Is there any way to get Dropbox links to files within Bridge without having to go to the Finder?
I would very much appreciate it if BRIDGE was compatible with the SPLIT VIEW function integrated into Mac OS. It is indeed an extremely practical Mac function to work in parallel on two applications and in particular on a large screen. Thank you in advance.
I updated from Bridge 13.0.3 to 13.0.4 today. after the update Bridge does not display any RAW file thumbnails. I rolled back to 13.0.3. This is working OK but the flashing when scrolling from one full screen image to the next persists.Andrew
Hi @swati1234, + Bridge Team. I'm currently testing Beta 14.0.0.57… I have to conclude that the Bridge team badly needs UX / psychology experts to refine the still badly lacking GUI. But it also requires their help to improve the user-experience when browsing / searching / filtering data. Some easy to implement tweaks would make your software appear a lot more snappy – these tricks are used on practically every E-Commerce website. Online Shops often load hundreds or even thousands of images from some remote server location to a grid. Assets even may have to get converted and resized on the fly by CDN and such. Online Shops are constantly worried that their users may perceive the website as slow. Such frustration may lead potential customers to leave the shop and shop somewhere else. Shop owners hate losing money, that why they invested in giving a snappy impression, even if the system cannot show all data right away. The situation in Bridge seems trivial in comparison. Data is
Hello, I'm trying the Bridge Beta, 14.0.0.57 on MacOS Ventura 13.5, and like usual I am able to perform file operations using copy (Command+C), and then Move (ie Cut) using the Option+Command+V shortcut. This works in macOS Finder as well as Bridge 13.I noticed now with the Beta app that the new "Keyboard shortcuts" feature maps Option+Command+V to "Paste Camera Raw Settings..." however, this is not what I wish it to do. That shortcut in macOS should perform the "Move Item Here" function to the desired folder, and I would like it to retain this. We used to be able to using the "Cut" (Command+X) feature back in earlier versions (but was taken away), so the Option+Command+V feature was all we had. Now with the Beta version, I CANNOT MOVE FILES AT ALL, via the convenient keyboard shortcuts that are expected to work.In the keyboard shortcuts editor we can't even remap the shortcut to the move/cut option since it's not available as a menu option anymore (only simple paste is supported
helloabr and tpl files don't have thumbnailabr and tpl files don't have thumbnails, they did in cs versions of bridge, so I'm doing something very wrong, has anyone else had this problem?many thankslive long and photoshop away!
This has been a topic of discussion in the past, I have filed bugs against previous version in PR.Bridge uses terrible display layout and spacing in Details View, such that a great deal of metadata is not visible. There are no scroll bars so no way to fix this. Two suggestions-1. Allow variable spacing similar to list view2. Quit putting so much white space between text blocks.
After install of Bridge 14 14.0.0.57 beta for Mac, Bridge was opening JPEG images (.jpg extension) in Preview. Photoshop 24.7 was set as default in Bridge, Preview set as system default. Photoshop beta is NOT installed. After setting Bridge pref to Preview and then back to Photoshop, it works correctly. Settings inherited from Bridge 2022 which has always worked correctly. Have not tested with other file types.16" MacBook Pro 2019, Intel i7, 16GB RAM, MacOS Monterey.12.6.8.

Bridge Beta 14.0.0.57 shows a highly irritating misbehaviour. A mismatch between directories – the Favorites pane shows some folder highlighted, and the Address bar shows something else. Now what's correct? P The first image shows a search result context, but I see this also outside of Search. Please fix promptly – this really affects the fundamentals of software-integrity. You have to rely on what you're shown on screen.

Hello, I'm new to Bridge and the number one feature that I am looking for is described below. I'd like to know if Bridge can accomplish my needs or not. Your advice will be helpful either way... thanks! Here's an example of my needs... I want to search for photos of my kid's soccer tournament that was played in Utah (assume there are 28 photos of this tournament), I select the keywords "soccer" (assume I had a total of 265 photos of my kid’s soccer games) and "Utah" (assume I had 900 photos taken in Utah) in hopes to get just those pics (the 28 photos of the tournament). Instead, the search will return ALL my photos that have been tagged "soccer" (265 pcs) PLUS all my photos that are tagged "Utah" (900 pics), a total of 1165 photos (the sum of those two keywords). In order to only get the photos I am looking for, the search would have to return pictures from "Utah" that ONLY have the keyword "soccer" associated with it (total 28 pics). Does Bridge do that?
I use Bridge workflows to do some simple batch processing of image files, basically just renaming the files and resizing them to various dimensions. I have noticed that if the filename contains a question mark, or if it is inside a folder whose name contains a question mark, then the workflow fails, giving the error "Destination Cannot Write". I haven't tested this extensively to see if any other characters cause this, but I did try replacing the "?" with an exclamation point and the workflow completed as expected.
