I copied a project and then saved it under a new name. I then updated the first photo in the newsletter. The project icon usually displays this first photo in the newsletter as the project icon with the project name beneath it in the "Your Stuff" folder. But, the icon is not changing even though I have updated and saved the project.

Unable to download a file I was working on as png. I go to downlaod, but it does not let me select a location. It shows that it is downloading, but heaven knows where. When I use the search function to try and find the file it is nowhere on my computer. HELP!!!

When I open a project, text layers will not show on the image, and I am unable to add images to any projects. All actions are very slow to respond, if they work at all.

I have tried multiple of times but video background remove is not working on my account

When I am downloading a file I have created using AdobeExpress, the format is all messed up in the download, which is not the case in the editor. This is a new issue as I have downloaded many pdfs in the past and not experienced this before. E.g. things are bolded where they shouldn't be, text boxes are out of place. This doesn't happen if I save as png, but I want to be able to save as a pdf since it is a document.

I work for a company called Crafty Elk and we are trying to put some graphics together with Canadian elks and it will not let me use the word at all.

The new translated video caption function is great and so useful that it's so fast, we really appreciate this function! We're a global organisation and when testing this function, we have had some international feedback that captions aren't as accurate as they could be. I totally appreciate that this is in BETA and that language is incredibly complex. However, from the feedback we’ve had, it seems that the AI produces English captions (the language the video was recorded in) then splits sentences to fit the right number of words on screen at once. For the translation, it appears that the AI then translates each part of the sentences in isolation. This is an issue because for non-European languages like Japanese, you can completely lose the meaning of the sentence due to the word order (in English, the word order is “Subject + Verb + Object”. I have invited my students to have access to brand assets for a project. All of the invites say they are pending and cannot access the shared library. We are all using accounts that are from the same enterprise license (Drexel University) If I share a brand library from my other non-enterprise account to my enterprise account, it works. When I highlight a text, I try to right click and it just unhighlights my text. It will not allow me to copy and paste.

Hi, on my latest project, it is not compatible with Facebook or instagram. They will not upload on either platform. I have tried to change the size and shorten the video. Nothing is working. Im not sure what is going on.

The labels of the styles in the Text to Image tool are missing. It is not clear which style has been selected.

I have some assets that were made in Adobe Illustrator so they can be adjusted and are already high quality, but whenever I upload the PNGs to Adobe Express they all look pixelated. I can't really use Express for my designs until it's fixed Anyone else having this issue?

I've always used the "web page" mode to design my presentations and now when I'm in "presentation mode" all the images are pixelated - this is unacceptable! What is happening? Why? This new version is simply terrible. I have to do a presentation and I'm going to have to use PowerPoint or something else, which I don't want to do.  See atatched screen shot of the cover slide - terrible! WTF

Video presentations no longer create automatic citations for materials used.

I place an Icon and then I can't move it anywhere else or change the size. This is a second bug with Adobe Express and unless this gets fixed I will be cancelling my Adobe Suite membership and use Canva and Apple suite products. Thanks
