Animate

Good morning. I'm starting my adventure with animation and chose Adobe Animate. Unfortunately, I have a problem and I don't know what I'm doing wrong from the very beginning, I can't get an answer to this problem anywhere.It's about errors while generating the movie. The drawn symbols disappear from it. Moving hands of the characters disappear in the animation during the preview and in the movie. Please help me, I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I'd like to avoid mistakes in the future. These symbols are drawn, it's not pngCheersGrzegorz Niewidok

 Hello,having some problems with animate's symbols. How do i stop this from happening?The layers are still there but without the symbols. 

Hello guys, how i can execute only 2 times a animation?, i use "stop();" when i need to see the animation only 1 time, but what command i need to use for do this only 2 times?.Thanks mates.

Hi guys, I'm 13 years old, and new to adobe animate. I had a small issue with adobe animate, when I pressed "fit in window" it would fit in the whole screen as if the timeline isn't there. I managed to fix this by simply uninstalling animate, pressing "remove" when it asked me to remove preferences, and reinstalled it. Before I uninstalled it, I click File, Save As, I named my animation, and clicked save. Now I cannot find my file anywhere, and I'm worried I've lost my whole project. Can anyone help?

For the past week, I have been having issues when it comes to animating with no audio. I have made sure that the audio was the correct type, it is unmuted, as well as making sure that the sync is stream instead of event. However, I have no idea why I still don't have audio in the timeline section, and I can only hear the audio through the SFW movie. I really need help with this because I make videos for myself as well as my college.

This is driving me crazy, it's been weeks no answers. No info anywhere online. Is it impossible!?? How, oh how do u make OAM files responsive in Dreamweaver?? Put them in a fluid container but no option to make the OAM responsive like you can with a Jpeg. Nothing works. I am begging for help here!

my cursor freezes every three seconds and when drawing the line jumps and messes up my line work! every time it freezes. this freezeing is consistant Every 3 Seconds... this doesnt happen with photoshop, i dont have anything else running besides animate, i have my computer and animate fully updated so its not any of those. Whats Happening!! Pls

Hey guys As the video shows, break apart for some reason erases about 80% of the lines. its the same lines each time, but I don't know why. I didn't do anything different with those lines, and the rest of the animation has gone by without hitch. any help is duley appriciated!q

I have tried to search for whatever animation software I can use that is completely free and available to Chromebooks and similar to Adobe Animate. I've tried Pencil2d but for some reason it says it's not supported by ChromeOS. There are animation things that are free and available to Chromebooks but they don't let you hand-draw the stuff. Looked everywhere, couldn't find anything.

I'm trying to teach Adobe Animate to my students and we'll be using the Hands on tutorials. If they start it one day, save and close, then come back the next day - how do they bring up the tutorial steps with their file? Thank you!

Hi there!I'm trying to animate a stroke, but that stroke needs to have gradient colors (transparency included), as below: ...but when I try to convert the gradient shape in a stroke, Animate prompts this:As you can see, the future stroke will be black. Is there a way to make this possible? Maybe Animate can't do this anyway.Thanks in advance!

I'm running Adobe CC 2018 on an iMac OS X computer.I have a  long audio wave file on it's own timeline. I exported it to video but the audio cannot be heard while playing the video.Any suggestions?    

HiIam totaly new to Animate so Iam sorry to ask for maybe "basic" things but I watched some tutorial and I still dont know exactly how to do the effect that I would like to make, so if someone could give me some advice I would be very grateful I have to circles (dotted outlines) and what I need is rotate them very slowly in one direction just for 3 or 4 seconds and slowly stop it and then rotate it again about 3 - 4 seconds in opposite direction and slowly stop and loop this I was experimenting with the motion tween and rorate settings but problem is I can set only one direction and if I want the circle to move slow the effect have to be 20+ seconds but I only need 3-4. I tried to delete the frames from the 20s effect which sometimes seems to work (the speed remains slow sometimes, sometimes not) and time durations is short but then when I copy and paste the same frames (which Iam not sure if this is the correct way to do it) and reverse them to move it back, the last fr

Hi In animate I made buttons with the code link to webpage.this.tweedim_btn.addEventListener("click", fl_ClickToGoToWebPage); function fl_ClickToGoToWebPage_2() {window.open("https://www.webpage","self");}When I place the publiched file on a webpage, all links open in a new tab, default the code is set to "blank", I first changed the url without a goal.. and then with "self", but either way it opens in a new tab instead of in the same screen. Good morning everyone! I have been a user of Adobe Animate for 15 years or maybe more (since it was called Macromedia Flash :-D).After updating to version 24 the code hints no longer appear while I write code in the "actions" tab. I have tried in every way to reset the settings, uninstall and reinstall Animate, but the code hints no longer appear. Any idea why?

