Bridge

I'm having a heck of time ever since the new bridge 13 came out, with just basic file sorting in essentials mode.  Selecting and re-ordering images now takes twice as long.  Even zooming in to a preview is wonky.  There's so many little things that are less efficient, it's hard to go through them all, or even explain without recording my screen.  So I'm going back to 12.0.3

For about a month now I have been unable to send a photo to PS from Camera Raw with the "Open" button. Until recently, when I clicked Open, CR would close, PS would open, but no photo would appear. Presently, when I click Open, CR closes but PS does not open. I have uninstalled Bridge, reinstalled, restarted, updated, ad nauseum. This was a big part of my workflow and this situation is VERY frustrating. Can someone please help? Adobe, are you there? Edited to add: Windows 10

When I start Bridge this message appears and the Bridge won't start and it automatically creates crash reports on my desktop. I have uninstalled Bridge and installed it again. The Adobe team tried to solve the problem remotely. They installed all possible drivers. From processors, windows updates, and graphic drivers. In the end, it only works on the administrator account. The error continues to appear when I log in under my standard Windows account. But that didn't solve the problem. I can't use the Administrator account for everyday use. Accidentally I have dropped thousands of single photos from a folder into the Favourites Menu in the top level. They are not in a folder, all in the top level of the Favourites Menu. If I want to select several photos it will directly open the first one.  I'm not alble to select the all and "Remove fromk Favourites" in a batch. How can I select and delete them all at once. I only see a option to delete them single by single, which will take forever. Can I reset the content of the Favourites Menu? Hope somebody got a solution.

Is there a way to talk to someone from the company?When I open Bridge 2023 it appears this message:"This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later. If you’re still having issues"The conections is good and Photoshop works so I don't know what to doAny help? thanks

Hi, so, everything was fine untill I updated to Bridge 2023 but I didn't realize that untill later on. Then my monitor started going to sleep with apparently no reason while I was working on pictures. I tested various cables, tried switching from HDMI to DP cable, I even bought a new monitor thinking the old one was maybe not compatible with my new computer. My graphic drivers are up to date but I still uninstalled them and installed them again just in case. Nothing worked. Then yesterday I accidentally opened Bridge 2022 instead of 2023 and everything worked perfectly. So I shut that down and started Bridge 2023 again to test it and again my monitor went to sleep and when it does there is no way to wake it up. I simply get a message there is no signal. The only thing I can do is shut down my computer manually (with the button!) and lose everything I was working on. I run Windows 11 pro, Intel Core i7 11700F - Ram 32 GB - Nvidia GeForce GTX 3060 12 GB GDDR6 

In the latest release of Bridge - it didn't happen before 

Does anyone have a script that can be used in cs5 to copy the keywords to the description field?ThanksMark

HiI have many images, each with many keywords I always want those keywords in the order i enter them (Ie not alphabetically) but sometimes Bridge reorganises them into alphabetical order. This is very fustrating. How can i stop bridge doing this? Also its not obvious when this happens.  Thanks

Since downloading the new Bridge 2023, I can no longer label 1 image at a time using my keyboard. Instead, it labels every image I'm currently viewing / comparing.  I have tried doing so on the filmstrip as well as library setting. Before Bridge 2023, I was able to view 5 images at a time, mouse-click the image I liked best, and use the keyboard to label it. The help agents  I've chatted with have told me to uninstall and reinstall an older version, and the other one just stopped chatting with me after telling me to restart bridge / use the user reboot on my mac which did not help. I just want to view multiple images then label 1 of them. Please help I am Using Adobe Bridge 2023 & Mac m1 ultra - Ventura 13.0.1. Everything is updated.

salve, uso Bridge da pochissimo e magari sbaglio qualche cosa. Quando scarico le foto dalla mia Fuji, bridge trova il doppio delle foto (per esempio 600 ed invece sono 300) e quando le scarica il doppione ha il suffisso: XXX-1mi sfuggee qualche settaggio nella finestra di download?Grazie

Request a Preferences/Interface/Color Theme which enables a white background surrounding thumbnails. Current behaviour requires a grey box around every image, no matter what theme.  This box is distraction.  A decade ago, when I first started using bridge, it was possible to set this box to white, which would match the background and meet my needs. When Adobe removed that feature I used a competing product. I came back, but annoyed (grrr). Do a search on this issue and you will find a number complaints by people like me, who don't like grey boxes around their photos. See attached image

Hello  I am attempting to migrate my Bridge workspaces to a new computer. When I locate the workspaces in the path (my name)>Library>Applocation Support>Adobe>Bridge 2020>Workspaces...The workspaces I have created are all there but their file sizes are all in the range of 1-2 KB. Too tiny I suppose. I have dragged and dropped my workspaces from one version of Bridge to the next over the years with no issues but this one is a mystery.I have tried creating a 'new' version of an existing workspace but it is also 2 KB in size. Is 1-2 KB correct? The new computer is not in my office as yet. Custom built Windows 11 machine in Calgary. I'm in Ontario. So this is a Mac>>PC migration but these workspace files are displaying the 2 KB size on my Mac here. Hoping someone can assist in instructing me to export workspaces that have sufficient data in them to make them work. Hi Everyone, First time i am posting in these forums, so apologies if  I am posting at the wrong place.I am running Adobe Bridge CC ver 12.0 I am trying to use the Batch rename tool in Bridge to rename my files in the following format :TEXT_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_Milliseconds.      I have done this previously and it was working fine.  However, recently , Bridge only returns 000 for the millisecond portion of the name.    I did check the metadata of my files in Lightroom and there is a value for the millisecond.  I also used a free exif viewer tool  and the millisecond were in front of a field called " SubSec" I tried  reseting all parameters and even went back to version 11.11 (only one available to me) to see if it makes a difference but no luck. I looked everywhere on the web, but didn t find any info on how to fix the issue :(. Would you be able to assist me on how to fix this issue ?  if no fix is availab

This seemed be resolved in the last release (finally).  Now it's back in Bridge 13.0.0.562.  Bridge is seemingly idle (no notification of generating thumbnails, previews, etc.), but still consumes over 99% CPU.  This goes on for hours. Windows 10 Pro 64, latest updateI9-11900K64 GB DDR4 memoryNVIDIA 3080TI, latest driver

I use rating (1-5 stars) to rate my photos in BR, and it can be read when I import all photos (including not rated photos) LR Classic.However, if I use Color (6-9) to separate different set of photos, it can not be read when I import those photos in LR Classic.I am using Mac 16 pro, I would like to ask why I can't read those Color in LR Classic? Anyone with same problem, how to solve it?

I had a previous employee who spent an insane amount of time in Adobe Bridge loading in keywords for an image database we have. Is there a way to retrieve these keywords? I don't want to start from scratch.

In the past I have really enjoyed using Bridge for my collection of photos. I would like to start using it again on my MacBook Air M1. However, I would rather not clog this machine with useless background processes reducing battery life. If I install Bridge, that should be free, will the installer also add the background procecsses listed here:https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/adobe-background-processes.html?
