Why doesn't a pdf preview fill the preview screen in Adobe bridge?

Geachte,Om foto's via een media te halen heb ik de bestands lokaties en bestands naam aan gepast. daarna gaat het ophalen correct. Na Bridge zou het mogelijk zijn dat de instellingen bewaard blijven. Dit is bij mij niet het geval. hoe is dit an te passen.Dear,To transfer photos via a media, I have changed the file locations and file name. then the collection is correct. After Bridge it would be possible that the settings are saved. This is not the case with me. how can this be adjusted.

Why does the the icon in Bridge display the .ait file different and smaller than the .ai file?  see attached screen shot for my example. They are both 8.5 X 11. Am I doing something wrong in the saving process?  Thanks.

I accidently denied access to Photos on Bridge.  I now have a red "no-entry" sign on file.  How can I restore access?  Than you.

Bonjour tout le monde,je souhaite utiliser Bridge et j'ai donc téléchargé, sur le site d'Adobe, le fichier "Bridge_Set-Up.exe"L'application m'installe Adobe Creative Cloud puis Adobe Bridge CC 2019.A priori tout se passe bien puisqu'aucun message ne vient m'avertir d'un quelconque dysfonctionnement.Lorsque je veux lancer l'application j'ai le message suivant :L'application n'a pas réussi à démarrer correctement.(0xC000007b). Cliquez sur OK pour fermer l'application.Quelqu'un saurait-il d'où peut venir l'erreur ? Sachant que j'ai déjà réinstallé Bridge plusieurs fois.Je suis sous Windows 10 et j'ai lancé l'application en administrateur et en normalPar avance je remercie tout ceux qui pourront m'aider.

Hello. I use CS6 and Bridge (via CC) with Windows 10. In Bridge > Filmstrip view, if I select 7 images there is no “7 items selected” wording anywhere in the bottom bar as in previous versions. Is there a way to turn this on or enable it? For obvious reasons I want to know how many images I’ve selected. Thanks for any info.

HelloOne of our users in the Creative Cloud has been having issues performing keyword searches on Bridge 2019. For some reason, her PC is not displaying all of the possible results when searching via keywords.All users work off of a file server and over the network.For our test searches: all other users have been receiving 49 results when searching for a specific keywordBUTthis one user is only receiving 11 results.ANY HELP PLEASE? I am using Adobe Bridge CC Version: 9.0.2.219 x64. There are menus across the top. The navigation pane is on the left. There is a filmstrip along the bottom (content) and a preview pane in the top-middle, encompassing most of the screen area. I want to make the preview image bigger so I will have a closer look at objects in the image. I want to be able to pan the image around while I am looking at the image. I do not want a magnifying glass to pop up and just show a part of the image bigger. I have avoided using the word "zoom" because, well I just could not find the answer in the User Manual using that term. I want to click on the image to make it bigger and then pan around the way I can in Lightroom.

I've copied all files from an old external drive to a new one. Unfortunately this does not maintain all the collections. What is the correct way to do this so that all the collections remain in place?Thanks.

Hallo zusammen,ich habe ein Problem:alle meine Aufnahmen, die ich bearbeitet haben, werden von mir in der Bridge mit Sternen bewertet und nach Abschluss der Bearbeitung farblich markiert.Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten übertrage ich alle Ordner mit eine Synchronisationssoftware auf mein NAS..leider gehen dabei alle Bewertungen und Markierungen verloren. Das soll so nicht sein.Kann mir bitte jemand einen Hinweis geben, woran das liegt ??habe bislang nichts gefunden.Vielen dank vorabGrüßeGuido

Assigning Keywords using the keywords panel in Bridge has always been a bit gimpy for me but now it doesn't work at all. If I select 8 keywords maybe two will appear at the  top of the panel as assigned keywords while only one actually shows up in the metadata panel keyword list. I'm using Bridge 9.0.2.219 x6x on a PC with Windows 10. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Last week I updated to Bridge 2019 and since then I have not been able to apply keywords, ratings or labels to image files.(I can only apply keywords if I open individual files in photoshop - defeating the main purpose for my team using Bridge in the first place).I am currently working with files on a network, which has not been an issue in the past.This issue does not extend to local files, but moving all assets from a network to a local location is not an option.I am still able to apply ratings and labels to folders, just not images.I have tried rolling back to a previous version and removing all my preferences when doing so, however now when I try to use older versions, I am encountering the same issue. (have tried both 2017 and 2018 versions, note: both these versions have been used with files on a network in the past and not encountered any issue)I have also tried restoring to factory settings, without success.This issue is effecting everyone in my team who has updated, but no any

