Wo ist die Funktion zum konvertieren von Dateien mit dem Bildprozessor in Bridge 2019?Früher war diese unter „Werkzeuge“ > „Photoshop“ > „Bildprozessor“ zu finden.
I use a Mac running High Sierra.I know how to configure my Bridge workspace to what I want and I realise the default for sorting images is by file name. Sometimes on a photography trip I use two bodies and when I view them in Bridge it's handy to do so by date created so I get a true timeline. What I'd like to do is have two workspaces - one that shows sorting by file name and the other that always shows by date created. I've created two workspaces with these parameters and saved with different names but whenever I go into the one for "date created" it comes up showing the "filename" sort.Is it possible to have date created as a default? If so, how? Thanks,Bob
Any time I go to browse in bridge from photoshop cs6 it never takes me back to the folder I was last working in. Is there a way to fix this so bridge just goes back to the last folder I was in?
After a recent Windows 10 update, Windows Photos App broke and won't launch. I spent several hours trying all the solutions I could find in the Windows support forum, but nothing fixed it. So I'm switching to using Adobe Bridge to quickly browse through images. But switching between Windows Explorer and Bridge is inconvenient.1) Is there a way to setup Windows Explorer Shell so that double clicking an image will launch Bridge and make the image show up in the preview panel?I see that you can right click a folder and select "open folder in Bridge". But that would mean having to back out of the folder, and losing the selection of the image that I wanted to see, and having to find it again. Right clicking an image has no option to open in Bridge, and using "open with" and selecting Bridge does not work.2) Otherwise I would try an image viewer, but which one has color management across dual monitors, each with its own calibration profile?3) In Bridge, I would prefer using the Filmstr
My TimeMachine backups on several external drives I can not open anymore in Bridge... Via the Finder it's no problem... does anyone know what can be the cause of this?
The pdf export modules of both Bridge 8 and Bridge 9 are broken and unusable as they cannot read a color tag.I have tried repeatedly - both applications cannot read color tags and it looks like it's seen in a Firefox browser. All skin tones destroyed.I have searched online - the problem exists since September 2018.Has there been a solution to this problem in the six months since it was discovered? Is there a way to make the pdf module to do the most basic thing in the image world (and without which its all pointless): to read a color tag?I can't believe that after 25 years adobe brings out a module that can't read a color tag. I can't send this junk pdf to a client, nor to my own rep.
In general, I use 2 digits for sequence numbers as a standard. Occasionally, I will have to go beyond this and use 3 digits if I end up with more than 100 assets. The problem is, Bridge doesn't adjust this and maintains duplicative file names with a "(1)" at the end of the name as an example. Is there anyway around this that doesn't isn't solved by 3 digits in a name? Otherwise seems like an oversight as it should be able to handle the transition from 99 to 100 and more importantly, if you were to use 1 digit or 2 digits, you'd hit this cap very quick. Add to this the fact you can't undo a batch rename, and it's a huge problem.
Come posso fare?Grazie SM
Hi,So the title says it all really - this has been happening for as long as I can remember on my current work mac. If I have a bridge window open while im working in Illustrator and if I save a file it will appear instanlty in the bridge window but If I go to click on it (to drag and drop it or for whatever reason) bridge will become unresponsive for a few seconds- all I can do is drag the window around or go to file / new window to open a new window which does actually work. This is an inconvenience more than anything BUT one that im hoping to fix if possible, any suggestions would be appreciated. FYI purging cache / resting preferences is not a fix.my system as follows Model Name: iMac Model Identifier: iMac17,1 Processor Name: Intel Core i5 Processor Speed: 3.3 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 4 L2 Cache (per Core):&nb
HelloI have a peculiar interface anomaly occurring in Bridge when I view images full screen by pressing the space bar. Whenever I do this the background and/or image exhibits partial transparency (about 30%) around the very edges of the screen and I can see my desktop showing through. This strip of partial transparency is about 1cm (1/2 inch) wide and bleeds gradually into the background. Strangely the desktop image that shows through appears to be a ghost image of sorts because it remains the same even if I change the desktop. What's more peculiar is that I tried to screen grab the effect so I could share it here but the screen grab does not capture this anomaly. In the screen grab the background looks normal and runs right to the edge of the screen! I have this happening in both Bridge 2019 and 2018. I'm using a 27" 5K iMac running OS High Sierra (10.13.6). Anybody out there able to shed some light on this please?
Alvast bedankt
Hi there,So I'm having trouble with Bridge not showing previews of Indesign files. I've purged my cache and reset my Bridge settings to default and I'm seeing some Indesign files as previews, but for others, I'm just seeing the Indesign icon. I'm using CS6 and it only seems to be Indesign files that are affected, not image files or Illustrator files. Does anybody have any ideas? I'm including a picture that illustrates the problem. The Indesign icon and the two images on the left-hand side of the bottom row are all derivatives of the same file. Obviously, I'm seeing a preview of two of them, but not the third. I've also observed this in other folders with files that aren't derivatives of other files. Bridge CS6 doesn't appear to have any options for me to control the time frame for which it shows thumbnails and the problem is happening with both older files I haven't accessed in a while and a few new ones I created today.
