My website Adobe Express and iPad Adobe Express do not sync at all. I do not know what to do.

I made 2 flyers the other day and opened them to print them and the images I chose were changed to some AI generated imaged. And if I try to add the elements I used the first time, they now show up as the respective AI images - which are of space basketball and not a cute coffee cup haha.

When playing a video that has been imported, audio often doesn’t play. I’ve had some luck closing the app, reloading and starting again—but not always. This has happened on stock audio, or imported audio.

every time I split a piece of a video I need to wait at least 30 seconds (more if the video is long) so the video "uploads" again. This situation takes too long

I just finished my project and published it but when I copy the link and click on the link the presentation drops the last 20 seconds from my presentation. Help please....

There was no indication nor message that stated that free accounts were subject to only 25 credits a month. Therefore, you owe an entire free month for not making this information readily available and more easily noticeable. This falls under the false advertising laws in the United States which also cover deceptive corporate practices. Unless you want to be reported to the authorities, I suggest fair compensation and fair use toward this matter. You should have initially made a statement when selecting this feature or show the credits being used. Neither was shown or stated to me nor was I directed toward any legal documentation that made this plain and clear. I've always regarded Adobe as a good, solid company and never had any troubles out of your software products in the past, so I will count this as a mere mistake, on your part, if simply honor the user/company agreement of being fair in this little remediation, situation. Thanks.

Non of the text on project is loading. I need this project finished ASAP. i tried different web browsers and clearing my cache and nothing is working

When I tap on a generated image to share or download it, I lose the ability to go back to the generated images to share or download others. It is heartbreaking to forever lose access to great images because downloading one means you lose access to all of the others.  Please give us the ability to share/download multiple generated images.

Cant open the layers side bar

I can't download, share, save it says "we are working on your file..." for over 12 hours now

Cant add fonts. No upload button

The pop-up menu for any action you want to use always covers the design so you cannot see what you’re actually trying to do with the design. This happens with the eraser option which covers 90% of the image which doesn’t allow you to remove or raise the parts that you want to erase also with the Duo tone option and you want to use a custom duotone. You cannot see the design so you don’t know how it looks, because the pop-up menu always takes over 90% of the screen. Also, you noticed that nothing in this new app is about the design of anything. It is all about AI. It’s all about the sharing options. Nothing on the design. Part of the app is taken care of anymore.

When working on project I seem to lose my font items. I cannot add any text to the project I am working on. Also it doesn’t look like multiple layers on the video timeline are there. Using the Instagram story template.

Is broke. nothing works when I upload

One of my brands I mistakenly clicked the library option and now it has compeltey disappeared and the brand and libraries option under "your stuff" won't load.

Hello, I keep getting a folder added to my account named project Squirrel V1 and I want to know how is this happening and why?! I've deleted this folder twice only to see it return. can someone look into this please, as I am not confortable with information sharing without my knowledge!

Not everything is working right, quite yet. When you publish, the file name isn’t saved. In glideshow, adding text and image is difficult, and takes several tries. Adding a button, within the glideshow, doesn’t seem to work.

When removing background in my photo, it corrupts the picture in the foreground, making the image unusable for advertising.

I'm trying to create a picture of a historic figure in an asylum setting (that's where he spent the last days of his life) and I'm not able to create that. There's no photo available of that person, only drawings that I managed to upscale, enhance and bring to a near photo quality and now I'm failing to use generative ai to give the photo a background. I don't think that "asylum" should be a forbidden word. This is not right.

After generated some flyers models from text, there is often a bug that makes it impossible to click on any generated image, we can only reload the page and loss all the generated images displayed. That's embarassing.
