Hi, I can't connect the correct Instagram account to my Adobe Express scheduling tool. I log in as Facebook, but then the page automatically chooses a certain page (Gems of Truth) that I have already connected. I can't choose another IG profile, although it is a professional profile and it's already connected to the right FB page and my Meta Business Manager. Can you help? Thank you.

anyone else getting this error? I cannot create a link or republish any of my work based on this. It seems to be a glitch in the system and not necause of the stock content. Please advise or offer some help this is for a very important work project. Thanks. 

I am unable to connect my socials to the platform. Please advise- there is no prompting when I click connect. I accepted the tour to social media integration and connecting my socials to the schedule, but there is not prompting beyond that. Adobe Express does not ask for my log in or prompt me to Instagram website etc.

I keep getting this error message everytime I try downloading any video from Express. Please assist.

Text box outline is difficult to manage. You can add a shape, but then you can't adjust the thickness of the shapes outline. Should be an option for changing the thickness of a shape outline

Am unable to consistently enter text. Have to refresh the site in order to add or edit text. Could not enter the bug without refreshing browser. It's as if the site is not recognizing the keystrokes.

Copy and direct paste from Excel doesn't always capture everything (e.g. borders missing). I have to paste as an image elsewhere, then copy the image paste it into Express instead.

When I duplicate a slide sometimes it no longer shows the thumbnail images of slides below; they're just greyed out. Sometimes when I open file, I also don't see the thumbnail images of the slides and just see them all greyed out.

Sometimes it takes a very long time to load "Files" in "Your Stuff"; it just spins and spins.

The shortcut Ctrl+Y does not work to redo something you have undone.

Sometimes when I paste an image, I just see a grey box where the image should be. From that point on, I can no longer past images. I have to close out of express and reopen and then I am able to paste images once again.

Ich sitze jetzt seit über 2 Stunden vor meinem fertigen Reel und es lässt sich einfach nicht speichern, herunterladen oder teilen. Das nenne ich nicht Express!!!

I have an image that is set to appear after approx. 1 second. I use the replace image option and then select a new image to replace it... which works. But whether I replace from a brand folder or upload from my computer, the replacement image does not adopt the same starting point... it appears and starts at the very beginning of the video... so I then have to manually move it. It DOES adopt all of the animation I had set for the previous image, so that's good, but not having it replaced and adopt all settings is not ideal.

No carga las imágenes las muestra con el icono en rojo. El própio programa se queda en gris, tanto en la versión ordenador como en la online.

No es posible cargar las imágenes. Añade el icono en rojo en todas ellas sin permitir su carga ni edición.
