe XD is not working. I deinstalled XD via Adobe CC app and re-installed it. I rebooted the machine and threw away the preferences. What to do? It gives the message: Adobe XD.app is corrupted and cannot be opened.   <Title renamed by moderator>

I tried to embed XD prototype into a LCMS system, using a web component feature that is used to display links inside of our pages, but received error message... "refused to connect". However, Dev tools throws the error that it is refusing to display because it is "set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'".  Can anyone help me with this please? The LCMS I am using does allow iframes and web components? The exact error message showing in inspect mode is "refused to display 'https://xd.adobe.com/' in a frame because it set 'X Frame-Options' to 'deny'.

I am trying to open XD, and it will show that it's opening for a second but then it closes, showing no further application activity. I've reinstalled, repaired, and reset the app. I also attampted to follow this tutorial: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/xd-crashes-when-launched-on-Windows.htmlIn C:\Windows\System32, there is no msvcp140.dll nor a vcruntime140.dl. Maybe this is the reason why I'm having problems? None of my other apps are affected this bug. How can I redownload these missing components, should this fix my problem?

Hello. I have a problem with opening Adobe XD. The program does not load at all. Only a window appears with the Adobe XD logo. I tried to reinstall, 4-5 times, but without results. PC on windows. Does anyone know how to solve the issue?    <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello, since this tomorrow, Adobe XD keeps crashing after i click on "new File" i see a canvas for some seconds and then it closes.I am running the newest XD Version and Windows 10.I also restarted, reinstalled and tried older Versions ofcourse. Can someone help?  Greetings

Steps to reproduce:1. Create an artboard taller than the viewport height (simulating a vertical scrolling mobile experience)2. Create a group intended for horizontal scrolling within the viewport area3. Apply the Horizontal Scroll option in the sidebar (optional: preview to ensure it's working correctly)4. Check the box for Fix Position When Scrolling As soon as I check the "Fix position when scrolling" option the horizontal scroll won't work anymore.   This has been reported here but has never been solved. https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/scroll-groups-not-working-with-fix-position-when-scrolling/m-p/13413210/page/2#M68458    

Too many spaces when saving. How can I solve this problem?

Im really struggling with XD as I have created a Web layout with icons/illustrations within the XD file (That include both Background Blur and a gradient) and when exported as individual SVG's it removes both effects from the artwork. We made an illustration on Adobe Illustrator which contain some elements with Gaussian blur. Afterwhat we export the illustration as a SVG and then import it onto Adobe XD. Once imported on an artboard and  "Mark for export" the SVG we update our shared link for developement with the Downloadable assets checked.When trying to downlaod the assets (from the shared link) there are only 2 choice available: PNG and PDF file format. SVG file format only appears as an option when we remove the Gaussian layers from the SVG.So it appears that XD have some trouble to render SVGs with Gaussian blur and thus export it.

Hi!Ive uploaded a an xd file on the cloud and i wanted to check it on my smartphone. Live preview is not working anyway but now also the cloud preview with the smartphone seems to be having a lot bugs.ive reinstalled adobe xd on my desktop as well as on my smartphone. I am using an android phone. I can see the xd file on my smartphone and when changing the name for example it is showing me the changed name and also the last update. When i want to open that file, it keeps loading and loading and loading and loading and.... "0%" => all the time.Btw: It is also not possible to create a developer link to share the assets with my developers since today. Ive created another Post for this issue as well.PLEASE HELP!I have the latest versions of adobe xd on the desktop as well as on the mobile. I am using windows 10 and all updates have been done.The adobe xd file is nearly 200mb big! Fonts installed on my PC aren't showing up in Adobe XD, how do I add them?Edit: I should clarify when I say installed I mean activated via a font manager (FontBase, NexusFont, etc.) They show up in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Hi, we use shared links to share our created content with our clients. These links are often used / stay active for months. This week, a designer left our team and his account was stopped.Now all of the links that he created during his work, stopped working and are no longer accessible by our clients. Attached error messages is displayed. Is there a way where I, or an admin, can manage all the links that have been created - transfer them to my account and reactivate them?  

For whatever reason, my Xd project is displaying incorrectly when I attempt to interact with the embedded code.
