I lose color when i move an image (movie included) please help!

Animate 2021 export video/media: mp4 looks terrible

I'm using version 21.0.7, and when I export my project, and Media Encoder opens, and I follow the steps I watched in a tutorial, the final product, the MP4 file, looks terrible when played. The video has very low resolution, and, even when maximized, the display area is small in the frame. I tried raising the resolution from 1280x720 to 1920x1080 in the first export window, but I didn't think that would change anything, and it didn't. I was so excited to complete my first animation, and now this. Can't one step of this learning process be easy?

Fluid Brush not working unless I turn off Windows Ink but then has no pressure sensetivity

Using a Cintique 21UXThe Fluid Brush icon appears normally in the toolbar but doesn't draw at all unless I turn windows ink off in my wacom properties. Then it draws but of course with no pressure sensetivity. Any advice?

Animate won’t let me add keyframes between keyframes. Please help!

Hello! When I try to add a keyframe between another keyframe, it won't add a keyframe. All it does is go to the next keyframe as if I simply selected the next one. It wasn't doing this problem before. My Adobe animate software and MacBook Pro laptop are both up to date. I even uninstalled Adobe animate and reinstalled it and I'm facing the same issue. This is very upsetting. What do I do? Thank you!

Copy and Paste from Ai to Animate CC no longer shows multiple layers but turns it into a mask

Hi, on a previous version of Animate CC, I was able to copy and paste a grouped layer from Ai then paste on to the Animate CC stage without any issues.  It would retain all the groupings and so forth.  Now, when I do it, it does some kind of weird mask on it.  Is this some kind of import preference that is causing this?

Animating on top of Video, Trouble exporting/putting it in premiere pro

Hello, So, In Adobe Animate, I made a animation ontop of a video i had, and when i try to export it, it gives me the "This movie uses features that are not supported in the Flash Player 32 playerScene=Scene 1, layer=Video, frame=1:WARNING: H.264 video will not be published." And so becuase of that, Ive tried to export just the animation, making the background trnsparent,  and  then syncing  it up with the video in premiere pro. However, when i attempt to sync up the animation with the video, it seems out of sync. The animation seems slower than the original video.  And if I were to check back on adobe animate, its synced there.In the screenshot, The top clip is the animation. And iots longer than the original video that im trying to sync it with. Its like it was slowed  So im pretty confused. Any help is appreciated!

Suddenly I cannot nudge images by a very minimal amount when zoomed in. Also, I cannot snap to object/grid even though they are turned on. Any thoughts?

Adobe Flash Audio Weird???

Hello, I've been searching for an answer on this but can't seem to find one. I set my audio to sync, and while the audio does play while I scroll through the timeline, the audio is completely messed up. It plays fine when I press play, and the mp3 file is just fine. I have what the audio sounds like here, no video to go with it though because my computer can't do that 💔 basically very... choppy, I guess.Video (read desc plz) ty for ur help ❤️ if you need any more information I'm happy to provide it 🙂

Can’t find looping tab, trying to auto lip sync.

I'm using the latest version of animate and once I've made all of the mouth frames into graphic symbols and imported my audio onto a different layer I try to click on my audio layer and I can not find the looping tab under properties. My workspace is the default on basic setup so nothing has been moved around or messed with. Does anyone have a fix or know what's going on?

Strange Gray Rectangles

When I select an asset often times a strange gray rectangle appears. It goes away once I click somewhere else. Although sometimes it will show up even when I'm just playing the animation (not in test mode though) What is this?

Can someone help me understand how to use the built-in preloader function in adobe animate when exporting an HTML5 file.  I have used preloaders before in Flash 8 actionscript 2, no problem.  But I want to try a preloader in a document I create in HTML5 to view in browser.  I have checked the preloader button in publish settings and even clicked on preview but I don't see anything happen.  When I run the html file in a browser, I see no preloader.  My file is not that big but certainly would be big enough for a preloader to not just speed through it so fast that I don't see anything.  So can you tell me how to preview a preloader and make sure it is working.  I assume that I upload the image folder that contains the preloader graphic(s) as well as the html file and js file (assuming they are not published as a single html file).Thank you!

Current Universal Specs for Animated Display Ads

Howdy, all. I'm wondering if there is a set of universally accepted specs for present-day animated display ads. The sizes I've been using are: 300 x 250728 x 90300 x 600320 x 100160 x 600320 x 50 Does that seem correct to everyone? Does anyone know the length of time most sites accept for animation? File size...? Any insight can help at this point. Thanks!
