images don't get generated but I still lose credits for them

Can't load

We can't display the generated image.
You can edit and try again.

images don’t display for whatever reason but I lose credits anyways! please fix.

      This looks like an issue with the  prompt or the reference image. Could you share the prompt and the reference image if you are using any?
       

      Once we have those details, we will be able to narrow down the issue.

      The issue is not the reference image how could it be? image is code… there is no image. so you are saying your system can’t decode? not sure what you mean by sharing the image... It does not make any sense to me. The prompt is also in plain Eng and has no details so the system gets confused or anything like that. I generate many images per day and figuring out the issues for your system from me is not going to happen here. You can check my account for 100000 of failed images and useless production of your systems.