I can't hear audio in the normal Adobe Animate window unless I insert an MP4, I just got my hands on Adobe Animate and am starting with fresh preferences. I followed advice, such as setting my sync to stream, but nothing is seeming to work. When I press the play button in this tab (image below), it stops immediately without playing anything, please help! 

Hello, my graphics tablet is Huion 420. While this tablet works smoothly with most applications. I am having a hard time with Adobe programs. Just when I thought I had solved it, I encountered such a problem. How can I solve it?

Hi, I'm new to using adobe animate and have no coding experience (if it comes down to that, but I'm willing to learn in regards to this issue) so thank you for your patience! Have been looking at various different discussion posts but haven't found my exact problem displayed in them. I have all of the system requirements for AA. When I'm in the editing area for the thing I'm animating, everything goes relatively okay (attached clip #1) but when I go to preview it and/or export it and view it there, my symbols start glitching but in the exact same way every time (attached clip #2). In addition, a box that says "Compiler Errors" pops up and lists off a bunch of 1084 Syntax error codes in relation to my symbols (attached image #1). When I try to find their code in Actions (again, I'm very new to AA and have no prior coding experience) nothing shows up that I could possibly fix.One thing that I'm thinking it might be is how everything is 'parented' to move together, (attached image #2

so i cant access some settings in animate because the window is too big and is out of the screen, cant find out how to reduce it.

I'm making an interactive media using html5 in adobe animate I want to create a button that can play an audio for textspeech, so when pressed it will play the audio.But I also want that when pressed once again the audio will be turned offfor the button to start it is already running, but for the button to turn it off in addition to the textspeech audio stopped my interactive media music backsound also stopped.How do I stop the audio speech without turning off the audio backsound?or are there any suggestions on how to make a textspeech or button that can be used to play the textspeech audio?Here my code I'm using a movieclip with 2 button, here code when clicking and play the text speechand here  the button to turn off the audio, but the backsound also stoppedbecause have a separate button to disable the music backsound.

Recently I have found a few old animation files of when I used the trial version of Adobe Animate before I started to use Macromedia Flash Professional 8. I was wondering if there is a way to open Adobe Animate files to be able to be opened in Macromedia because currently if I try to open any files, it will come up with the error message: Unexpected file format. Would it be possible to get some help?

Hey, everyone!I'm hoping someone can help me with these symbol issues, because I'm about over and done with Animate.To preface, I've searched everywhere for an explanation to this and can only find answers on how symbols in a motion tween need to be on their own layer / their own symbol. I've since made all of my symbols their own layer / motion tween in the timeline and the disappearing is still an issue.What I'm trying to do is make a fade in for multiple symbols at the same time - these symbols are invisible unless zoomed into 100%.The other symbol that's giving me issues, is a moving symbol that's animated to go up and down following a chicken walking - this one is visible until a certain time in the timeline and then it just disappears as if the symbol was deleted.I'm currently running into 2 issues with symbols:When zoomed in at 100% the symbols / graphics are visible, when zoomed to fit the stage in the screen (or anything below 100%) my symbols disappear from view. Hola, empecé a utilizar Animate, pero estoy con problemas con el ejemplo de la medusa. No me aparece la eleccion de hueso "blando". Solo esta por default el duro y no hay otro tipo de elecciones, como q no esta en el programa. Alguno/a sabe porq es el motivo? Tengo obviamente la ultima version porq pago el Cloud. Les paso 2 fotos, una del ejemplo y otra de un archivo asi nomas q cree para ver si se repetia el problema. Cualquier ayuda se agradece de antemano.

I don't know what it is but I am working with someone in cs6. I need to use cs6 because of as2. They send me the files remotely via dropbox The swf simply will not export, no matter how long I leave it. It just stays on the "Exporting movie" green loading bar for eternity. It's not even a big file, like 24 mbs. we get weird symbols sometimes like inerpolation#x and "gylphs" my partner says they don't know what they are. They also work in a different language cs6, french apparently.  I definitely need a way to export this project so any help is appreciated. I don't know why it gets stuck in export, I have to end task in order to shut it down   Please help if you can.

Whenever i try to sign into adobe's services so i can use my trial for any cs6 software, It goes back to the sign in screen. I dont know how to fix this, someone help me.
