Adobe XD

Hello everyone, tell me, there is a problem with lottie animation, it does not play when I create a test link, but everything is fine in Adobe XD itself!     <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi,I have a fixed top navigation bar which keeps changing its transparency when I'm previewing the prototype. The navigation bar is on the topmost layer in all the artboards and has the same layer name to avoid problems in auto-animate. I had also made it into a component so it is consistent in all the artboards. Could someone please suggest a fix for this? I have to record it instantly for a college project. Thanks!

I can open the latest XD v50, but whatever I create a new file or open a file, it just show the A4-like blank page. Then I can do nothing but minimize and maximize. All the menu cannot be clicked, even the close button. I have to use task manager to kill the process.I wonder why and how to resolve this problem.I recoveried Window 10 & 11 to reinstall XD, but all the same.    

If I duplicate a flow in XD (while in prototype mode) many, if not all, of the prototype wires linking components to other pages are lost. The half-assed workaround i've been using is copying the flow into a new document and then pasting it back into the working document.After years of use, I cant find an appropraite solution that doesnt require me to manually relink all components or copy and paste to new doc. Any one know a solution or is this just another XD bug that Adobe has ignored for years? 

Suddenly, I'm unable to see or export / download the logo icon from this XD prototype, even though the logo icon is visible in the preview. i am trying to invite someone to XD, however they are unable to sign up for a starter plan. it asks to start a free trial, with no starter plan options. they are currently unable to add a card for personal reasons, so they can't start a trial either. when opening the starter plan link, the creative cloud desktop app opens an error saying access is denied, and a trial must be started.how can they access the starter plan now?

Hi, when you start your free trial of Creative Cloud, you get access to a free Creative Cloud membership. But I tried a free trial and when I am supposed to get acces to the free version of XD, I can't use it anymore. Is this an error or is it not possible anymore to use the free version of XD after the 7 days trial?

Hello, I have multiple Adobe CC accounts and I need to edit an XD project. The problem is that I forgot on what account I have it on. Is there any way I can find out my account based on the link I shared with my team?

HI Community,Hope all is well.Could please help and let me know how can i prepare the XD file for translation?  The file format needed is xliff.As in figma, we do have a plugin to export it for translation but I am looking if I can do anything similar for XD.

I have this one file out of all my files that when I open it's constantly reconnecting, I can't edit or even close the file, I need to force quit it. I have tried signing out and back in, and even on a different device, but it still happens.  And this doesn't happen to my other files, just to this one. I have in this file prototype links and comments to my client, and I have no way of accessing it. See the attached photos, this is what I see one after the other, and to no end. 

Hello,When I create a design, it works and looks fine in XD. I add animations and such and want to view them in browser using "View in Browser with Anima". When I view my design in browser, it is out of proportion and different from my design. How do I fix this? Screenshots are below for reference. When I try to resize an element manually with the properties window, I have to enter the resize value 3 or 4 times to get the element to the size I need. It will transform the items in small increments... for example if an an elemnt is 304px wide, and I want it to be 302px, it will make the item 303.8, then 303.2 etc till I get to the size desired. This seems to only happen when adjusting the width of an item especially when going smaller.   Currently running XD version 55.2.12.2 arm64. MacBook Pro 16" M1. The issue was also presenting itself in the last version of XD. 

In text styles, The font names only appear if i apply font style directly.However if there are some overrides (e.g in the style heading1, I override color to green) then font style name doesn't show in inspector. Can you work on this as its critical for development  

Reluctantly i am currently being forced to use cloud documents so i can collab, however in the past day or 2, several times a day XD will load a progress bar (without any words) after which another progress bar will load saying "reconnecting" after this has happened XD will undo the last few edits i made to the document, so i am literally being forced to redo my work. We all know XD is a nightmare when it comes to collab, but this is a new low. I dont have time to redo my work because of your buggy software. There is no reason my work should be reverted or lost. I can not press “redo” because Xd is loading a version of my document from a few minutes in the past which does not contain any record of the work i just did. Short of not working in the cloud, which isnt an option as i need to collab, or moving onto Figma, what is the solution to this? 

Hey there, I am using Win 11, Xd version 55.1.12. I cannot see the Blur nor shadow options in the appearance panel. I've tried creating a new file, grouping, ungrouping, creating a component, running CC updates, restarting, you name it. I have no idea where I can find it and I need it desperately 😞 

XD's links have crashed and public links are switched to private links by themselves. While accessing the XD Link it's showing the error message ( You can’t access this link. You don’t have permission to view it. Request access or switch to another Adobe ID. ) even though the file link has been updated as Anyone with the link

Hello,I am performing a server to cloud migration for a client who is heavily using Adobe XD integration with their Jira installation. I have been unable to find any documentation on how to migrate the links from server to cloud.Is there a migration process you can point me to or assist with this in any way? I have yet to be able to even find away to identify which issues have Adobe XD links without manually checking each issue. At this point I am thinking of starting to look directly in the DB but even If I find it there I can’t seem to find a method to automate pushing the links to AdobeXD-Jira Cloud.Thanks,Dennis

Hi, on the project I work today morning, they come some changes and overwrite my project, kind of destroy it. I come back in history to my project, and come back to te 10 minutes ago a good version. But the link is not working anymore, there is no choose a link, just create a link. I need my link I use before how to get it back? On the last version, what is crashed the link works but the layouts are complely destroyed.... 

I have a font downloaded on my computer. XD wont register sizes for Regular and Bold. I think this is because the font doesn't use that naming system. It's downloaded as Roman and Medium. Why does XD try to rename them? This is only one example I've ran into. Hope we can get this bug resolved soon.  Is there anything I can do in the meantime to work around this issue?

This is a school ui project(i know my design sucks but i need to finish this project) and i am currently in some sort of bug,below is a video attached to it,basically i dont know how but after using the a button in the hover state to transfer from a art board to the second one while trying  to link the art board from the second board to the first through a default state(latest) the art board magically revert whenever i press anywhere in the screen how do you fix this i know there some function call return to previous art board but its a bit limiting when i jump from art board to different art board

Hey everyone, I just started using Adobe XD and played around with it for a bit and found that it isn't as intuitive as I would have imagined it to be. A problem I encountered was that a circle didn't move into the background of a rectangle, while a rectangle and text objects could move into the background of it. For some reason it worked, when I declared the circle as a component. Can somebody please explain to me why that is and if there is a better way? Moreover I want to address that I am missing the option to click and move around within the "work desk" environment. I tried to do so by pressing CTRL and Left Click, but it didn't work. Is there an option for that too? I also found that when I group two objects together, they are not fixed into a position and become smaller or bigger as a whole, but rather the parts move into each other. Can somebody explain the use case for that and why it isn't the default to simply become one true object when declared as a group? T
