When I try to access my old files to use in the new adobe express, I get an error in converting.

I cannot download any file/project. The download button keeps showing the same message "We're working on your file, you'll be able to download it soon"

The timeline button is so hidden, why is it in 'Add' dropdown? I just spent 15 min searching for it... It is the most basic and most used function on Adobe express for us haha

its taking too much time yet not downloaded

I am not able to change the dimensions of the text box. I can size it up or down, but I can't make it longer to fit the text.

somehow what I see is not what is exported - instead it is fully reversed, text and all

My voice over shows but will no longer play back. My file will not download and it's been all day. the program tells me it is working on file and can't download

I used a multpage template and when exporting and viewing in the layers panel the images are inverted and/or upside down and there is no way to correct....very odd. Using Safari, latest updates

Hi, I have imported a logo in .png file. When I resize the logo it becomes blurry and distored. Same logo used in Canva in same size have no issues. SO can you pelase check and advice me what is the best way to use .png transparent logo files without distorting the logo. Thanks

for some reason in addition to the hugle beneficial duplicate post function going missing, I can now no longer upload images. I literally work 10 of these accounts for different clients and right now I am doing all of their work on Meta Business suite, they are askign me why they are paying for this service and I am holding out to see if you can get it sorted, Is there no way back to the other express and off the beta one? Too much longer and I think we will go somehwere else

Says there are no templates when searching for anything

When I use my Microsoft full sized keyboard with the number pad on the right side to create a new design with a custom size using the numbers, the menu vanishes. I have to use the numbers on the top of my keyboard.

Adobe Express is painfully slow since the major update a month or so ago. It's to the point where I'd almost rather not use it. Please fix

I used the scheduler to post an image I made to LinkedIn. The image that was posted was missing a key element - our logo - it showed up as a big grey box. Has anyone else had this happen? Wondering if I can trust the scheduler feature.

All of my files are gone in express. 3 years of work was deleted and I only have access to stuff done last week. I want a full refund for every year of my subscription this is absolutely insane. Someone please reach out and help with this.

Have tried repeatedly to download a video that I created in Express. Have made a new video from a template, added a pic, and not been able to download it either. Cannot download ANY videos but really need the initial one that I created since it is for the viewing of our Adobe Campus team and for promotion purposes on our Creative Campus.

The new version of express is so slow and sluggish. Really a pain to work with. Please go back to the old version asap. This is ridiculous
