After giving reference uploads and also suitable prompts the generation is not happening.

Não consigo salvar as imagens geradas. Dá erro e pede pra tentar novamente e nunca funciona.

Added title at bottom with out me asking and has noting to do with this photo . I told it to only add the Name of the person and nothing else  

Depuis aujourd'hui, je ne peux pas télécharger les fichiers videos et images générées. Elles sont pour autant bien présentes dans l'inventaire de mes fichiers dans mon profil. Un message d'erreur m'invite a recommencer ultérieurement. 

After I generate an image in any image generation toll provided in your software, it successfully generates the image but I cannot download it. 

In the “Video editor (beta)”, I uploaded a starting frame and an ending frame, entered a text description, then click generate.It went busy for minutes. Then when it is done, there is no video, no error message, but 400 credits are gone. Is there a way to get my credits back? This should be easily detectable (no output) on their end and should automatically return the credit.The mode used was veo 3.1.

i cant render anything nor can i edit any previously rendered images. I get an error everytime. It says i have credits and my internet connection is fine so i dont know whats going on.Edit

TERRIBLE - you just took ~1500credits and gave me nothing at all useful. No way to report? The last one for 950 credits shrunk a 20s movie to only 5 seconds. and added a watermark on the movie that garbled the message I asked for. ZERO VALUE

I created an AI generated video by reference image the other day, then didn’t touch the tab for a few days, came back and when I try to upload a reference photo to generate a new image, I am able to but there is not button to generate a new video 

 No matter what image png or jpg I try to upload I get this message as of this morning

My generation history bugs out when I scroll 2 or 3 times. It says "No generation History" after scrolling down a few times. So I can't access my older generations.

All my latest video and image generations were deleted, and the existing ones can’t be dragged to the board. I’ve lost time, credits, money and work advances.

I created a QR code in Firefly a few weeks ago, which worked then but doesn't work now. Now this is a problem because a lot of material has been printed with the code.

I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.

I uploaded a start image and a finish image for a video as well as a prompt. Ray 3.14 ignored the images and created it’s own interpretation of the images.

I am using generate video by the firefly generated image for same character feature by but at the end say "something wrong". It happen everytime for 1 or 2 time but Now it happen 8-10 time continue. How can I will generate video if everytime it say "something wrong". 

I’m learning Photoshop at school on a desktop, and I’m trying to access it on my at-home laptop, since I draw with my fingers. This account is the one I tend to use in his class, but I have nothing on this account, where as my normal google account contains some of my Photoshop work, though most of it is other adobe stuff I’ve done on this laptop before. I’m only using this account to get help because this option was blocked on the other one. Here’s the problem: I’m not only trying to access my stuff, which is mostly gone, but the version of photoshop I use at school, which is the year 2024. If I could acess it on my laptop, not only would I be able to access my stuff from home, but I need my laptop to draw digitaly, beacuse I draw with my fingers. How can I switch to the photoshop I use in class, and how do I recover the missing files?

None of the videos will generate. A simple man and boy walking towards the camera, supposedly, violated community guidelines. Then it says OOPs. something went wrong with editing a Pixar cartoon.

I wanted to create a text to video prompt. Part of the image I want to generate is a word. I have found consistently that Firefly is terrible at just generating simple words with animation from prompts. I’ll attach a screenshot to show the example of the prompt and the resulting image. Notice the word in the prompt is “FIGHT”…the ai generated the word “FLNT”. since motion graphic text is such a huge part of advertising marketing, I hope this feature can be fixed soon.  

Just 2 days ago, if I added an image to the reference, wrote in my promote. Everything would work just fine. It would generate my images and match the image style and art perfectly. Now it is like it can’t see it at all. I even pulled up an image I had been working on over the weekend. My reference images were right there along with my prompts and the same model. I hit generate without changing a thing and, nothing. Its changing the art style to what ever the hell it wants, nothing works. I am so confused and I’ve wasted over a 1000 credits trying to get it to work.  This is beyond just frustrating.  In this screenshot, that is one of the images I wanted and when it was actually using my reference art. the two generated images below it and what’s happening now.
