I just use the download icon and it shows me a message that says I have to press and hold to get the saving option. Never happens 

Why there is no option to see my edits here ? They gets removed wtff . 

Removing the background does not download transparent, and the prompt will NOT put out a full white or blank background. it continues to add artifacts or elements behind the subject after background removal happens with firefly

The images I've been generating in a watercolor style are just not working anymore.The eyes are all wierd and I'm getting multiple fingers and limbs. What can I do to fix this?

No matter what I tyoe or what settings I use, every portrait of a person looks so terribly cartoony and unrealistic......

My sketch of a bride unable to dance with her father at her wedding because he has hurt his foot as reference for structure layout is for some reason in violation of the user guidelines.Please can you let me know what is in violation so I can move forward.

Guildline problem plz solve 

I tested the language switcher on the Firefly web app by temporarily changing it to Simplified Chinese. However, the "Preferences" link is now missing from the page. Any idea how else to change the web app language back to US English? ADDED: I also tested the rest of the languages in the dropdown, but it only happens in Simplified and Traditional Chinese languages. Hello, I tried Firefly's text to image adaptation. I wrote "two people talking" and it showed up two Arabic women/men talking in traditional Arabic clothes with a mosque background. I changed the title to "two modern people talking" and the similar images appeared. Is it possible that because my location shows up as Eastern Europe/Middle East, the images appear to the location accordingly? If so, it is so stereotypical and a weird bug. Please consider fixing this problem, it is really weird to get this outcome even with detailed explanations. For example, I tried "two modern people talking in Izmir" -Izmir is a city in Turkey- and it showed up only two Arabic men again, no women whatsoever, with traditional clothes as if I wrote in Saudi Arabia... I just don't understand why this happens. Thank you for considering the solution.

The new version of firefly does not generate the image correctly, it erases the objects but leaves spots and/or shadows. The previous version generated the image correctly based on the background 

getting internal error.

I can't able generate any promt in GENERATE FILL

Hi, i am having a problem with generative fill. the ones i get always are defective or with blurred haze or something. also what happened to the settings where you can adjust the strength of prompt and/or similarity to original image. it is disappointing not having what i need and my credits eaten.

I recently submitted a very safe prompt "A Tardigrade as large as Godzilla, smashing buildings in a city"I got this response: "Uh oh. One or more words may not meet User Guidelines and were removed."It did not say what words were removed so I removed the phrase that included "smashed" thinking maybe Firefly was being puritan. I got the same response.  Firefly needs to tell the user what was blocked so we know how to reformat our prompts!

Firefly generative fill AI got a whole lot dumber about a month ago and shows no signs of improvement. What happened?

Ao gerar novas imagens com a IA do Firefly, apenas uma opção carrega enquanto as outras três imagens não aparecem.

I want to get an image of a post apocalyptic city underground.... in a cave...Doesnt matter what prompts I enter, I can't get it close.  It always gives me a sky, some kind of distant sunrise or sunset, the moon, stars... looking out from a cave... This is the most recent prompt "Post apocalyptic underground city far off in the distance" and the attached image is what it comes up with.  Surely this is a bug?  I can't get it to produce any kind of cave system.The next prompt "Underground cave system with no sunlight" - the second image is the best I could get...  Can anyone get an image of an undergound system with no natural/sunlight?

I'm not sure why this has been a recent issue, if it came with an update or what. But within the last couple of weeks, Firefly gives me no results for like 60% of pics I use. Nothing violates terms, no obtuse or hard to grasp prompts or selections. Most of the time I just get teed off and use Letsy or AirBrush instead. It's getting ridiculous.
