I am able to create as I please on Express on my desktop but once I try to work under the exact same account on the Express mobile app I can't access any of my created designs to work on. I have tried multiple times logging in and out of both devices and updating operating systems for each as well with no results. None of the "solutions" on Adobe Community forums are helping either.

Finished a project and it won't let me download or share it.

It will not let me delete this file in adobe

I've created a text box that originally was two lines (created with the return button). After attempting to make it 1 line again (by pressing the delete button), the text box is fixed and will not reformat so that all that is written in my text box can be on one line.

11月24日(金) 17:00頃。これまでさくせした11月分のプロジェクトファイルが全て消えてしまっています。その数は20個程度だったかと。 特に削除系の操作はしていません。これは困りました。 1. 消えてしまったプロジェクトの復活は可能ですか？ 2. 今後この様な時のためにプロジェクトガイルをローカル保存することは可能ですか？ クラウド系のアプリなので利用するためにはこのあたりの信頼性は重要です。 よろしくお願いします。

SNS投稿予約で、キャプションに絵文字を追加しようと絵文字ボタンを押してこのページまで出るのですが、以降どこを押しても検索しても絵文字が出てきません。

アップロードしたPSDファイルがうまく表示されません。 フォントのアウトラインを取ったりなどしてみましたが、変化がありません。

work will not download or save

I should be able to upload my own fonts. I have in the past but it is not giving me the option to do so.

I was in the middle of editing and it stopped connecting even though my internet was perfect and then it came back and said that upload failed and everything is turned gray, i tried reloading the tab and everything but its all still gray.

I AM HAVING A HARD TIME EDITING MY FONTS. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO LOAD. SOMTIMES I FEEL DISCOURANGED TO CONTINUE WITH YOU GUYS FOR THAT REASON.

Built a file yesterday with audio, no problems. Been creating a new file today — won't play added audio. Went and tried to work on yesterday's file to see if that audio worked. Nada. Zilch. Just spins and stops.

Files that I create on my mobile app appear on my desktop, but the brands and files I have saved on my desktop are not showing up on my mobile app. The syncing is only working one way.

Hello we completed a test for a scheduled post, it is not pulling in images...of course we expected the tool to work the same as all others. If we copy and paste the link for the post into the panel, we expect the image of the post to generate and also appear in the preview, that is how all other tools work, pls advise, thx as there is no point having text only when the original content and link we refer to includes an image, not pulled in via you API.

cant access my branding on mobile. left with standard fonts. fonts are the absolut basic for a graphic designer to be able to work. so the app i useless at the moment.

How do we access brands that we created on the newer desktop version on our iOS mobile app (latest version)? I see them on the desktop version, but can't access the brands, fonts, etc., on the mobile app. Do we now have to use the desktop version because there's so many bugs with the update? I don't like to use the desktop version, it's not as convenient...hence it being a mobile version for all of us who are on the go. Thanks for the insight so we can hopefully move on from these frustrations.
