 It fails to respond to my voice commands, and the image generator isn't producing the new image.

Hello,I reported a problem several weeks ago with the “text-to-avatar” AI. I use the same avatar (Tom, French voice) for a series of videos. The issue is that the voice is never the same. It sometimes changes tone from one sentence to the next, or shifts from a very deep voice to a high-pitched one, even to an almost feminine voice. How is it possible that this problem hasn’t been addressed for months? What’s the point of this service if I can’t keep the same voice for the same avatar?There are other AIs that maintain a consistent voice tone. Honestly, it’s frustrating. Are you going to fix this problem? Thank you for your response.

When I try to generate something using Gemini 3 I get an error message (Something went wrong), but the credits are used up anyway. It makes the feature practically unusable (and quite unfair for the user)

Firefly has not been working for hours. I am using this program for work and I'm on a deadline. I have credits, my wifi is working, etc. but every time i generate I get a message saying "something went wrong. please try again later"

All my latest video and image generations were deleted, and the existing ones can’t be dragged to the board. I’ve lost time, credits, money and work advances.

So it looks like we can generate in 4k but when I download the image it is not 4k. Could you explain why that is? Thanks

Suddenly I can generate any artwork. please help me to fix ii. 

 I would like to report an issue I’ve been experiencing while using Adobe Firefly.When I open a new tab or enter a new prompt to generate a different image, the system appears to retain context from previously generated images and prompts. As a result, Firefly tends to produce outputs that are unintentionally influenced by earlier creations, even when I aim to create something completely new.Specifically: Opening a new tab does not reset the context New prompts still seem to be influenced by previous generations The system behaves as if prior images are being used as implicit references I am not sure whether this is an intentional feature or a technical issue. I get "Something went wrong, Please try again later," and it deducts my credit. What should I do? version - firefly image 4.0 platform - tahoma 26.01

I was trying to generate AI video. Video didnt generate with error saying something went wring and my credits gone. 2 times I did this and 800 credits is gone. please refund the credits

EVERY parrot I generate, has a missing toe. My prompt is direct to provide me a parrot that has 4 toes for each foot. Two in the front and two in the back. I always get 3 toes each and it refuses each time I request to fix the feet.  I signed up for a year of Firefly because we are designing a website that is called “ParrotsforSale”,  So, I will need around a 100 parrots.  So I can’t be using “workaround” or “editing” them all manually to get the proper amount of toes.   I also asked it to fix the area over the wing and give more fluff instead of the smooth wing areas, and about 6 image generated images, came back the same exact way.  It’s just wasting credits, for not changes.  At the very least, please fix the toes because that is just unacceptable.  I am using your best version too, Firefly 5.  Thanks for your time!  

for 5 days and multiple time a day i have been trying to generate a 5 second video from image that keeps erroring out. “ Something went wrongPlease try again later.”  Firefly did work in December during the free trial period but seems to have completely failed. 

I have been generating videos using Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast for the past week, and there have been multiple times where I’ve encountered the “Something Went Wrong” screen, and so many of my credits have ended up being consumed despite no generation of the video. This credit deduction system really needs a fix, you guys should deduct it only AFTER a generated video has played. Not cool at all, feels like being robbed.

Is there something wrong with the service? I could generate videos with a starting and ending image on Friday, when I decided to subscribe. But since yesterday morning I have not been able to generate any videos from images, I have tried loading only first frame, and tried loading first and last frames, nothing works. I always get the message"Something went wrong. Please try again later." Videos from text work, but that is not what I subscribed for. Any hints of why is this happening? Is something being adjusted or fixed?Thank you  

Nothing will generate when using a reference image, and it usually takes several minutes of loading before the "Something went wrong" pops up. Also can't see generated image history. When I try with the pro model, it gives the same error and eats my credits. About an hour or two into messing with Firefly, it started happening with more and more frequency, and before long it got to this point. Title pretty much explains it. I have tried created several videos from a firefly generated image of a woman in a meditation pose and the video is simply to have her breathe in and bring her arms up over her head, palms together, and then exhale and bring her arms down to her chest. Keep getting this error for months but dont have enough time to keep messing with it. Ive tried other simple videos of other things and get this message or the message that the firefly image does not meet community standards.

I subscribed for one month plan today  and paid 769.68 Rs.  also but still it shows You don't have enough credits for this generative action. Get more credits now for continued access or wait until your monthly reset.

"Something went wrong, Please try again later" I got this message when try to generate video in firefly already try to log out and cleared cache the issue still remain. 

Downloading images and videos on the firefly app on iphone does nothing. not sure where the image is going (if anywhere) but definitely not into my photos.  Thoughts? 

I am an embroidery digitizer and I use firefly to make my designs then I ask it to make it into a line drawing but when I put the picture up to make it into a line drawing I get (Prompt declinedOne or more words may not meet User Guidelines. Try changing your prompt.) These are just animals eg cats and dogs-  I have never had an issue before making picutres into lines like a colouring book.
