Animate

So animating and I'm trying to use the multiple frame edit tool so I can grab all my pencil markins and it's not working for some reason? I could of sworn I've done this before and it worked just fine? This is what it looks likeI tried making the selection big and small, and it just selects the pencil lines on one frame and erm, if I had to go through all frames and get the pencil lines I will be really heart broken. So is there even a way or command I can do to get rid of all the pencil lines or something if I'm not supposed to use multiple frame editor or whatever?

Hi I've been experiencing a problem with 3D rotation tool, when I rotate the image it rotates even further than it is when I let go of the mouse   

There is a problem with the 3D rotation tool where it would change to completely different placement than the precise angle I leave it on     

My first question is: Do you think people will still create desktop app/animation with Animate in AS3 regarding what's happend with Flash and Air ?And my second question is what is the difference (and what is the best way) between Exporting in Air or Windows/Mac Projector ?I have difficulties to find some clear infos. Many thanks.Philippe

Greetings. I have got a problem with my Adobe Animate 19.0. Recently I was just testing it to learn how everything works but the brush tool does not allow me to draw. It erases the last edit. Here is an example.

Hey Guys,  I am new to Adobe Animate as of last week and I have been learning steps at a time. I have buttons for play, pause, and stop. But when I click them they don't make a sound.  I'm trying to create a mechanic where Spacebar is pressed down, a sound will play. The sound will continue to play while the spacebar is down. The sound should stop when the spacebar is not pressed. The problem I'm having is that when the spacebar is held down another instance of the audio will play over the existing one. Causing an overlapping and additional audio file being played. Help? //Spacebar down window.addEventListener("keydown", function(e){ this.instance = createjs.Sound.play("Long"); });  //Spacebar upThe audio file will stop if it's held down for a short period of time. If the spacebar is continuously being held, another instance of the audio starts playing. window.addEventListener("keyup", function(e){ this.instance.stop(); });

I want to make an animation with audio. However, when I import the audio into my library and onto my timeline the audio will only play when played on the first frame and not when played on any other frame. The old solution to this was to set event to stream, but it seems Animate has been updated as I can no longer find a way to do this. Any help would be appreciated. 

I'm trying to learn the soundJS in order to add an effect on loading a frame. I recently got a new laptop and have been trying to access my previous project but on the creative cloud app the preview of the project is a generic page icon and opens to a blank animate page. When trying from the online Creative Cloud the project icon is an exclamation point and says "unable to load". It's saved under "your work" in my Library, but I really dont know how to open the file or how to fix it because I am still new. Any help would be much appreciated!!

I have an animated project that focuses a lot on loops, So I have the bodies animated, and a lip sync inside the head symbol. The only thing with that is that if the head is inside the loop, the lip sync frames never come in. Is there a way to keep the lip sync connected to the loop, so that it moves with everything else? Thank you in advance.

It's been a while but I used to develop flash/AS animations.  I'm trying to get back into the business using Adobe Animate and HTML5.  One of my go to starting points was Flashkit.com for buttons, movie clips, etc.  Is there a replacement repository for these kinds of resources as Flashkit doesn't look like it's been maintained?Thanks

I am going crazy for some time over this: I use Adobe since 1996.. And since CC2021 when i want to open a file i can not sort on MODIFICATION DATE anymore unless i choose for 'Group view', but that Group view  is a very annoying way to find my files...What is left is the DATE ADDED, but this is not handy at all....Does anyone know how to get the normal veiwing mode back? This is by the way an overall problem in all Adobe apps since CC 2021, and i cannot find out why they choose for this view options.. I really hope someone can help me with this... Thanks so much...

Hi,When I select my brush tool under the - Properties - Tool - Colour & Style, there is only fill and opacity options. I have watched many youtube videos where they change there brush style by going in to the library and double clicking the option they want (e.g Artistic - Ink). I have tried this but for some reason only my "Line tool" has the option to change the style to the option I click in the library. Can someone help me please as my bruch tool does not have the style option.  FYI - I have tried both brush types and neither have the option to change the style.  Thanks, 

Hi all,I'm currently trying to play the timeline from an animate project from it's parent webpage/document. I used ot be able to do this with edge animate by with a simple sym.play(); I've checked through the posts on here and none of the solutions I've found seem to work for me. this.gotoAndPlay(0), just gives me a console error saying the function doesn't exist. Am I missing something obvious, the trigger I'm using to fire the function is working fine but I just can't seem toget the timeline to play. Many thanks in advance.

When i play it from the start, it works just fine. But when i play it in the middle or on any other frame than the 1st one it doesn't work.

Hi there. I had to create an E-card assignment and apply different basic animated features to it such as motion tweens and shape tweens. The file will run in the animate software but when I tried to test it on the web it only showed the background stage and the other movements didn't appear.https://enter.hellothereweb.com/greetingcard/welcomehome-card.htmlI don't know if the file was corrupted when I applied the motion applications. 

Hello!I am trying to learn animate and i am having a weird bug. Whenever i try to convert anything to a symbol i get an error sound, and then a little white rectangle pops up. I have to click the rectangle to make the error sound stop but then it undoes the convert to symbol. I have tried re installing it and it doesnt help. anyone know what to do? attached is a screen capture of the weird little box that pops up. thanks so much for your time everyone.
