I cant acces Firefly to generate images, However on my plan it says that i have full access to all the adobe apps including firfely. The error says contact administrator for access

I have full access from my administrator which is Arizona State university to use all the adobe apps including Firefly. However when i enter a prompt into adobe firefly it says i need to contact the administrator for access I have already contacted them and they have been informed it might be a bug. I have signed out of my account many different times.
