Hi,For the last few years I used Bridge & Photoshop (which are up to date) to arrange, labeling & edit my photos. All of the photos (around 1.5 TB) are backed up on an external hard drive. Recently I bought an iPad Pro and want to arrange & edit everything on the iPad, using lightroom and photoshop on my iPad.As I plugged in my hard drive to the iPad and opened lightroom, I saw none of my photos had any labels or ratings in lightroom (for example, if I had a photo labeled in bridge as "Approved" (a green label) - in lightroom the photo doesn't seem have a label). Also seems like the camera raw settings of my photos (which I set in bridge) does not exist in lightroom. So my questions are:1) How can I see the photos' labeles, ratings & camera raw settings (which I defined in bridge) in lightroom?2) Can I edit photos in lightroom on my iPad straight from my hard drive, without importing them to lightroom cloud? ofcource I have too much photos to import them

Bridge v12, Open With is grey. Can't move JPEG or TIFF files direct from Bridge to Photoshop. RAW files indicate it will open into something called "rundll32 (default)"

Hi all, I need to change the name of over 2000 images. The images end in -1 and -2 etc but I need to replace them with _1 and _2 etc.  The trouble I have is that some of the file names also have a - throughout so replacing all of the - with _ doesn't work. I've found a common theme is that they all have a _ as either their second or third last character. Could somebody let me know how I may be able to adjust these all without doing it manually?

Title already says it all: On my external monitor Bridge is completely covering the taskbar and esetially going fullscreen when maximising the window. This only happens on my external monitor but not on my main. Is this a feature or a bug? Shouldn't maximising keep the taskbar visible? Bridge 12.0.0.234 on Windows 11

When I display Bridge on my external monitor the UI elements are all way to small (about half the size) but at the same time the cursor is around double the size. It seems like the sizing of the UI elements stay the same on both monitors despite their great difference in size.  Monitor 1 (Notebook): 17", 3840 x 2400, scaling set to 100%Monitor 2 (external): 27", 2560 x 1440, scaling set to 100%Bridge 12.0.0.234 on Windows 11  

Bridge version 12 will not let me save to the same directories I use with version 11.1.1 for downloading pictures from my camera.   Using Windows 11 now but same when I was running Windows 10, previously I just went back to the older version of Bridge hoping the problem would be resolved by the Windows upgrade or an Adobe fix, but no luck, still must use the older version to download my camera images.

Please help! I keep loosing my pictures. I do use all the most recent soft ware and have a new Imac so that would not be a problem. I also use bridge and photoshop. Everytime when I want to go back to older pictures that I have adjusted through camera raw and sometime through Photoshop I end up having .xmp files but NO PICTURES. What's going on? 

I have rcently upgraded to the latest version of Bridge (october 2021) whilst my export settings are all there in the box the app just stalls and will not export anything. There is the option to do similar in the workflow space (what is the point of this???) but I just want the old export panel to work again, any suggestions of what might be causing the issue with stalling?I'm on Big Sur BTW - all current.Thanks all

Since the latest update I download images via bridge and in the download screen there is a box to tick which opens bridge when download is finished. It used to do this but now doesn't. I spent over an hour with an advisor he took over my computer and not only failed to fix the problem but failed to understand what the problem was completely useless. There is also no way to contact anyone to find out what to do now. The phone line is never answered and there is no email. Any suggestions as to what I do now as I am paying for a service and it is not working and yet it used to?????

As shown bellow, I have 2 folders (the marked ones) which I want to copy and paste to the multiple other folders in the same time. Is there a way in adobe bridge to do this? 

