IT will work for one photo and then stop working all together on the rest of the photos. some memory cards it allows me to rate & others I am unable to get anything rated. I've restarted my computer tried multiple things and nothing. I have not experienced this until the recent update
Help - when I edit a photo in ACR it changes the "Date Created" to be the same as the "date modified" so I'm unable then to sort the images by date created once they've been edited which throws them out of sequence. Not ideal for wedding editing. How do I stop this?

I'm using Bridge 15.0.0.397 on a Mac running Sonoma 14.6.1. The Preview panel should scale images up to fill the window, or at least have an option to allow for this. It is very frustrating to see a tiny image in the middle of a vast empty Preview panel (see attached screenshot). I have the same problem when previewing an image from the Content panel using the spacebar.
When viewing Fujifilm .raf raw files, the embedded preview is not shown correctly. It's shown as a corrupted bitmap. It's always necessary to generate a preview, slowing everything down. Please fix.
Adobe Bridge is failing to convert Camera Raw files into Jpg files using Tools>Photoshop>Image processor. the files get opened in Photoshop but do not get saved. an error is reported and the files remain open in photoshop
Newly created subfolders will not be displayed in the navigation/folder panel unless you perform a complete restart of Bridge. Since the required little subfolder ticks on the side are missing, it is not possible to access or drag and drop anything into the new subfolder without a restart. The manual refresh button doesn't help either as it will only affect the image content panel, not the file structure/navigation itself. The best would be to automatically refresh both automatically without having to look for an extra button.
Bridge version: 15.0.0.397OS: Windows 10 (version 10.0.19045.5011)System language: US EnglishSteps:1. Navigate to a folder with HEIC images displaying thumbnails correctly.2. Rename a file to contain a "special" character, any of the following will break it:* ?(fullwidth Question Mark, U+FF1F)* ü (u-umlaut, U+00FC)* 5 (fullwidth digit five, U+FF15)* 中 (Chinese, U+4E2D)* な (Japanese, U+306A)* к (Cyrillic, U+043A)3. Right click on the thumbnail and choose Purge Cache for Selection.Expected: Thumbnail will be regenerated, previews will display image.Actual result: Generic placeholder image appears for thumbnail and preview (attached).Workaround: Rename file to remove special characters, purge cache to get clean images, undo to change filename back to original.
Bridge version: 14.1.2.300, 15.0.0.397OS: Windows 10 (version 10.0.19045.5011)Steps:1. Create a document in Photoshop (ex. 800x1200px) and save as GIF.2. Click on GIF file in Bridge.Expected: Preview is shown in preview pane and full screen after pressing space--only a generic placeholder (see attached image).Actual result: No preview is shown. Other files in the same folder work as expected (PNG, JPG, HEIC, DNG).If I right-click on the thumbnail and choose Purge Cache for Selection, a preview will appear in the preview pane (but nothing full screen), but if I click off of the GIF and go back the preview does not reappear. For some images the preview is initially sharp then drops to very low resolution after a half second.
Since the most recent update of Bridge 14.1.2 and now 14.1.3, Bridge is not reading the embedded color profile of any RAW files. The metadata shows them as Untagged, and if I try to open the RAW file with Bridge, Photoshop will not recognize it as a color image and open it in B&W. However, if I open a RAW file without using Bridge, directly to Photoshop, it opens correctly. I was hoping the update to 14.1.3 would fix the problem, but no luck. This has only been a problem for about two weeks, since the most recent version of 14.1.2.
Version of Adobe Bridge15.0.0.397Steps to reproduce the issuesTools-->Photoshop-->Image ProcessorBridge asks to install Photoshop scriptOperating SystemWindow 11Expected resultJPGs should be as viewed on screenActual resultJPGS have a pale blue tintOptional- Upload your File or Video***This still happens even after I disable the script in Bridge. This still happens even when I don't go through Bridge. Now when I export directly from Photoshop through "saves as," the image still has blue tint.I have to reinstall Photoshop to get it back to working correctly (no blue tint).
when you go to move a file from one folder to another, bridge will freeze and not allow the move to happen

I’m using Adobe Bridge as a stand-alone software to add and maintain metadata of photos that I save in a Finder folder structure. I’m not using Photoshop, Camera Raw or other Adobe applications. Until recently, I was able to add metadata to HEIC files in Adobe Bridge that originate from my iPhone or that I created out of RAW files from my Nikon DLSR in Pixelmator Pro. For whatever reason, it’s no longer possible to edit the metadata of HEIC photos which I previously edited via Adobe Bridge. It’s still possible to see them (except in the ‘Keywords’ Panel) but they are no longer editable fields. When now trying to assign a new keyword, the following error message is shown: “Cannot apply metadata - The file XY cannot store XMP metadata. No changes will occur.”This however was possible just a few weeks back (I assume with the previous version of Adobe Bridge). I would have uploaded a reference file but the uploader doesn't support HEIC files.FIXING REQUEST: Please fix this issue as soon as
I’ve been having a lot of issues with Photo Downloader recently. First when I open Photo downloader it will see the card but not files. I’ll refresh it, then It will show 328 files. Then I refresh again and it will show 787 files. Another refresh 1351 files, another refresh then it will show 2025 files. But oddly when I use finder and select the folder and go to get info it will say the folder contains 2026 files. I don’t see any text files in the folder just images, so I’m not sure if one Image is missing? The same issue has happened several times. Needing multiple refreshes to find all the photos, but even then one less file in Photo Downloader than what Finder is telling me is within the Folder. Not sure what’s going on here… I also see first two images are looking wonky, like similar to rolling shutter but not that... I had Mechanical shutter enabled and it could look like the others. the first two photos are black and white when they should be color.. This is just the preview of t
Photo Downloader crashes when selecting a ProGrade CFExpress card reader connected to my Mac Stuidio. And, cannot load pics even in Photoshop (CFExpress drive appears momentarily and then becomes invisible).Mac OS Sequoia 15.0.1
Calling app.refresh(); is broken, at least in Mac Ventura 13.7Update:When only performing a rename on selected files, the refresh doesn't work, so the new filenames aren't visible until manually refreshing. However, if I also save the existing names to the preserved filename metadata field before renaming, the refresh works.
Mac Ventura 13.7When batch renaming using the Date/Time > Date Created > Milliseconds metadata on JPEG or NEF files containing millisecond metadata, the value is ignored and 000 is incorrectly used instead.I was able to get this to work once, but it now no longer works on the same files after numerous quit/restart of bridge or computer reboots. In the end, I had to write a javascript batch rename to accomplish the task:https://community.adobe.com/t5/bridge-discussions/batch-renaming-issue-with-milliseconds/td-p/14886235There are already two similar bug reports at this site for this long standing issue that goes back many versions:https://adobebridge.uservoice.com/forums/905377-report-bugs/suggestions/39521614-batch-rename-not-always-correctly-parsing-millisechttps://adobebridge.uservoice.com/forums/905377-report-bugs/suggestions/45327280-batch-rename-milliseconds-000-after-editing-files

Observed if the size of .EPS file is small (less than 1 MB) - it is not showing its thumbnail.

Dragging files with option/alt-key pressed to other windows than Bridge's (e.g. Mac's Desktop or Finder windows) used to create a copy. Since a few updates, the green + cursor badge appears, but files are simply moved to the new location and deleted from their original location.I'm using Mac OS Sonoma and Bridge 14.1.1.274.
