Audition (Beta)

What did you do to Stretch and Pitch? I'm needing to stretch a recording by 200% (a tape recorded at 3 3/4 run at 7 .5 because I don't have a quarter track machine that runs slow).  In the past I'd just select the area, go to Stretch & Pitch at defaults, dial lin 200% and it would be fine. Now that gives very distorted audio. I have to switch to "Audition" and it seems to work, but not always reliably. What happened? Build 23.4.0.32 (Mar 30)  It also does it in the shipping version. 

Hello adobe i am currently working on adobe and it is not working since 2 hours i was trying from every device the issue was sametaking so much long to upload and when its time out it say mp3 is compatible file  please fix the issue as soon as possible 

"The audio file is in a format we can't understand." I am getting this message from the past 2 hours. I am trying just to enchance a simple audio of 10 sec. At first i tried using a mp3 file and then coverted it into wav. But nothing is working at all. Also tried different browsers and even tried it on my android device but nothing is working at all.

i can't upload my mp4 file to podcast.adobe.com/enhance. no matter if I select them or drag and drop them. Nothing happens.the upload does not start 

Hi there,Adope Podcast Beta which usually works fine for me is introducing a static like sound into the audio file that wasn't there before; I tried running the file through the ai again but it didn't fix anything. Is there are a reason or fix for this ,thanks

Build 23.4.04 BetaWhen placing a CD marker timeline jumps somewhere else. Steps to Reproduce:1. Have audio file on display with numerous selections (a transfer of an LP record with 10 songs) about 30 minutes total time.2. Zoom in so  I can see the beginning and end of a selection3. Click and drag to select the song I want to select4. Touch Shift+M to create CD marker Results:CD marker is created, but view shifts down the timeline by about 10 minutes. Have to reorient view each time a marker is created. Expected resultView to stay put See image. Selected area in white was the last CD track made, where timeline is highlighted is where it jumped to on execution.

Cannot open an instrument track. Beta 23.0.0.24. Shift-Click on flask should open MIDI features.  It doesn't. Please advise.

Hi, is the new feature (see below) listed in the Audition What's new in Beta actually for Premeire Pro? "Assemble rough cuts from transcripts IN DEVELOPMENTAutomatically generate transcripts of all source footage and assemble a rough cut using the Text panel."  

waveform is showing stereo, but output is only in left speaker.  

Kind of the second time this has happened. Somewhat new to Audition- a crash led days of lost work and an even later dissertation because... exhaustion. I switched to beta and redid everything. all was well until I began to record, it started to slow down. Then I had my first crash. I redid a few hours of work, saved more frequently and again, just before saving in multitrack after recording, it is unresponsive. I simply cannot deal with this again,. I have left it alone and waiting for it to "figure itself out" but I need to move on. 

hello Incessant error report when I activate a plug-in or I launch a track or even every action I do, I can not even launch the software since after 3 minutes maximum it crashes. I would very much like to know how to solve this problem. thanks

I'm getting 4 or 5 crashes on launch with today's build. (Version: 22.6.0 Build: 42), and a crash on quit.  Anyone else seeing this? mac os monterey 12.3.1 , Mac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020),  3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9, AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB, 96 GB  

Title says it all, but this is with reference to this thread - it happens on my system too, and sounds like a buffer error at the loop point. Can't find any way to stop it happening. Apparently it didn't happen previously.

Here is what is happening: At times the recording, both on a multichannel and waveform, will have repeated words in it. It sounds like the person is stuttering or saying things two times. I am recording with a Shure SM-70 (4 mics), a Rodecaster Pro, and a Mac Mini M1 2020, and using the Rodecaster Pro template in Adobe Audition.  This issue comes and goes seemingly on its own. I have rebooted both the computer and Rodecaster and this has AND has not worked in the past.  I am happy to provide any information as needed.  Thanks 

Ref  this U2U thread - Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab aren't working correctly in the current release, and also in the beta under Windows 10. You just get a quick flash of a screen that goes away before you can do anything with it.

Steps to reproduce:    1. Edit an audio file and set CD Range Markers2. Create a new CD layout3. Right Click a range marker in the Markers panel4. click "Insert into CD Layout"5. Choose the newly created CD layout file6. Repeat for all range markers7. 22.2.0 build 28 is sitll throwing the Debug Asserts Failed warning. Otherwise seems to be working OK.

Get this message everytime I open Audition Beta. Started doing this yesterday.Thoughts?  Application still seems to function after I hit Ignore Once.

I have been using Audition and/or Audition Beta almost daily for several years, but I've never seen what happened this morning when I went to open Beta: a window appeared (see screenshot) that I don't really understand, and so I don't really know which option to choose on it.  Can anybody help? Thanks,Brian
