Animate

Hi Adobe folks, I've got a situation where I'm building an ad campaign but the title on the page is the company name from a past campaign. I can't find where the heck in publish preferences it's telling Animate to put in a <TITLE> OLD COMPANY - 300x250 </TITLE> on that page.  Can somebody please tell me where this is done so I can keep stop/change the compiler from writing this title on the HTML page?  

Hi, I'm on an iMac running iOS 10.13.I installed Animate but when it launches the application window is stuck off screen. I can't access the link or button to get rid of the 'Hand-on tutorials' box which I think is blocking the ability to move/maximize the application window. Using a mouse I cannot click green 'maximize' circle to maximize window to screen or move the window at all. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks 

Is there a Chinese installation package or Chinese version of animate

I have a 360 ° animation frame by frame, to control it I created two button to allow to play the animation in one direction or in the other. The problem is that I haven't found a way to play an animation backwards in HTML Canvas. I tested several codes but none were functional. Would anyone have the most optimized solution for playing an animation backwards.

I can use the fluid brush tool just fine and all, all the stuff works and i can click it and use it, but the Velocity is greyed out, literally the only slider I can't use. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I have a very simple drawing of a ninja, composed of about 8 shapes. Each shape (head, body, limbs and eyes) have been converted to symbols and combined to make one 'master ninja symbol.' My intention was to create an army of differing Ninjas. I know I could go and copy and paste, break apart and change, rename all symbols and reassemble limbs, but this seems like the long way around. Is there any way I can copy the master and change color / shape etc, without altering master ninja? I hope this makes sense. File pasted below.

Hi, I'm having trouble coding with Adobe Animate since it ignores modifying the lines of code once I add new symbols in the library. I added a video to show my exact problem in the following link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1HOnDQLQQKo As this video shows, in the code editor I have the line /////console.log("inside_14");/////.However, after testing the code,  in the console panel, the output is "inside_13" (instead of "inside_14"), which is not the right result. If I delete the folder /////MyFolder////// in the library, then Animate will start saving my coding again. But I need this folder for my work. In general, every time I add a new symbol to the library results in Animate ignoring any new lines of code. I will be very grateful for any help that I can get. Thanks in advance.

I made this puppet and trying to export it without the red lines outling the limbs. How do i remove it?

Las quiero aplicar en una web hecha con wordpress y quiero que cada animación esté en páginas diferentes.Al intentar aplicarlas me da error y solo consigo que aparezca una de las animaciones.¿Cuál sería la mejor forma para conseguir que las dos animaciones no entren en conflicto? ¿Hay que exportar de alguna forma en concreto la animación?No sé si estoy haciendo algo mal desde el principio, por eso mis preguntas.¡Muchas gracias! hii made a cool floating cloud animation wich i want to add some code to change the background to day or night depending on the intern windonws clock... so for exampleif it is 06-21 o clock i want the background image to be day image 1...if the time is 21:01 -05:59 i want the background image to be night image 2....i already googled for hours but all i could find was css or javascript and im a total beginner with coding so im not sure how to use it with action script...i found alot of ways to get time and hours ( also on adobe documentation) but im not sure how to use all these codes...this  here should basically do what i want... https://www.webdeveloper.com/d/194549-loading-different-images-based-on-time-of-day i applied this code to the  global script section but when i test it inside the broswer,  it just shows me a blank screen with a broken image logo with text DJimage ..i changed all file names and path accoringly to my stuff but still doesnt work...i al

Not sure where to suggest or request a feature for Animate.. But one of the most essential tools in Illustrator and After Effects is the ability to feather a shape or a mask..I really hope this feature is included in a new release of Animate. Would be a great program, if you could just feather a mask or a shape.  Trying to replicate this feature with a gradient with opacity is awful. Please Adobe, include a mask feather and shape feather feature in future releases!! 

Hi 🙂 I'm very new to Animate - about 4 hours so far. I've created a very simple animation of a character blinking. I copied and pasted the body and face from Illustrator into one layer and then the eyes into a second layer. I created keyframes onto which I put the eyes blinking in different stages. When I click Play, the animation works perfectly. When I export to mp4, I only see the first frame with no animation. Extra details:1. When I export to GIF, the animation works perfectly.2. I think that I made the Timeline within the character. i.e. When I click outside the character, the layers in the Timeline disappear. Also, when I click on Scene 1, the layers disappear. I thought this might be the problem so I copied and pasted the layers into the Timeline. The mp4 still is static. 

I work on a 27" imac with a monitor and this amount of unused space is a frustrating drag.. i request to tighten up these borders.. the area above and below the frame rate is larger than the area of the UI. not a pixel pincher but thats a lot of space. does the close "x" button need that entire horizontal section?

Hi, I am exploring ways to automate animation with video motion capture. I worked with a Character Animator and saw that Animate could help me with the final polish parts. I do motion capture by calculating joint angles from the video and creating and sending it to the program (e.g., if person in the video moves shoulder -15 degrees, rotate shoulder -15 degrees). I created an XML file with keyframes and import rotation for the elbow. So I have the symbol for the elbow Since the transform point is in the center if the circle, I make sure that my arm don't slide away when I rotate it  But when import the XML motion it accumulates an error with each frame and arm slides out (transform point is to the left of center and go further the longer animation I import)  I tried to play around with the transformation point. If I set it to zero and just animate the test sphere or cube, I have the same result. What do I do wrong? Is there a better way? When I u

Hi,So since Adobe made changes on their backend of Friday 3rd of September all our Adobe Flash Pro CS6 users no longer have a permanet license while activing the software using their Adobe CC account.Instead when you login to activate the software it now says "29days left of Trial" and this is counting down.This is really bad for us as we still require ActionScript 2, and due to this was provided a legacy installer for Flash Pro CS6 over a year ago and has worked great until now.We are heavily into development and without this being resolved could have significant impact on our company. Adobe Chat refuse to help/assist because Flash Pro is now Legacy so I hope someone can help here.ThanksSenior Sys Admin Luke

If I change the color of an instance on the main timeline it works perfect in html5.If I change the color of an instance on the timeline of a movieclip, which is not on the main timeline - then it does not work anymore.does anybody know why? and what I can do, that it works again?thanks for a hinch

Hiya,I'm having problems resizing a specific asset in my Animate project. Sometimes when i move between keyframes with  ,  or  .  It plays the sound that play when you modiofy the windows volume. Any fixes?

Hi, I would love any advice for how to stop this annoying pop up window from coming up when drawing small strokes or shapes.  Before this menu pops up there is a small circle that comes on the screen which disappears if my stroke goes outside of the circle and makes an actual graphic stroke.  If I lift up the pen without going outside of the small circle by the pen pointer, the menu comes up. In photoshop, this menu comes up but it is not as sensitive to happening as the one in AnimateI have press and hold set to "Nothing" in the pen settings, but I'm hopeful that there is something else I can do to stop this from happeningThank you!

I recently got back into adobe animate and I can't find the filter option. As originally seen, it would be in the Properties panel and under the frame tab. However it isn't there. My workspace is basic, so I haven't changed  anything at all. 

Hello, i was wondering how I can get an older version of animate, the most recent one lags my computer a bunch and I remember using either Flash Professional CC or Flash CS6, if possible i'd like to return to using flash professional CC, i just particularly like the layout and how things were processed differently, if anyone knows the answer to this please help me!
