open files folder, click on a file to open, nothing opens 

Hello Adobe Team,I have identified the exact cause of the issue on Adobe Firefly Video (generate/video) using the Ray334 model: Single Frame (First Frame only): Works without any issues. Adding Last Frame: As soon as a second reference frame (Last Frame) is added, the system immediately throws the error: "Too many reference items. Please remove some and try again." / "Çok fazla referans öğe var. Lütfen bazılarını kaldırıp tekrar deneyin."   Troubleshooting steps already taken: Tested in Incognito Mode and cleared browser cache. Cleared and re-uploaded both frames. Tested with simple prompts. The Ray334 model appears to fail/block when generating videos using both First and Last keyframes together.Please investigate this issue with the Ray334 dual-frame reference feature. Thank you!

hi,   Few months back i faced video upscaled in in edge browser. now i’m facing this issue in edge, Firefox, chrome as well. I don’t understand. Features being removed and now this problem doesn’t get solved. Kling 1 year unlimited stopped without few months this offer. Topaz upscale is gone and can’t see it. 

i hit generate and nothing happens. i have enough credits but it still does not generate any video

in the Mobile app it keeps saying for no reason as I hadn’t used any generations for days ‘Slow Down for security reasons we limit too many generations in a short amount of time try again laterThis only happens in the Mobile App.

Uising any of the models other than firefly is causing this problem. I want to use GPT models but its not working for 3 days and causing my work to stop. Please fix this issue. I have tried relogin adobe, restart PC, remove cache, etc everything

i am using kling 3.0 via adobe firefly to generate 9:16 videos . but as soon as i click generate it shows “something is wrong” . i have tried it with multiple prompts .

I am trying to upscale a video using Firefly, every time I try the system times out and freezes up. Each time this has taken credits from my account but not generated the content 

I am in the generate video - uploaded a 5second video that I need to restore quality. once I uploaded it does not let me click on the Upscale option

Entrei no site do FireFly para fazer Upscale em um video (30s) e o firefly entregou uma mensagem de erro sem entregar o video e descontou os créditos. 

I am unable to generate images, even though I still have unused daily generative credits available.My daily limit has not been reached, but the image generation feature is not working as expected.Could you please investigate this issue and help me restore access to image generation? I would also appreciate it if you could confirm whether there is a technical issue or any restriction affecting my account.Thank you.

it would be faster to tell you what ISNT wrong with your software. but incidentally it's telling me a 15 second clip is longer than 20 seconds and rejecting it.firefly is garbage and i will switch to something different as soon as I can

I’m trying to create or upload a high-resolution image, but the system keeps displaying an error message stating that the image is too small and must be at least 512 pixels. However, the image I’m using has dimensions significantly larger than 512 pixels and should meet the minimum size requirements.Despite this, the system continues to identify the image as too small, and I’m unable to proceed. Repeated attempts produce the same error message, even though the image resolution appears to be well above the required minimum.It seems that the system may not be correctly detecting the image’s actual dimensions, or it may be evaluating a different measurement, such as the image’s width, height, aspect ratio, or the dimensions of an automatically generated preview or thumbnail rather than the original file.

ich wollte in video von mit hochskalieren auf 4K , wöhrend der bearbeitung und der beinah fertigstellung wurde es abgebrochen mit fehlemeldung, dass es aktuell nicht möglich sind. Es sind aber die 400 Credis weg. Das passiert sehr oft, es kommt keine ergebniss aber die credit sind weg.

After pressing the generate button, an error occurs.

Firefly for speech generation won't load. 

"Un problème est survenu Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement.", cela fait plusieurs jour que j'ai ce message quand je veux generer une image

Après avoir généré des images, je clique sur ‘Historique”. je vois les images générées. Je fais un clic-droit sur le 3 points en hauts à droite de l’image et je choisis ‘Supprimer’. Il ne se passe rien. l’image n’est pas supprimée et la page se fige!

Using Firefly Video, animating photos I create on Midjourney and ChatGPT.  Has worked very well until a couple days ago.  Increasing saturation and contrast.  Attachment shows an example. 

when i am upload any image for upscale, did not get upscale in topaz gigapixel, upscale only working in firefly, not in topaz gigapixel, please fix it this issueI had trying for upscaling in topaz gigapixel from last 3 days, but same issue occuring, please fix it or guide me what to do

Don’t know what the problem is - just says it can’t load, there is no reference to any current product on the market

I paid the amount though UPI but no credits recieved, Not sure whom to contact and report this
