I've upgraded but every time I try to generate a video I get something went wrong

My firefly images are not saving to the creative cloud new default library.

Before I paid for a subscription plan video generation was working, after I paid it no longer works, Ive tried several diff browsers and images to generate the video from and all it says it cant load after 2 seconds and shows a monkey avatar image. I am using windows 10, I tried firefox, chrome and internet explorer

You seem to be trying to be way to micromanaging with prompts. It cripples your product and will be an uphill battle. I had a prompt of "man praying with his hands up" and it told me that it violates the community guidelines. I'm assuming that it was just the term "hands up" because "hands raised" did not get the same message. I realize you need to be responsible but you have next to no control over what people do with your product. Lower the bar a bit. Violence and nudity are one thing, but you guys are going a bit overboard.

All my favorites in Firefly are not showing up.I see Generation History and a Style Kit.

Why are my innocent family photos with the prompt "Happy family having amicable conversation" not meeting your guidelines?

Hello, I keep getting the error message, "We can't process this prompt because the reference imagedoesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again" even though I'm uploading PG images of myself that I own. Thanks for any help!

Sallve, nonostante abbia un abbonamento compleato alla suite Adobe non riesco ad accedere all'intelligenza artificiale. Attualmente riesco a sfruttarla solo in lightroom e non in photoshop o dal sito di Firefly. Come posso risolvere il problema?

I just finally got access to Firefly and subscribed to the 1st package. I noticed some issues with some of the basic prompt changes. The first results are usually great, then, a minor adjustment leads to results that are very far off the description. for example I've set it to static and wrote specific commands that I'd like the camera to remain in place as it was in the first trial but as I tried to fix it more and more the results got worse and off prompt and I've wasted 1000 credits trying to simply keep the frame static as is.

Hello, I created a Firefly video from a still of a dragon that I own. After a few tries I got what I wanted, but the dragon moving through the background has grey cloud around it that shows even if remove background in Premiere Pro.  Any ideas how to remove it? Thanks aheada of time! Michael

How do you send me an email telling me I'm in after waiting on the list for months. Then tell me I have no permission/access. Adobe fix this.

bonjour , j'ai l'impression que les filtres sont un peu TROP excesives , une image de portrait laqué de caramel rouge (comme une pomme d'amour)  ou deux corps pris dans les bras ? c'est  gore? ou violente? ou pornographique?   je ne comprends pas . 

Ich bekomme keine meldung wenn ich auf "Generieren" bei Bild zu video klicke der button ist nach dem klicken einfach grau 😄 Eine fehlermeldung oder so kommt nicht und ich sollte eig. noch genug credits haben... Vlt. ist eines der referenz bilder zu groß? Ist ein 15mb png 

I had to log out of my account to start a new video

Ive tried firefly image to video with family photos and also architectural 3d renders that i have created and both times the image im using as the first frame flags the content filter. Its far far far too aggressive. A picture of a man shouldnt hit the filter and neither should a picture of a building. Has anyone got any ideas why this is happening? What part of the user guidelines could this possibly be in violation of?

Dear Adobe Support Team,I hope you're having a great day. I am reaching out regarding an issue with unexplained deductions of my generative credits in Adobe Firefly. Over the past few days, I have noticed that my credits are decreasing even when I haven't actively used any AI features.Last night, I had 300 credits remaining. This morning, after refreshing the Firefly page, my balance dropped to 200 credits. I had three browser tabs open, and when I refreshed all of them, my credits decreased further to 160. This issue has been repeating every day, and I am concerned that my credits are being deducted incorrectly.Moreover, I recently had 1000 credits, and now I have only 100 left. It is impossible for me to have used them up so quickly since I only use Photoshop and Adobe Firefly, and I have been using generative features very sparingly.Could you please investigate this issue and clarify what might be causing these unauthorized deductions? I would appreciate any information or a solutio
