The Animate from audio section has a issue with loading. I've done everything I could to get the page to load. It just stopped working.
I have the premium subscription, I am signed in and I wanted to use animate with audio feature, as it was working yesterday and it's just giving me a white screen with an "X" in the corner. What happens to fix this?

The guidlines say be kind and respectful. Is it kind and respectful for Adobe to charge us ransom-level prices and fail to deliver a working service when we as creators depend on the tools working WHEN we need to work and deliver on deadlines? IS IT ADOBE? Per the subject, when using desktop, Adobe Express Animate from Audio just shows a blank white screen. I checked Adobe Status and in keeping with their poor support, on the LONG list of things broken, NO mention of this issue exists. Adobe made huge huge amounts of NET profit last year, and continues to do so. Yet they won't spend the money to deliver a reliable, well supported service to the artist community. Those are facts. Not opinions. They should have detected this issue before ME and noted it on the status. Instead, I'm in here digging around. Oh, and of course, it should not have happened in the first place.

過去のコミュニティ投稿でも同じような事象があったようですが、添付画像のエラーが出て、動画ファイルのダウンロードができません。 問題解決のため以下のことは試しました: - ページの再読み込み - 再起動 - 時間/日にちを置いてのダウンロード - キャッシュのクリア - Chrome、Edge等、別ブラウザでの使用 - 複数ページの際は、個別でファイルを作って個別ダウンロード →全て同じ文言でのエラー - 音楽ファイル等の挿入は無し - 社内IT部門と確認の上、セキュリティの問題ではない - 動画ではなく画像ファイルの場合はダウンロード可能 上記以外で解決方法などありましたらお知らせください。

I'm trying to download a video I created on Adobe Express and I'm getting the following message: I haven't had any problems downloading my created video until tonight. When I start the download button the whole program bogs down for about a minute and a half and then it pops up saying "still working 20%" but never proceeds any further and then that error message pops up right behing it. Any ideas?

With 2 separate videos that I had been editing for several hours, I get a upload failed message when i am just about done editing the video. No matter how many times I refresh the bulk if the video seems lost. What can I do?
Application is very slow open and profile photo can't change. even AI is not working properly only show Loading. and please make app smooth and fast. Application need more optimistic. Thankyou

Image is degraded, less sharp. Objects are removed with AI well, but resulting image loses quality even before I save it. It's good and sharp right before AI object removal. Basically unusable.