Hey guys, any help appreciated for this. i haven't used bridge in a little while and wanted to get a shoot finished today. I have been unable to apply a Label colour of Star number within adobe bridge as yet. i have had a look and cant really find a solution to this problem...I have un-installed and re-installed photoshop, bridge and lightroom all with no luck.PLEASE HELP!!!Mark..
Hi… I’ve just updated to Bridge 2018 and every time I’ve worked on a photo and I’m done and want to save it this box keeps showing up: UNABLE TO SAVE THE RAW CONVERSION SETTINGS? I've had to reinstall to 2017 to my work done and keep my deadlines. And besides that the 2018 version has soemhow slowed everything down in the programme ... it takes forever to save a photo after its done, and writes UPDATING SETTINGS
Dear all,I've started using Adobe Bridge a few days ago.I´m trying to add to my pictures some Keywords, for me that's the main reason for using it!Unfortunately there is always a pop-up saying there is a problem for writing in/on the metadata.Only PSD is working....The pictures I'm working with have RAF, PSD and JPEG format.Does anyone has a solution for that? Thanks in advantage!Max
Hi, I'm having an issue that I hope has a solution. All my media has been moved to a new SAN with a new file folder structure. I am fine with relinking to the new folders, but when I'm in the "content" window and it has the 'fix" button next to ## missing files detected, when I click the "fix"button it doesn't give me a complete path name. So I can't tell what file it's trying to relink to. I don't know how to work around this. I have over 3600 files I had organized and keyworded that I fear I will no longer be able to access via Bridge anymore. Here's a screencap of the window I'm getting when I hit "fix." Nothing I can do will extend the window. Thanks in advance. This is the latest version of Bridge on a Mac. High Sierra. If that matters. Steve
I use Bridge on a Mac and on Windows. All my images are on a server so the Mac paths are:/Volumes/Folder/SubFolder/Fileand on the PC they are:\\ServerName\Folder\SubFolder\FileThere does not seem to be a way to massage file paths in Bridge so that 'connections' are not lost when I move from one machine to another.is this not possible?Sean
I am trying to batch image trace a bunch of animation frames through bridge's illustrator batch image trace, it works, but my images are getting uncentered, so then I have to go into every single frame and move the frame into place. Is there a way to make sure this doesn't happen and to make sure my source images are coming out centered in the export? I set my output file size to the same size as my images it just not centering the image so 1/3 of it is left hanging off.
I am getting this dialog box popup every time I open Bridge. I need to click any of the buttons several times before Bridge is usable. 1 - I do not have any other Disks open (I do have a second internal hard drive for data) 2 - I have external hard drives for archives, but seldom open an image in Bridge from them. 3 - Julianne Moore's answer (from the answer to another user's previous identical question) does not help. "When launching Bridge, Control-Alt + Shift to choose “Reset Preferences”, Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache”, and/or Reset Standard Workspaces”.Cntl-Alt + Shift 'while' launching Bridge does nothing. Cntl-Alt + Shift 'after' launching Bridge does nothing. In Bridge's preferences, there are no options to "Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache", "Reset Preferences", or "Reset Standard Workspaces". Adobe Bridge CCVersion: 9.0.2.219 x64
I am trying to include specific Flash information in Adobe Bridge panel i.e. mainly wanting to show 1) Flash ETTL or Manual 2) Flash Manual power level 3) Flash ETTL FEC value. Can anyone please help with this query ? I have seen people mention plug-ins but not sure if that's what I need and which one. I am using Adobe Bridge CC 2018 Thanks Mark
Have been working in a collection on bridge.I now see that all of the description & titles in all of the files has now been overwritten sometime about 3 hours agoIs there a way to undo this ?
Hi everyone,I'd love some help with a problem I keep having with Bridge CC 2018. When I hit space bar for the full-screen preview of photos, Bridge crashes. Every time.Computer details:macOS High SierraLate 2013 iMac 27in3.2 GHz intel Core i524GB 1600MHz DDR3 RamI've purged the Cache but that hasn't fixed it. Does anyone have suggestions for how to stop this?TIA.Jimmy
In Bridge CC 2019 I use collections to track track various workflow states, such as which sites I have uploaded an image to.Thus a single image may be in multiple collections - but I can't see how to determine which collections an image is in. (Other than browsing every collection which would be tedious). Am I missing something?Ideally I would like the equivalent to the function that is in Photoshop Elements, where a right click on a image gives an option to "Remove from Album" and it shows the albums the image can be removed from.
Where should the Metadata Templates file (path) be located to work with Bridge CS5 and Windows 7?
