hello, im trying to download my business card as a pdf for better print quality, however its saving it without the picture/background. the quality of the png is not great for printing

I used to be able to "resize & change grid" and now I have to do more steps to do it - instead of maybe two clicks. : (

Audio stopped working yesterday and still doesn't work. I just keep getting a message that project is still loading. For two days? This site is nearly impossible to navigate. i need to turn project in to instructor but even that is complicated.

All files older than a few days are now totally gone from IOS. Only visible on desktop how.

There is no option to present the video unless you download it, which is a big problem.

I posted an entire month's worth of posts.  Each one was scheduled, showed up on the calendar view, and I could open, edit, and close the posts and they were still there.  Then I clicked to go back into Express and design another item.  When I went back to the scheduler view, everything I had done was gone and the month had reverted back to how it was from a previous day of working on the schedule. I am using Chrome on a PC.  I have done all the posts from this same computer and browser for months with no issues.  Nothing has changed on my end.  I chatted with help, who said "everything saves to the cloud" but couldn't help me get my posts back.  I was also told to try an incognito window, but the same issue was happening there as well.  I also tried Microsoft Edge.  Same issue.  I tried a different computer on a different network.  Same issue.  I was then told it is a VPN problem, but I am not running on a VPN.  I w

I am a first time user to Adobe Express. I'm trying to connect my social accounts to Adobe Express but the instructions given in the help file refer to a FB icon that is not on my screen. I have no way to follow the directions on the Help page. The Manage Connections page is a dead end from my view.

currently there is a glitch going on where I cannot add assets, meaning photos uploaded to my projects. I just did 20 minutes ago and now I'm trying to do another project and cannot upload. The glitches right now are total nonsense at this point. I signed up for this about a 6 weeks ago and it was working ok for 2 weeks and then you guys rolled out Beta and it doesn't function. My projects are so simple a child could do them & they take forever with all the glitches. I'm so frustrated!!!

Ever since this new update my image quality has degraded dramatically. I used this program daily to create content for my showroom monitors, and it worked flawlessly for so long. My .png logo files I would add would always export out perfect and crystal clear once I was done building an image. But now every time I "download" an image once I'm done adding my text and logos, it always comes out like crap and won't upscale. Why is it compressing my logo files to be all pixelated on export? I have hundreds of ads I made with the old adobe express, everything is perfectly clear. I'm using the same logo files, never had an issue in the past, what changed. I loved this program for making instagram content, stories and posts, and for that it still works fairly well, but even still my logo images always come out choppy, and these are logo files that can scale infinitely with no issue. Ik mis de mogelijkheid om een rand(je) om een project te maken zoals in vorige versie. Je kiest nu direct voor een formaat met doel, zoals Facebookbericht, YouTube of Flyer of.. Terwijl rasters makkelijk op een project konden worden gelegd (zonder vulling van landschap), waarmee dan ook dat randje groter of kleiner gemaakt kon worden. Huisstijlkleuren zijn niet direct voorhanden bij thema of kleur achtergrond, maar zit onder 'jouw spullen' (bij die titel denk ik aan bestanden en niet direct aan 'merk' en 'bibliotheek'). Jammer dat die twee niet gewoon zichtbaar zijn links in het menu.
