Hello,I have a issue about glow. When I use glow in projects its seems really good. But there is really big difference between my project and export. In the project everything is fine. But the render is seems really bad..(project is 32bpc, i tried every render options, also tried using cuda/mercury, and also tried all glow options(threshold,radius,intensity))

There's a significant accessibility fault released with recent update to AE 24.0.3 on macOS Sonoma — navigation between app menus using keyboard is broken in AE: the focus is getting constantly reset to the beginning of the menu, and it's virtually impossible to reach to the needed menu item using LEFT and DOWN keyboard arrows.To illustrate it I made a screen recording (see attached).To explain what's recorded: I tried to reach to various menu items using only LEFT and DOWN arrows, and I couldn't as focus was constantly thrown back to the top. It appears there's a bug in the text direction feature after recent changes. When attempting to edit an older text object in a project, it unexpectedly writes from right to left, despite the text direction being set to left to right. Interestingly, duplicating the text layer resolves the issue, and it writes in the correct direction. I've provided a reference video for clarification. Could you please investigate this matter on your end? We've received lot of reports from our customers who utilize our animated text library product, all experiencing this issue.

Hello! I've been using AE for a few weeks and can't figure out how to smooth speed graph when animating vertices the way it happens with "roving across time" when animating position property (like I drew at 1st image)?I can do it with three keyframes by moving one at the middle higher (2nd image), but when it is more than 3 keyframes, that gap appears (3rd image).

I have just opened AE (23.1.0 Build 83) for the first time in a few months and I cannot get the 3D camera tracker to work anymore. It will track but it will not analyse, blue banner works fine, but always gives way to the red failure banner. I used to easily track even complicated clips with relative ease. Suddenly, I only get the red failure banner. I have the latest OS (Ventura 13.2) on a macbook pro m1x. I have made sure the comp setting match the clip settings. I use ProRes not h.264. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, I have tried using two previous versions all with no success. I have tried a simple 2 second clip on a tripod but still it fails. I started with trying to use the same clips I used a few month ago, nope. I have tried different resolutions. I have tried every combination of variables on the 3D camera tracker itself. Not sure what changed besided a newer version of Ae and Mac OS. Please help! I can't find anyone else suffering the same problem on any message

Does anyone know how to fix this error?  After I change my laptop, there is no "Save to cloud" button at all...There was "save to Cloud" Button before i change my laptop...How can i solve this problem...  

Hi,I'm hoping someone can help as this is doing my head in!I learned how to make some text look andwritten and made an animation which worked reasonably well. I made it in AE, exported to ME and made an animated gif. Now when I try to make a second animation a week later the final result is dithered and crap image quality. When I now re-export the original file it is also coming out rubbish quality. As far as I am aware I haven't changed a single setting but there must be a check box to tick or something, but I am going insane. I have lost count of how many times I have tried.Can anybody help?I have uploaded two different animations 

Several of my team mates have encountered an issue with After Effects ignoring the cache limit and if you don't empty the cashe it will keep filling until the hard disk is completely full and things start going wrong. We have all encountered this issue at different times and as soon as it starts doing it, it doesn't stop. So we are all having to clear the cache at every opportunity to make sure it doesn't break anything. Does anyone have a solution? I couldn't find anything about this issue on my web searches.

For some reason when i move the layer higher a part of the stroke disappears (same when i create a new one) what do i do to fix that?

This is offered for download in the Admin Console. After uninstalling them trough the "Uninstall" button by rightclicking the msi, I found Maxon Cinema 4D still sitting on my PC without even knowing it was installed with the rest of the Adobe apps before, since it's not listed in "Applications included" in the Admin Console. This is very cheeky and in my eyes very unprofessional, and I just wanted to leave this here! I have now the problem that I should be able to silent uninstall all Adobe apps for use in SCCM but I just can't, since I don't think I'm able to uninstall Maxon with the command line. Hi, I am having an issue with AE 24, windows 11.My task manager is filled with aerender.exe they are not closing automatically even though the job is done without error.

Doing the basic tutorial in AE 18.0.0.Get to the section where I'm supposed to shorten one of the layers by clicking on the right end of the layer and dragging it leftward. Super familiar with this in Premiere Pro.Using the selection tool (v), I select a layer. Then I hover over the right end of any of that layer and nothing indicates I can effect the bar.Trying to click on the right end of the bar does nothing. The two-way arrow blinks on and off and disappears. Likewise trying to click/drag the left end of any of the bars.The comp is 1 frame long. I tried several commands for zooming in and out on the timeline though it's not like premiere where you could zoom out and see the empty end of the timeline.I also changed the length of the comp to ten frames; no help.I used the ~ key make the timeline panel fill the screen.Is this a bug? I'm following the tutorial meticulously.Thanks in advance.Doug

So im having this weird "bug" or whatever it is. When im putting my resolution to "Full" and preview my animations, the program crashes. The same happens if i try to Render my composition. It feels like if my PC has to work "hard" it crashes? Its a brand new computer with the following specs:- 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF 3.00 GHz- 64,0 GB RAM- RTX 4090- 850W Power Supply- 2TB NVMe SSD- Asus Z790-A Prime Motherboard I've updated every driver, deleted cache multiple times, reinstalled After Effects, tried to turn hardware acceleration off. Hi All, Grateful for any help on the bellow please. I can't get my text to change color using a variable reference. I have tried to convert a variable which comes from another comp and text frame into something that setFillColor on a text source will accept. It keeps saying 'bad argument'. I have tried with hex values and rgb values in various formats. Here are their rotation and orientation value:After I parent the solid to the 3d null(named 'Parent'), the child's orientation value changes to keep the original  transform status. That is nothing special.But here comes the question: How can I get the result of [338.0,353.8,307.1] from [25,0,0]? Is there a formula to calculate this? I created a camera for layers in 3d and according to the tutorial you are supposed to see the camera and the guide lines for the angle but it's not there, how can i make it appear so that i can move it etc?
