yesterday i sign in and i cant generate and i got this message: "something went rong"

A simple prompt can not be executed such as add a dart board to the left of the fireplace

I DON'T EVEN CREATE A VIDEO FOR MYSELF IT SAYS DOESN'T MEET THE USER POLICY

When using Veo 3.1 or Veo 3.1 Fast to generate a video, an error message keeps appearing, asking me to try again later. However, even after waiting and clicking again, the error message still appears, preventing the video from being generated normally and significantly slowing down the workflow.

I cannot download bulk edits of 16 files. I've tried twice now. I am receiving download error messages under More. However, it has successfully taken my credits both times, so I also need a refund of credits for both attempts. I am on a deadline and the service is touted and priced as professional software, so if I could get some direct help vs a community post. I can't download a 1 minute 20 second video created with Adobe Firefly Video Editor (beta). I generated images/videos, sound track, voice over and one 10 second mp4 video. When selecting "Download," it prompts in red "The project failed exporting. Please try again later." I pay for Adobe CC, It says I have 3975/4000 creditsleft. I've downloaded one video version already. Do i need to upgrade? Is it a bug?

How am I supposed to leverage this tool if I only get two generations before I start getting throttled?

ola. Acabo de tentar gerar um video via Adobe Firefly (Ray3) e a plataforma me retornou um erro. Anexo o prompt, a tela de erro e os creditos que foram gastos.Gostaria de ter estes créditos de volta. 

A number of times, I am getting bad images.  Some with no change, some with random pictures and some with added images that have nothing to do with the original image.  I hope I am not getting charged credits for this?

This is ux bug.When we press "Enter" it will start generating firefly image. but this took time for few second and we click again on button. When we click on generate. it will start generate. so there will be two of generating content with same prompt. disable button on Enter or Click please.re-enable if use change text or focus on text field.

Your Gemini 3 model failed to generate an image for me, but it still deducted 80 credits. Please refund them.

I have had several instances (and have reported many of them) where I request an image and I get a super-saturated version of the image being used as a reference image. I also see it give me the same image over and over again even when I change the prompt. While this didn't bother me so much when I thought I had unlimited credits being a full paying creative cloud user - I was just told I am out of my credits and have to wait until Feb 2 for more.  When I first started using it I wondered how you were going to manage credits when it only gets it right about 50% of the time. I have learned to be more and more specific about requests but there is nothing I can do to control the repeat images or the over-saturation issue. 

Hello, when generating videos in Adobe Firefly, errors constantly occur and videos don't generate, but credits are constantly being debited. Only one video is generated out of 5-10 requests. My prompts don't contain any sensitive or prohibited queries. What could be the problem?

I am having issues after I create an image. Whenever I offer prompts or changes to a created image the system makes changes to image I did not request. Also when I request changes like colors the image becomes more distorted and less refined with each prompt.

Even though I closed the browser, Restarted my PC and tried it too many times..Still has the same problem..Please fix it Thank you

Salve, ho sempre generato video di neonati che parlano, con veo 3.1 fast, ma da qualche giorno non porta a termine il caricamento, dicendomi "si è verificato un errore" o "caricamento non riuscito". Potreste gentilmente spiegarmi il motivo.

je ne peux pas utliser adobe firefly , je ne peux pas généré une image
