Animate

 Hey everyone, i found a tutorial about a drag and drop game, where you drag an item to a set location, the question is as follows: i need this in a game im making but with 15 different objects and i don't think duplicating this code 15 times changing the values for every on my object is the best way posible, can you guys help me with ideas?

I'm experiencing a really strong lag while drawing with the fluid brush in Animate 20.0.2 on a Cintiq 24, MacOS Catalina. Newest Wacom drivers. Tried to reinstall everything without effect. Any ideas how to fix this? 

Yesterday I used the paint brush to paint a cartoon face, and was animating the face emoting. I saved it and today whenever I add a brush stroke to the frame, it goes behind the face. How can I stop this?

My daughter is doing a school project in Adobe Animate, following an online tutorial. I've attached a screenshot of the project.  Her challenge is she's trying to use the "paint selection" setting of the brush tool but it doesn't seem to work.  Every paint stroke she makes disappears whether it starts inside or outside of the selected symbol Thanks in advance for any help

@Hi, I need to export a flash cs6 file to mov format. But when I try to do so I get a message saying "Could not complete operation because of an unknown error". I never had this issue before, and was doing this process for couple of months with out any difficulties. Can someone help me?

I´m having some brushes that I draw with in Photoshop/Procreate and wanted to get them to Animate too, but I couldnt figure out how. Tried uploading it to the Library but I just ended up confused. Those brushes are .abr files. 

I created a complex flash training program over 10 years ago with FlashMX and AS2. I have been asked to recreate a similiar project and would like to use my original assets to develop a new project. Should I convert to html5 animations or can I convert animations to videos?  I want to beable to customize and edit my old animations into the new content. 

I am having trouble exporting my short animation- everytime I try the swf file comes out as blankWhat could I be doing wrong?CThanks for your help

Hi; I need to hide a layer while an animation is running and show it when the animation is stopped or prior to it beginning (frame 1). Is there a way to do this? Thanks;jjfjr 

Is Animate suitable for game development?  If so what scripting language is recommended?  I've been charged with converting Flash games - a matching game, quiz game and a drag and drop frame - to HTML and I don't know where to start? Any hints?

Hello, so I recently bought and recieved a Wacom One trawing tablet, and I wanted to use it to speed along my work for my animation final, but for some reason when ever I tap the screen to start drawing it treats it as a right click,whether I make a line motion or simply tap it, it behaves this way. It works perfectly fine in photoshop, and it has this weird zoom in on clip paint studio, it occasionally causes me to scroll up on animate when the pen nears the screen, how can I fix these?

Hi all! I have used Auto Lip Sync to create my animation for the mouth. However, I can't figure out how to create a smooth transition between each lip frame. I can do this when drawing basic shapes/frames with the create shape tween. However I can't seem to do this after lip sync, the option is greyed out.  Any help on how to create  smoother trasition between frames is much appriciated! ThanksBen

Hi, everybody. I have a problem with the publishing. Adobe Animate 2020 no longer publishes jpgs only png in very poor quality, even at 32 bit.I have also selected it, nothing happens : 

I tried to import a group of images from an illustrator file. This is what I got: Each square supposes to be a profile picture in a circular frame like how two of them are in the picture. Most of them did not display. Instead, they become a square, inside which is actually a zoomed-in part of the profile picture each square supposes to show. The stranger part is more and more of them start to show up when I zoomed in a bit and moved the artboard to the corner of the window. All of them show up as intended when I zoomed in enough. Can someone tell me what's wrong with those images?

I use the 2019 Adobe Animate App, and for some reason, recently when I exported something, the eyes would be really weird, like clipping out of its mask. I'm assuming it's masking as this issue only occurs with the eyes, which are masked, so I apologise if it's wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've talked about this in a previous post, and I apologise if that's against the rules, but I stupidly made a new post without realising I made the old one and I don't know how to delete them. 

I just upgraded to 2020.   I think it was a bad idea.  I'd like the option to re-install 2018.  I am working on a show with both symbols and shape tweens mixed together to form the characters (ie: arms are line tool, body is a symbol).   In 2018, I could select all the layers at once and change the ease value for them all at once.   Now, in 2020, I have to select the symbol tweens first, change the ease, and then select the shape tweens, and change their ease.  It slows down my work because it's character animation with 12 layers minimum per character, with line tool layers and symbol layers interspersed with each other.  So i have to manuall ctrl click layers so that I can change their eases.  When you have a 500 frame scene, and tonnes of tweens, this takes forever to get through.   Can we please get the ability to adjust the eases of ALL layers at the same time again?  If it's because of some need to keep the

I'm having trouble with exporting my animation to a video--when I export, the masks I have created disappear and you can see the whole image again. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? I attached two screenshots--the masked one is how it looks on my stage in Animate, and the unmasked one is how it looks after I export it. 

Over the past few days, whenever I try and playback my animation on Animate (which I have set to 24fps) the framerate drops, sometimes to 16fps or even 12fps. I've been using it for 10 months on my current computer, and I haven't had this happen before. I tried ruducing the number of tabs I had open so I had fewer tabs open then I did when it ran fine. I also tried restarting my computer, and niether of those worked. I would really like if someone could help me fix this, because I'm supposed to be working on an animation portfolio.
