I can't edit any of my slides. It just goes to a comment page. We were on the fence about paying for Canva but at least they have their act together.

la pagina no se actualiza nuevamente, esta la segunda vez que me pasa esto, es muy molesto que pase esto y no poder terminar mis trabajos.

I have a premium account bu teverytime I try and upload a font that is a regular OTF font it says it is not a font and wont allow upload. Am i not signed up as a premium user even though I pay for it? or how can I troubleshoot?

once i go out of a project and it saves, I Cant edit it again only comes up as a pdf type file with comments only 😞

When editing the text field for text in pop-up windows, like this bug report window and the captions text on share, the images are deleted if backspace or delete are pressed while typing

When I create a template, it allows me to edit it initially, and then if I exit the project, and then try to edit it later, the project is no longer editable. I have to click out of it MULTIPLE times before it opens up the edit panels.

I've been trying to load a doc after upgrading to premium. How long should this take? Its been going in circles all morning. I see the doc in my files but i cannot access it.

The old app was fine. I knew where everything was at and now it’s horseshit.

I am trying to download an mp4 file but it's getting stuck at 20% and returns attached error. When trying to upload to Google Drive it stops at 96% Please assist, file is needed urgently and does not include stock images.

Files coverted from old express are labeled as download only. Some of these files are critical brand files. I can still edit and change them but I can't duplicate them or save them as templates.

How do I log into my premium 30 day free account after I create file in free unpaid account.

Hi, I am signed up to Adobe through the company and when I use Adobe Express for the first time I am getting an error message that kicks me out when i try to edit a newsletter.I am not subscribed to the paid plans on Adobe Express but should be still abe to use the free templates.Is there something that can be done to correct this? Thank you

The downloaded resolution of the images are abysmal. Original resolution of images is 300x300.
