the animate from audio doesn't work there's a problem with service or what I'm trying more then 10 ?

No me carga la pagina, me dice que mi navegador no puede acceder,  he provado con varios navegadores y en ninguna puedo acceder a la version web, estoy considerando abandonar y usar canva que dicen que esta mas estable, llevo meses y nadie a atendido mi queja

Hi, The search is not appearing for anything but 'add-ons' when I'm working in Adobe Express. This obviously makes the platform unusable if I cannot create new content or even edit my old content.  I am using chrome on my desktop to access the web version of Adobe Express. This first started on  10/18, is anyone else seeing this issue? I've refreshed the page several times and logged in and out several times as well and I always get the same result. 

I try using Explore but i get only grey squares, nothing but. Not happy.

I have created this logo on express. when I download it as JPEG AND PNG it is downloaded as it is but when I download it in PDF form it gets distorted.

I have a videowith 2 scenes that will not download as a composite pdf file or a 1080px MP4 file.

Platform is useless to me if the media won't load. I have been staring at this for over 10 minutes. This is ridiculous I have already changed internet connections . Tried reloading several times. Tried not only the grids, but the media as well. Platform is unusable right not.

This program used to be so good before the update! Why is there so much lag now? It's frustrating to use.

Why there is no "presenter mode" like in Canva? — You are still far behind Canva you should just go ahead and copy ALL features they have otherwise you will never win this race!!! I tried to to ditch Canva in favor of Adobe Express but you lack certain VERY important features like this one.

By pressing undo, the video goes black, like there is nothing in the video, and you can't go redo, can't undo, you are stuck. then, you refresh the entire page (browser refresh) and then video goes white, like there is no video at all. Like with undo, but the first undo makes the video screen go black, the refresh makes it white, like there is no video. Total mess, you must start again, switch off everything and start anew and you do not know where the program will land, what did you do by pressing several times undo. It takes time, energy, etc. Frustrating. irritating.

Adobe express is very slow and lags while trying to create graphics.

Tools not loading in Chrome or Safari

Hi, a number of the buttons are not working on the website. I tried to restart the computer and clear the cache. Currently the "Your Stuff" button and "Recent" pulldown menu are not working. Also there's a lot of stray text

I am making a poster and the zoom in out when you can make your product bigger is not working, it is on 11% and I can't make it bigger

search bar is stuck in google chrome and wont let anything be clicked on.

There are no elements available. I have tried to access them in several different projects, the area is blank.

La pantalla se ve desacomodada y las opciones de selección como añadir página, ajustar tamaño y ver más páginas dentro de un archivo no pueden seleccionarse porque hay información arriba.

Whenever I try to click Download the software tells me it is working on my video. But it never overcomes this state. Even more so, i it ended up altering my project by invalidating my video footage files for no apparent reason.

The header of the page is not working properly. It is overlayed and the plus icon to create a new board is not working. I can only open a project from my recents.

Nothing loads. Nothing saves clearly. nothing saves in the web browser. it continues to refresh and start my project over due to it failing to save. theres no option on what quality to save things at. it is incredibly hard to find landscape templates other then youtube thumbnails. my logos fail to load every time. and this new format thing is taking years to swap over and causing more problems then before. i ue this for work and have always loved it but im considering moving to canva

I'm very much a learner : spent much time adding own photos to make a collage and was able to call up the saved file later to edit it, including moving pics and changing size. But now I cannot do this ie. individual pics in collage can no longer be highlighted then changed.. Have I accidentally changed some setting? Spent hours trying on this now all my efforts seem wasted, help please!
