I cannot download any videos even though it says I can

I tried to embed Adobe Express webpage into Canvas by using the embed code provided, but didn't work. Any solutions?

Whenever i go to open one of our files it says that it is converting it to the new format - and then it fails

LinkedIn is not listed as an option anymore. Can you please add it back in. Thank you!

I have a paid adobe license but am suddenly (as of this week) unable to publish any of my new webpages that use the premium photos. This was never a problem before, not sure why this is happening now. I am concerned that somehow my license or account got messed up.

I am consistently getting an error message when I attempt to download a .pdf file. I have not had similar issues with PNG or JPEG

Forced to transition to New Adobe Express, says I don't have any files. Need access immediately.

I have purchased this font and your system will not allow me to upload it. Please advise how I can obtain access to the font. It used to be a default for you guys and it s the font we currently use on all of our marketing collateral.

I thought the launch of the new Adobe Express would be an amazing thing but it started all wrong. All my projects on mobile are mostly gone (more than 3 years of content is gone), nothing synchs and when I access it on desktop I get a msg saying that it can't be opened and it will be transfered to originals. When this happens, on "originals" folder it says I have to download but all my work loses formats and is totally messed up. Moreover, I don't want to download the assets to image (there are videos on the project) I just want to work and edit them. On my iPad, from hundreds and hundreds of assets I have, only a few show. ALL GONE. Client templates, all gone.I need this to be reverted or something. I want to have all my work back on mobile, where my agency always work on. Seldom uses desktop. We're grounded now.Maybe you shouldn't have gone live with a desktop version that synchs with mobile and messes it up, just because there's no mobile update.HELP PLEASE!

Delete option is not darkened for me to use when creating a story.

I keep getting an image too big error, so I saved a smaller version and get the same issue. I'm able to upload other much larger images, but this one image won't work despite changing it's size. I'm attaching the file I'm trying to upload.

I have 8 different projects and all of them now look like this thanks to the update. 

Not sure what happened to this feature. I was able to access a few days ago, but now I receive an error (something went wrong, please refresh) I keep refreshing, and opening and closing the app, but the issues is still their days later. I am using the desktop app. I have to go back to the home page now, each time to access my stuff. Thanks, Paul

Error message "Some media are still loading in the project. Please wait a few seconds and try again." It's been about 18 hours since I added the music to my project and I am still getting the error message. I've had trouble with this ever since the newest updates a couple of weeks ago. Also I can't preview the audio tracks in Media.

When I try to edit the texts after transfering my files, it shows the texts as loading. It doesn't allow me to delete the selected text box either. I am not sure how to change the texts if I'm not able to do either. I also, do not want to design my project from scratch

I created a file in express and now with new.express the font is different and I don't know the name of the original font. I tried to access the old express but I can't now.