I am using CS6 Bridge (5.0.2.4) on Mac OS X (10.14.3).  I have a master folder with sub-folders that have only photos and others that only have videos.  I use Bridge for its "Batch Rename" tool.  Recently, I have noticed a folder that has five video (.MOV) files is only displaying thumbnails for two of the five videos.  All videos were taken on the same iPhone 7.  All videos are transferred from iPhone to "Photos" on OS X using USB cable.  I then drag and drop from "Photos" to specific previously mentioned folder structure on Mac desktop.  I have zapped the PRAM.  I have deleted the plist.  I have deleted cache on "hidden" Adobe library.  I have also tried the Bridge - Tools - Cache menu options of "Build and Export Cache" as well as "Purge Cache For Folder" and re-launched Bridge.  Sadly, all attempts have not resolved my issue.  I am aware most people are on CC Bridge and standalone version CS6 is antiquated, but any help wo

I use CS6 and Bridge (via CC) with Windows 10. In Bridge > RAW > Workflow Options, why am I limited to only one option as in the first attached and not a selection as in the second attached? Thanks for any info.      

So I'm getting this error when I try to add keywords to my video files in Bridge. I have the latest version. Is there an issue with adding keywords to 4K media? I had no idea that the metadata was being stored in the clip itself, I thought it was just a pointer to the media. I have no problem adding keywords to 1080 or 720 HD clips, but both .mov and .mp4 4k files are getting this error. Thoughts? Thanks - Steve

When I look up a file that I KNOW I have already added metadata to...it doesn't show up - if I add the data - save - close and open another file, the data from the previous file is there....

I used to for 15 years, just delete, and scoop up images from Imac trash, and save to a "delted/ archive" folder.Now Bridge has the unique bug, that  when one deletes, they don't arrive in Trash, They vanish from the earth.It bizarre, but Adobe's sadism, never surprises.Any workaround for this thanks?

So I have all these images for multiple objects taken at certain angles. I need to rename the images as the item.vertical angle. horizontal angle. So it has to look like 00004.060.80 this Is there any why in bridge to do this. keep in mind that angles go from 360-010-025-040-055-070-090-105-130-155-180-205-230-255-270-290-305-320-335-350 for the horizontal and for vertical it goes 90-80-70-60-50-40Any Idea's this is over a hundred images per item and there are at-least 50 items

Bridge has 4 label color, 6,7,8,9  but  the final, purple has no number. How do I assign a number to it?

I am getting PDFs from Bridge that are badly oversaturated. I can find no information on how to control this. Hi All, I've noticed a funny thing that's happened perhaps with one of the updates over the past few months. When I export a PDF from Bridge, at 300 dpi at highest quality (lowest compression) I'm getting noise in my thumbnail images. Thinking I might be nuts, I checked a PDF from a couple of months ago. No Noise. I output the same images again, now there is noise. There is no "add noise" checkbox I'm overlooking I don't think. Anyone else noticing this? It's really annoying. I output images to show my clients and don't want any more degradation in quality than I have to have. I'm running 9.0.2.219 – thanks!

Symptom: Attempting to open a folder of images in Adobe Bridge from the Windows 10 right-click context menu in File Explorer causes an immediate GPU rendering crash. Bridge displays a message that it is unable to use the GPU, and that software rendering has been enabled instead, and that I should update my GPU drivers. Sometimes Bridge hangs here, sometimes it can be restarted successfully. Upon relaunch, the Essentials workspace is hosed and must be reset from the menu. Dear Forum,I would like to use Adobe Bridge to import all fotos from my smartphone. The import function scans my whole device and then gives an overview of all the importable files (mp3, gif...). Is there a way to select only files of a certain type (e.g. .jpg). Since there are thousands of files, it is a hazzle to do this manually every time...Best Regards

Hi-I'm using Bridge 9.0.2.219.  I'd like to preview .mov files encoded with HAP, but it does not appear to be working.  I know in After Effects, "legacy" quicktime support was removed which broke HAP support.  Did that happen in Bridge as well?  HAP ingest was fixed in AE - any chance for previews to work in Bridge?  Or do they work and am I having another issue?Thanks
