It says that they are still working on the video but its been more then 10 minutes and I cant still download it.

Ich kann die Dateien speichern, allerdings kann ich sie danach nicht nochmal bearbeiten und ich kann sie vor allem auch nicht runterladen. Siehe Screenshot. Wieso ist das so? Theoretisch habe ich von meinem Unternehmen die Premium-Version, aber es funktioniert trotzdem nicht. Was kann ich tun? Vielen Dank.

Posting this story should be an issue based on these messages. As you can see I have 5 vertical images. On Insta I can posts these vertical images as stories, so it should be able to work from here.

Every time I try to hover over an audio clip to trim it, the timeline jumps to the beginning of the video preventing me from selecting the audio

For some time now, everything I try to do ends up with a pop up window that states, "Something went wrong. Unable to open document. Today, I still cannot use Adobe Express. Quite frustrating. click on my files, error, new flyer, error, new video, error. Nothing works and every possible option displays the error message in the attached screen shot. Lastly, when reaching out for support via chat, al that was accomplished was a waste of time and a decision for me to never give Adobe another cent if I can help it. That chat is worse than a closed call centre. Unreal.

I'm compose this community as it's benifit for other community. That's make great community and used to share their ideas,  creative and features

Please note that my right-side tool bars are missing. The Layout, Resize and Design tool are not there. also when i place a image form my file i can't edit it in Photoshop. on the left top it doesn't indicate the option to edit directly. Why?

Hi, it says I've used 39GB on my adobe storage. But actually I have used less than 100MB. Now I cannot make more new images on Adobe Express because it thinks I've reached over 6GB limit. Can you please help me solve this problem?

Since the update, the application has been extremely slow. Each click can take several seconds to load. What is going on ?

DL fails at 20%, I've tried sharing and having someone else save and it still fails at 20%. I've duplicated the file and tried saving the copy and that too fails at 20%.

At times the Download of Files in the as PDF doesn't work. The program loads fully before a error message appears (see attachment).

Why are all of my downloads blurry and pixelated?? The only file that downloads clear is a PDF but will not convert properly to PNG or JPG properly on my mac. I had this issue a few months ago, stepped away from this program, and then came back only to get incredibly frustrated. There is no way for me to export my projects, and it will not allow me to link my instagram and post directly from adobe.... so like.... what am I supposed to do?

My MP4 export is not working. I have tired downloading different sizes, splitting up the file into a smaller ones, and it just stops at 20%.

Says something went wrong and ask to refresh or go back home I cant open my file which has taken me a week to perfect?
