Cannot Delete Voice Over Audio

For downloading work file as a PDF document, each page is getting delayed, and I am getting an error pop-up dialog box stating, An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.

Getting an error and I can't locate the asset it's mentioning

I am an educator, using my educator account, however, I do not have access to Premium. Why?

How do I delete the 2nd video and add different video? There does not seem to be a delete the layer option that is easy to find

I uploaded a short 10 sec video and wanted to remove the video background. Even after 20+ minutes, I was unable to click the "Remove Background Button" - see image attached. This occurs on Google Chrome. On Firefox, the video is never playable so I assume it never processes.

Unable to download more than one page at a time.

There's nothing in my files yet it's telling me my storage is full. Every time I press the + button and import media, once the media loads in it tells me my storage is full. I don't know why it's doing this since I have deleted all my files and restarted the app and my computer.

I keep finishing my project and then all of a sudden my video files go bad and I have to redo them. There's no way to edit the length of text appearance and no way to fade in and out audio. Aren't you guys supposed to be the best in the business? This should have all been figured out by now! I finished my project but am afraid to exit out because I think when I come back my files will go bad again. It won't let me download it as it says it's still "working on it". Thanks for wasting hours of my life.

Cant place Text over video, the timing gets all jacked up and it appears on the entire clip, persistent. Very Glitchy and never used to be please have a look at the text timing issues

Seems to be ahving an issue recognizing wooden elements on white . I take my product pics in a white lightbox, with wooden hangers and stands, and it keeps removing the branded wooden parts in my images

The Logo maker doesn't work for me. The application/action opens but none of the pre-filled entries can be changed and I can't move off the startup screen