This took me quite a while to figure out, but Bridge 11 seems to have serious problems dealing with any directories that have a question mark in their name. If you try to open such a directory by dragging it onto Bridge, it does nothing. If you manually navigate to the directory and try to open a file, it does nothing. I'm using:* MacOS Catalina 10.15.7* Adobe Bridge 11.0.1.109
When working quickly in Bridge (speed is why I use bridge) I often accidentally apply keywords when I mean to filter, and vice versa. That is because previous to Bridge 9.X, the items on the Filter panel didn't have a box next to them, while the Keywords panel did. That way, one could quickly notice at a glance that the filter panel was active and not the keywords panel, and vice versa. No that they look the same, accidentally "unkeywording" an image instead of simply removing the filter. Then I have to spend time and go back and find the image that I just modified so I can re-apply the keyword. It's annoying.Option 1: Remove the box (or make it the same color as the background) next to an item listed on the Filters panel so it's easily identifiable from the Keyword panelOption 2: Make the background of the Filter panel REVERSE, LIGHTER, or DARKER than the keywords panel. We just need some way to at a glance differentiate between the Filter panel and the Keywords panel. Again, earlier ve
A multi selection in List View (Win 10) will quite aggressively trigger the file renaming context for single files. With an established multi-selection and a distinct drag movement starting over the selected elements, the (single file) renaming operation is a nonsensical option – and it's visibly fighting the drag operation (visible indicator). The renaming operation should get suppressed. It likely makes sense to double-check other view modes of the content subwindow for the same problem.
In Bridge, under "Tools" in the dropdown menu, I no longer have the "Photoshop" option to batch convert my files from Bridge to Jpg or any other file type. I have Batch rename, Media encoder, Process Collections In Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Metdata and Cache. It is not listed as a option. Ive uninstalled/installed Bridge several times to no avail. Need help quickly!!
Bridge V13.02Hi everybody, apologize, if the topic has already been discussed. I want so re-assign a child-keyword from an old parent-keyword to a new parent-keyword and then delete the old parent-keyword with it's child-keyword. What did I do? 1st try: Created the new parent-keyword (not identical with old parent-keywod) with the (identical) child-keyword and assigned both to all images. Result: old and new parent-keyword with tehir (identical) child-keywords activated. When de-selecting the old child- and parent-keyword in the keyword panel the (identical) new child-keyword de-selected automatically as well. OK, this approach didn't work. 2nd try: Created the new parent-keyword and the new but slightly altered child-keyword (added a # ). Then same procedure as above. Then I deactivated the old parent- and child-keyword from all images. Then I deleted old parent- and child-keyword from keyword panel. So far, so good. But when renaming Then I renamed the newly assign
HiI have last Adobe app update, M1 Ventura 13.4.1Why Bridge isn't displaying all camera raw metadata ?Thx
Hello,My Adobe Bridge Version 12.0.2.636 always crashed when I called tools>Batch Rename.I've Instaled just now (Aug 8th) the newest version and the problem persists. Any help?Thank you,Carlos
I'm working with Bridge and AEM managing photos, and I'm looking for a way to streamline the tagging process. Currently I add the metadata, keywords etc in Bridge, then upload them to AEM, then add tags manually. I've found this extension for Bridge but I can't seem to log in. This panel comes up, but when I click 'sign in with adobe' it won't allow me to type anything and takes me straight back to the previous page. I have two questions - has anyone had this problem with the extension, and if so did you manage to solve it? Alternatively, is there another way to integrate tags into Bridge?
Hope someone can help I run a PC and in the Adobe Bridge 2023 under Tools there is no longer Photoshop drop down for Batch - Contact Sheet - and the rest of the options that use to be available like Load Files into Photoshop Layers. They appear in the Beta Version, I have attached some images from my screeen to help with my explaination, hope it is enough. Thanks in advance
I'm a photographer, I shoot RAW, cull the images and then use the Photoshop section under tools to export out to jpg version. I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THIS! It's not there in the update i got this morning. HELP!
I can't find iTools -> Photoshop -> image processor in the Bridge menu - its disappeared in the last day or so. Does anyone know where its gone?
Bridge is no longer generating thumbnails for h.265 files. Its obviously capable because it might do one or two in a folder. Seeing as "thumbnail browser" is a core function, you'd think there might be some response from adobe - but I've just searched the forums and all the posts I've found had zero replies. I have cleared cache, media cache and files, tried software rendering. Nikon and DJI 10 bit Movs. What is the point of this product if it cant even do its core function? Its just face-mashingly frustrating
