I used a template and designed a brochure. While downloading the brochure, it gives error message as attached .The asset ID to be replaced does not match the asset and non existent.

About 1-2 times a minute, I get a pop-up message saying "Something went wrong" and telling me to refresh the page. It deletes unsaved work. The error code is: UUID: b3d3819c-ce37-4b0b-81f3-75d7fa545fec

When I try the usual method of using the upper right "share" button to publish to a webpage, it only gives me the option to share the working link to a member, not publish to a page and link I can use?

I returned to Adobe Express, "My Stuff" to redownload a file I had already removed the background from, and even though it let me choose .png file which typically equals transparency, the background was still slid white — even though the first time I used the AI function and downloaded immeditately, it gave me the layered PNG file with a true transparent background. This seems like a bug to not offer the same file originally created, but now saved under the tab "YourStuff."

I added our instagram account. We now have more instagram accounts in our Meta Business Suite... but there is no way for me to go back and now add those instagram accounts in the Settings- Connections page. PLEASE HELP my email is [email removed by moderator]

When i extract a video I have CC'ed using Adobe, the sound does not match the video any longer rendering the entire video unusable.

I scheduled a LinkedIn post with a video via the scheduler. Android users couldn't play the video on their LinkedIn app. On my Apple devices, it worked fine.I then downloaded the video and uploaded it manually into a new post which fixed it. But I would love to use the scheduler for videos on LinkedIn. Is this a bug, and can it be fixed?

Can't access Adobe Express via Chrome [Chrome is up to date Version 121.0.6167.160 (Official Build) (arm64)]. MacOS 14.3 (23D56). Freezes as per screen shot. All other websites are accessible via Chrome and no issues with accessing it on Safari.

Every time I add a new text box, I can't move my cursor from the previously created text box and therefor cannt add text to the new text box. VERY frustrating!
