Not able to Download in MP4 format. I've to click on download, it will process the video but the download just won't start. I've to click on download countless number of times and wait for it to process the export each time, but it will only download if I get lucky enough. Please look into this matter, my time has wasted on this over and over again

Al descargar mis proyectos en png y jpg la calidad baja y las imágenes resultan borrosas. Intente usar distintos navegadores y computadoras pero el problema persiste, me gustaría saber como arreglarlo. Desde ya muchas gracias

Llevo un año y medio trabajando con su plataforma y todo iba bien, hasta que actualizaron su plataforma y ahora no puedo crear temas personalizados. ya llevan bastante tiempo diciendo que trabajan en ello pero la verdad no veo ningún cambio con respecto a eso y al menos a mi si me afecta en mi trabajo ya que hago invitaciones personalizadas. espero puedan solucionar eso ya que yo cada mes pago mi suscripción premium. gracias

Things that I select to place on my creation aren't loading, aren't showing

While I understand that old files are no longer editable, the function to download these files is not working at all. 1. I click on the file and am told that it can't be accessed but can be downloaded. 2. I click to download and am told this will happen in the background and I'll be alerted when done. 3. It never downloads (24 hours +)

I just need to let you all know these updates are horrendous and has completely made me not only stop using but I will make sure to score as low as possible when it comes to reviews. Everything that was changed has made this experience awful awful awful

Hola, utilicé el subtitulador automatico y luego edite el video en adobe exprees, cuando quiero descargarlo me salta error. Ya intente muchas veces y con videos diferentes y no me deja descargar. Necesito solucionar esto urgentemente. Muchas gracias.

I can't type for some. reason

Im trying to highlight text in a text box and its not letting me. I was able to highlight and change the font size of the first sentence. When i was going to highlight the the second sentence it would just not let me do it anymore. You would see a brief highlight of the word i was holding my finger on and then it would jump out of the text box. Before i could solve this problem by exiting the project and then reopening the project and it would work. I tried that this time and it didn't help. I even closed the app and reopened it a d it didn't change. Then i changed the font in the text box thinking maybe it has something to do with the font but still did not let me highlight anything in the text box. Im using samsung s23 from verizon

Hi.. I purchased Adobe Express free trial 2 months on Samsung phone. There was some payment error first time, second time it went through, but i cant get premium features in Samsung phone or in my account.  Plz fix 

The logo and icons are pixelated after export. I have resised the file. But looks the same.

Ogni volta che si procede a caricare un'immagine dopo aver chiuso e riaperto il progetto questa si presenta diversa dall'immagine selezionata e non c'è modo di far cessare questa cosa
