No way to generate Firefly prompts after calling the web app. Credits are debited despite errors.
Dear Sir or Madam,I have a Firefly subscription and have had a fundamental problem for about 2 weeks after calling up your Firefly app on the Internet and entering my prompts. After clicking on GENERATE, the usual screen no longer appears, but only a strange hairy creature in a circle with the following subtitle: "The app doesn't.Try again later".My credits were at 100/100 today. After the error message, unfortunately, only 96/100 credits were left. For each unsuccessful attempt, 4 credits are debited from my account without me receiving any benefit / no result.
I would like to politely ask you to check the error, unlock me again and credit me with the credits I lost.As a contributor, I depend on a well-functioning Adobe system.I would like to thank you in advance for your help in this matter. Please let me know when I can continue working properly again.
