75크레딧을 사용해서 3초짜리 영상을 생성하도록 맡기고 기다렸는데, 오류가 발생했다면서 영상이 완성되지 않았어. 그런데 아무리 새로 고치고 로딩을 해도 크레딧이 복구되지 않아. 만들어진 영상이 없으면 당연히 크레딧이 복구되어야 하는 거 아냐?

I am trying to fix the pronunciation of PREA to “Pre-yah”. I can get it to sound right in the “Fix Pronunciation” but when I apply it and regenerate the clip, it goes back to the old sound or something worse. 

When I generate a voice track for a video, it uses my credits, then the page refreshes and everything is gone! I don’t get the audio file but my credits are gone. There is no way to report this and get credits back! 

Hello Adobe Team,I am a paid Creative Cloud Pro and Firefly subscriber. I am experiencing a significant technical and financial issue while using the image-to-video feature.When I upload a reference image, the system gives me an error stating: "The selected duration isn't supported with reference images for this model" whenever I choose 4 seconds or 6 seconds. Also, the interface incorrectly displays seconds as "minutes" after selection.Because of this technical bug, the system forces me to select the 8-second option, which costs 400 credits instead of 200. This forces me to waste twice as many credits per video generation due to a system limitation, which is unfair to a paid user.I have attached the screenshot of the error. I request this interface/model bug to be fixed immediately and demand a refund for the extra credits deducted from my account due to this glitch.Thank you,Fikret

i went to use firely upscale image and when i clicked it takes me to a blank screen with no interface to use it , ive reset it and tried to refresh my firewall , reset cache , im on windows 11  

Prompt is not the prompt I used to edit the original work. In this case, I asked FF to remove all color and refine existing linework. This instance shows a completely unrelated prompt for another work and I am unable to recreate the desired end state on new works.

I trained a custom model, then I could generate new vectors which I could download as an SVG file to edit in Illustrator. All of a sudden a few days ago, I could only download a PNG. I’ve just ramped up my monthly credit subscription to AUD $330 per month but now I cant use the feature properly.

Konkret betrifft es:Kompositionen: Die entsprechenden Vorlagen bzw. Auswahlmöglichkeiten werden mir nicht angezeigt. Stile/Stilreferenzen: Auch hier kann ich die vorgesehenen Bilder bzw. die Galerie nicht sehen oder auswählen. Effekte: Wenn ich die Effekte öffne, werden diese nicht geladen und ich kann keine auswählen.Die entsprechenden Bereiche sind zwar teilweise vorhanden, aber die Inhalte bzw. Galerien werden bei mir nicht angezeigt.Zusätzlich habe ich ein ähnliches Problem direkt in Adobe InDesign. al darle a generar el video desde mi trablaro, dijo que no podian generarlo en estte momento por un error. Luego, ademas no generar ningun tipo de video, no me devolvio los puntos ia cuando de normal si lo hace. Ademas luego, le di a generar de nuevo con 110 puntos restantes a un video de un coste de 125 puntos y me saco los puntos cuando no deberia ni siquiera permitirme generarlo

Everytime i try to generate video from first frame, it says that it cannot load or there was an error, try again. I have enough credits, this is basic feature, it is what I pay for and I tried even switching browser to Firefox, there I am not even able to upload the first frame, I cannot upload my own photo.

The character says my Bulgarian line, then continues in another language despite clear instructions to stop. This happens repeatedly and costs credits each time. How can I prevent the unwanted speech?

IT KEEPS REPEATING THE WRONG IMAGE 

Bonjour,Je souhaite effectuer une réclamation concernant l’utilisation de mes crédits sur Adobe Firefly.J’ai récemment lancé la génération de plusieurs vidéos avec Firefly. La génération a bien démarré, mais elle s’est ensuite interrompue automatiquement, le système indiquant que la génération ne pouvait pas être effectuée en raison de la présence de visages/personnes apparentes.Je comprends parfaitement que certaines générations puissent être refusées en raison des règles d’utilisation de Firefly. En revanche, je constate que les crédits correspondant à ces générations ont tout de même été débités de mon compte.Ces tentatives ont consommé l’intégralité de mes crédits restants alors qu’aucune vidéo n’a finalement été générée ni délivrée.Je trouve cette situation anormale : puisque la génération a été interrompue par Firefly et que je n’ai obtenu aucun résultat exploitable, je souhaiterais que les crédits consommés pour ces générations échouées soient recrédités sur mon compte.Je vous r

Videos from my library do not upload. When it happense that they do upload they have nonsense prompt, which is not correct

Its been a week, firefly not responding properly,Video generations continuously getting failed to generate.Even after refreshing and restarting and re connecting to firefly also same issue.  credits also not displaying properly. when i use multi shot with kling 3.O omni, of 15 seconds where shot 1 is just 3 seconds duration, shot 2 is 5 sec, shot 3 as 7 sec. but firefly showing just 75 credits it will take to generate, but it has to take 375 credits for 15 seconds video. and then video generation fails all the time. facing since from a week, please fix this.​​​​​

Generating video...Keep this browser tab open and your video will load momentarily. Closing the tab clears your browser session and all video progress will be lost.despite Charging and reducing credits there is no change in the video and it is stock with message. 

I’m trying to upgrade adobe podcast enhance speech tool but I’m not able to, even though I have firefly and just paid $10 for credits

Tengo un problema, es que al exportar mi vídeo queda sin audio.esta todo configurado a detalle. Pestañas activas. He cambiado hasta el formato de exportación y no funciona. Intenté con Media Encoder.  Hasta el momento no he obtenido alguna solución.
