I keep getting this error message when I am creating artwork UUID: 52db7c97-ccdb-4265-87f0-a3356556cbb2

We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.UUID: b6a1ebdf-4d46-4fe7-aeaa-0c9f38af489aworking on simple image and keep getting above message when editing ANY layer. 

Every time I try to open one of my files, I get a message saying I need to hit "refresh" to update or "back home" to return to the home page. "Refresh" does nothing but bring the error message back. This is obviously a problem.

When I go to download my video it says the video will download in the background when ready, but never downloads.

J'essaye de télécharger une vidéo depuis 1 semaine sans succès! Je ne vois pas l'intérêt de nous laisser créer des vidéos pendant des heures et avoir un abonnement premium si finalement nous ne pouvons pas télécharger les vidéos!

This tool hasn't been working for a couple of days now. Is this going to be fixed soon?

I can't have multiple layers of audio and it bugs me because that means I can't have both sound effects AND music in the background of my video.

Cela fait 2 ours que j'essaie de télécharger ma video et j'ai toujours le même message " un fichier est en cours d'enregistrement, veuillez attendre avant d'exporter". Mais là, ça fait 2 jours et visiblement, le fichier continue de ne pas être téléchargé.

I have never had this issue before. I click on publishh, republish, or create link and it all generates the same link that leads to nowhere but a 404. I cannot publish anything. Please help.

Hi there, I'm suddenly aware files are going to be deleted and I'm trying to save big files off the coud and they won't download. I have tried different browsers. What time exactly and which files exactly will be deleted? many thanks Kezia

I finish working with simple image design and I pressed on download, I keep getting a message that say's "we are working on your file. You will be able to download you file soon" it has been like 30 mins and nothing is happening, also I cannot exit the project because I am getting a alert saying auto save still working so if I exit I will lose everything

I finished working on a simple image which took me an how but there isn't a lot of element in, I cannot download, share, or leave. I keep getting the message we are working on your file. you will be able to download your file soon, or you will be able to share your file soon. and if I exit I will lose all progress. I have no clue what to due and I want to sleep.

when I press past to past a text in the report a but window, the text will past in the project that I am working in in the background of the report a bug window

I was creating a webpage and was able to add 3 photos, but then I wasn't able to keep adding photos after that. I am not sure what happened. seems like a bug.

I have had nothing but issues today when using the web version of Express in Chrome. Now, after creating my entire project, I am unable to save/download the file.

i cannot see how i can save my work. if it is obvious or whatever... there should be a button like all software ot at least feedback.. i am stuck i cannot close it and don't know how to save it and don't have time to research how to save it so will just have to abandon it ....
