i cant use my uploaded fonts, appears a note " fonst cant be used"

I cannot edit my project, the sidebar is missing.

Yesterday the program was ok. Today it isnt work.

I'm trying to add a new font but the platform doesn't allow me. I clicked on add, then try to see in all the places but doesn't appears the option upload.

I shared my documents with a colleague via the invite to share. Immediately after doing so, I lost access to all of my designs and files. My files still are not available in Adobe Express and have somehow just disappeared.

When I click on a text box (existing) it won't give me the option to amend the text...I can't even see the options.

When i go to elements, and search for a specific shape, It wont load, try it yourself and see.

learn tab opens anytime i click anything no matter how many times i close it or if i let it give me a tutorial

I wanted to edit the text on a flyer template, but I couldn't. Even selecting the "topic" on the "report a bug" there's not an option for a simple "buttons don't exist"

hello for the past week I have been attempting to convert a .mov file to .mp4 and encounter an error. step 1: upload .mov (no issues) step 2: uploading media prompt (no issues) step 3 is the issue: once uploaded it goes straight into "waiting in queue" error and the wheel spins FOR-EV-ER (screenshot attached) and never converts my file so that I may export as an .mp4 Please help. I use this feature almost weekly and LOVE it, I hate to be without it

I cant use my templates, I can make a new file.

It is not downloading properly. I get an error message every time and have to pdf them individually.

Started loading, then stops and the error pops up. When I tried to download the other pages, it did it right, but not that page.

We frequently experience problems in making a simple photobook in Adobe Express: Photos that were inserted suddenly disappear from a page (an empty rectangle is shown) and from that moment on the program refuses to insert that particular photo in the same position or anywhere else in the book. We use simple .jpg files and never encountered a similar problem using other software. It is also unclear to us where to ask for help: we do not want to bother other users with this problem, but were unable to find a helpdesk. Any suggestions?

When browsing shapes > all rectangles, the panel starts rapidly flickering/vibrating. I can still click a rectangle to add to the file, though, so it doesn't seem to affect the functionality of the menu. It only happens with the rectangle menu, not when viewing other shapes categories, like circles or stars. I'm using express in via Google Chrome. I haven't tested to see if this happens in other browsers.

I am a teacher and a former Adobe Education Leader, I have been using Adobe Express for my classes; mostly web pages for Portfolio purposes. For months now I have a handful of students where it won't save as they add items to the page and if they get their page to work and save, it can also not load completely or take minutes to load the page. I am not 100% sure if I am seeing the correct versions of their page when I am grading. I am about to abandon Express completely and try other services. PLEASE HELP AND ADVISE!
