There is trouble on mobile zooming in and out. When a graphic or picture is overlapping the sides, you can’t zoom out far enough to grab the corner handles. Tried using the one in the middle but it will enlarge but not be able to shrink back down.

Since last week, I've tried to download all of my works but I can not, it bugs everytime I try I don't know why.

The past two days, when I try to add an icon to my document, regardless of how many elements are in my document, it fails to load into the document.  I am using this app on my laptop through Google Chrome.  Is there a bug?  Or is it just me?

Hi,I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I have been building brand templates with restrictions including locking layers etc and adding them to the AE brand Library but when I go back to 'my stuff' and duplicate the template to create a different versions, its telling me its a controlled template and I can't edit it even though I'm the one that created and added the restrictions in the first place...

i cannot print any of the pdfs downloaded from express. acrobat attempts to print then just closes. i have no problems printing other pdfs i download from the web. the problem only happens when i try to print a pdf that i download from express i'm running windows 10 and the latest version of acrobat pro

No matter what I do, no matter the post I'm working on, downloading always stops at 90% before displaying a "downloaded failed" sign. This has been going on for hours now.

Cannot download what I’m working on because it says file upload in progress even though there isn’t one
