Hello All, When I want to Render my Adobe Animte File, its stop in converting .swf itself and not moving further. May I know what is the problem......? I am forwrding the Image also. Please reply immediately.

hi guys. so i was working on a file animation for 4 hours and it was 2 mins but then adobe crashed. i tried going back to the file but all the stuff i did was gone. i was crying and panicking. do you guys know how i can recover my crashed/unsaved file?

Hello i just purchased the year membership and i downloaded the application and it gives me the option to open it but it wont open,  and everytime i try to go into the program files and open it through the folders an error pops up and tells me im missing a certain "dll" and to reinstall it and it may fix the problem but nothings working can someone help please ?

Hello everyone! I want an animation of a horse running. I have made all the drawing on animate however when I do asset wrapping around the horse, after adding 2-3 bones, some parts of the image is being deleted. When I convert it to bitmap, there seems to be no problem however I don't want the pixelization that the bitmap brings therefore, I am applying asset wrap to vector. When I start to rig from other places then the head part disappears, when I start from back legs front legs are being deleted and when I apply it from front legs then the back legs are being deleted. I am adding the steps I apply and how it looks.  I am new to animate, I would be happy if there is a solution and you let me know. P.S: I am using my laptop that has RTX 3060 GPU and Intel I7 12. generation.

 

Hello, I am working in a project using HTML5 canvas and Javascript, The adobe animate virtual camera does not seem to be working with objects that are added using code.For exampleIf I added the object from a libararyvar SomeObject = new lib.SomeObject ();this object will be automatically pinned to the virtual camera,I tried to unpin it for example using AdobeAn.VirtualCamera.getCamera(exportRoot).unpinCamera();But I will get this error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot create property 'parent' on number '10'Any ideas?Thank you

Hoping someone can help with this. I can't get it to work to save my life. I have an animation I did years ago in Flash, and am trying to update it in Adobe Animate adding a mute/unmute toggle button and then export it as HTML/Javascript for use on a website. There are 4 different layers of sound effects. I need all the sounds to be muted initially, showing the sound icon with a line thru it so that everyone knows its muted... then when clicked, remove the line and unmute all the sounds. I have searched the discusions here and spent hours trying to figure out how to get this mute toggle button working, but alas, am having no luck at all. I really REALLY hope i get help with this Okay, so i'm having this issue in adobe animate in which the exported animation plays back faster than viewing it in the "test movie" option. Here are my settings for my animtion and export settings to be clear:- 24 frames per second- Render size W:1920 x H: 1080  pixels-  Export as Video/Media  Format: H.264    Preset: Match source-High Bitrate- Publish Settings: Target: Flash Player 32   Script: Action Script 3.0- Preview time: About 14 to 15 seconds- Exported time: (It also says 14 seconds but in actuality it's 11 seconds because for some reason it freezes the final frame for about 3 seconds)I'm supried i could not find a clear anwser anywhere online or even in the disscusion here, i found one that related to exported playback speed but the issue was never solved for him which worries me. I want to turn documentary footage of people talking, into animation... cartoon animals, I had been envisioning...but even if they just looked like cartoon people.. that could work, so long as they aren’t recognizable replicas of the real people. (Footage isn't shot yet. End products very short, few minutes.) 

Hi, I'm trying to animate a AI File that I created, but I've been going through problems. After converting the elements to symbols I'd tried to create a rig using the bone tool, but I can only add one bone per symbol, what is limiting me on creating the animation. Someone can help me with this, please? Looks like the bone tool is working based on anchor points, which is very limited to create what I want. Plus, converting to symbol was the only way that I find out to work with the AI imported layers, I don't know why, but it's a kind strange how the animate CC shows imported AI layers and read them. Details: Using updated softwares.  Thank you for helping me.

Even with the mouse, the classic brush tool and fluid brush creates these rough looking lines. You can see it the most with smoothing set to 0. Zooming in makes the rough texture smaller but I need to be zoomed out to draw bigger stuff. Even with smoothing on it still affects the look of the line. I don't think it's my tablet if my mouse is also producing these rough lines.Specs:Tablet: Huion Kamvus 16 2021CPU: Ryzen 7 1800xGPU: RTX 2060Ram: 16GB ddr4 (2800 MHz)OS: W10Animate Version: 22.0.5

I am completely new to Adobe Animate, so I tried to run one of the starter tutorials: animating a jellyfish. On the second step, the tutorial instruction box disappeared while I was following the instructions. There are supposed to be 12 steps in the tutorial, but I was unable to continue because the instruction box contains the Next button.  

Error message 'To add code for this object please select and instance of the object in the main timeline or movieclip timeline'. This message pops up when I click 'Click to go to frame and play'. I am trying to make a replay button.  I am using HTML5.I don't know if this is related, but when I first click on my animation there is nothing in the timeline; I have to double click on my charecter to make my animation appear.I am very much a beginner user of animate, but I would be greatful for any help you can provide. If you need any additional context I will be happy to provide some.Thanks,Liz

I am new to Adobe Animate and was trying to see how it works. When I started to draw something it was a weird purple outline rather than just plain black. Is this supposed to happen? How do I make it so the brush is a plain black line? Thank you,Marshall

hello i need supporti am having issues with adobe animate, it loads up incredibly slowly and immediately says not responding, i recently tried to open a 150mb files and it took 2 minutes to open after being stuck on not responding, i have a good PC and its not a capability issue. i have tried to reinstall and deleted preferences (didn't work) even tried splitting up my animation to make the files sizes smaller but it still loads up incredibly slowly. i have dealt with this for months but i am currently at my witts end as the app is performing incredibly slow and I am behind on a cartoon that i am working on. any help would be much appreciated

I've converted a drawing into a grafic-symbol. Go into the symbol and draw a bone onto my layer. the drawn  layer disappears and an armature (Skelett)layer was created. Now I have no chance to make any corrections on my drawing. How can I fix that, so that drawing bones creates another layer ontop without deleting the grafic?