Upgraded to Bridge 12 and after opening the file in the latest ACR to edit the file the stars stars on the edited files have disappeard when I go back into Bridger.  Bridge also 'may' be adding a green label to the file although that does not seem to be consistent.  I don't use labels very often so seeing one under the same circumstances as above made me wonder how it got there. Is this a bug or is there a setting I need to update? Thanks in advance, Shane

Asking for a friend, for real. I have a friend who just despondently threw away hours worth of a video shoot because it was blurry and unusable. He is experienced with photography but new to video editing. I was asking some questions about the footage to see if it may be salvageable. Because apparently, it was sharp and in focus at the shoot, on the camera screen. It wasn't till he got home and opened it on his computer that he discovered it was too blurry. I wondered if maybe he shot in 1080p but tried to view it in his editor enlarged in a 4K sequence or something, without realizing the mismatch. But he said no, he viewed the clips in Bridge. I use Pr and Ae mostly, but not Bridge much, so I'm not familiar with the way it previews video. Is there a possibility that somehow some video preview settings affected the quality of the video playback? Does Bridge allow one to choose the resolution or quality at which it previews video files? I have used Bridge for many years and only just started seeing this issue with the last update. If I minimize Bridge, or go to another program and come back, it autocollapses all my panels, leaving only the content panel open. Then I have to manually hunt down and drag or double-click out the hot edges to get the panels back. I get everything set up, then have to go do something else and when I come back I have to set the panels up all over again. I HATE this. It is SO annoying...I have a saved custom workspace, and have gone through all of the preferences and view and window settings and there is nothing to indicate whether you are okay with this autocollpasing behavior, so apparently no way to get rid of it. Am I missing something? Please somebody tell me this is not a "feature" now. {Thread renamed by moderator}

I'm using Bridge and Photoshop but my pictures keep disappearing in Bridge. Where are they? 

Using Bridge 12.0 cannot use any of the photoshop functions under tools/ photoshop /  a message "install latest version of photoshop"appears. Using latest photoshop 23.0 Anone else having this problem?Marc

As long as I can remember (which is a long time), Bridge has forced re-caching of its thumbnails every time a new version of Camera Raw is installed. I just installed 2018 and here we go again.I've participated in numerous forum discussions over the years, provided ample evidence of the issue, yet Adobe still can't seem to get it. And it seems like a simple problem with an easy solution. I've got over 30,000 images in folders, 100 to 500 images per folder. I "Export Cache to Folders" and keep the main cache size small. So, when I navigate to a folder, Bridge copies the folder cache to the main cache and displays the thumbs. That's very quick. Unless Bridge decides the cache thumbs are "out-of-date", in which case it scans all the main images to rebuild thumbs. That's very slow and gives sluggish performance - from 2 to 5 minutes depending on folder size and image type (raw files take much longer). Many hours over many weeks as I browse my 30,000 images.Why does Bridge decide the thumbs

When in Bridge and selecting Desktop, no files are present.  I go to view and click "view subfolders" (Which I shouldn't have to do everytime), only some or no files show up.  

Hey Folks,My normal photography workflow consists of timesyncing in Bridge, and doing the bulk ofmy photographic toning/contrast etc in Adobe Camera. When I'm done I batch rename everything so it stays time synced. When I rename the .CR2 file the match .XMP file also gets renamed so they stay linked and my edits remain on the renamed file.Now with the new masking option in Bridge 2022, the program is creating an additional .ACR file in addition to the .XMP file but the issue is when I rename my file only the .XMP file gets renamed, not the .ACR file, so I lose all of the masked edits I've done.Any way to automatically rename the .ACR files so that they stay linked to the original .CR2 + .XML files?

Hope someone can advise - I'm trying to copy off photos and videos from my iPhone 7 Plus onto my PC (Windows 10). I'm using the latest version of Bridge. The first time I tried, it stalled 60% through processing, giving me the error message seen above.  I came to the community to see others had a similar problem so tried the suggestions of resetting preferences/clearing caches etc. Rebooted the PC and had another go and it stalled at exactly the same place, on the 7946th file processed.  Can anyone suggest what the issue might be? My iPhone is connected properly, so it's charging at the same time. My PC refuses to recognise my iPhone as a device to download the files through Windows' Photo Downloader or pull them out through File Explorer, so I thought Bridge was going to be my saviour.... And in a related issue, Bridge refuses to recognise my husband's iPhone 7 when it's plugged in. Why might that be when it recognises mine? Any help/advice would be

i am trying to view my photos in bridge but the white icon for the photo is all that shows. it's driving me nuts and i have to get this work out. how does one fix this

I am left typing what I require in a Microsoft Word document then copying and pasting to Bridge, a convoluted process!
