Suddenly I'm having this issue, only the onscreen panel is broken, I can't load textures or even change channels or use the alt-click function, etc.   But, the floating panel is working!    ????

Hello, I’ve correctly setup my Omniverse Nucleus and exchange seems to work from Substance painter to Create, but not when I first load a mesh into Create and then want to import it into Substance painter. In Substance Painter I have this message  [Script] file:///C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Substance 3D Painter/qml/AlgWidgets.2/AlgScrollView.qml:101:5: QML ColumnLayout: Binding loop detected for property "y" Not sure what's the issue, I can sync files already imported in Substance Painter, they load correctly in Create and they update perfectly so it's just the import mesh from Omninverse to Substance Painter that doesn't seem to work.  Is this a known bug ? Hello everyone!I'm having a very weird problem and would be greatful if someone could help me...Whenever I try to change the resolution of my project from ''2k to 4k'', or ''2k to 1k'' half of my textures stop working or dont show properly.Which Is something that never happened before and I can't find anywhere a reason for that or a way to fix it.Project in 2kWhen changed to 4k And remaking the project cannot be a solution as again I never had this problem before...

Since I updated to Version 8.1.0 anytime I go to File/New then File Select which pops up the windows browser window Substance Painter crashes to windows without an error report.Or if I open a recent file and go to project configuration and try to reimport a mesh which opens the windows browser window it crashes back to desktop. I can no longer even use the software...   (I'm running Windows 10, latest updates and an Nvidia GTX 1080 with most recent drivers)

I have this problem with the program, i fixed the UV's and try in another computer and work fine but in my computer this happens, i dont know how to fixed, please help

Hi,I saved and closed my substance yesterday to end it for that day. When I wanted to open it again it substance crashed and I have no clue why. If anyone has a clue to why this is happenning I would be pleased. I've put a lot of work in that one and would like to recover it.

Hello, I use Substance Painter 2022 ver8.1 (from Steam) on Macbook Pro M1 max. It opens and imports models fine but whenever I apply a shader, it seems to have problem generating the preview in viewport and crashes instantly. It happens on any models.Is there a way to revert to old version of SP from Steam? It worked perfectly fine until my recent update.

Hi.Since yesterday every single model I try to render crashes substance painter.I can texture with absolutley no issues but the second I go to render mode it crashes. This is new models, saved painter files and even the sample files. I havent changed anything on my computer as far as I am aware. I have uninstalled and reinstalled painter and the problem is the same. Any help appreciated. Thx

My file keeps crashing. I have tried various versions and they also crash. Has substance just updated so that we can't work anymore? I'm at a loss. I have been working on this file for weeks and it is only now crashing at every move.  A few things to note:-I'm working on a macbook pro, m1 max 64ram 1TB-I've deleted everything off my computer to give this as much room as possible-I know it is a massive file size but I have reduced it (by exporting layers of paints as pngs and reimporting them) I also have 500gig free to cope-I have tried both import to file and linked to library options-I have worked on a bigger version of this file with no problems (other than speed)-I see the errors on resources but those were on my other files with no problems, and I really don't know how to fix this. Attaching 2 log files Please help.   

Substance Painter's hex color code is still broken. It's the bug where you try to type in a hex color code but it automatically turns into all zeros. I know this but has been reported numerous times, but we are halfway into 2022, and still no fix. It's rather inconvenient for my particular work. Is there any fix in sight? Is an update coming anytime soon? Thanks.

After the new Windows update today, Substance Painter will open, I can open old files but if I create a new file, I get to the point where I can import the FBX file and I get a corrupted explorer window and the program bombs out without any warning or error message.  Windows 10 64PRo, Nvidia Studio Drivers. AMD Ryzen 7, RTX 2070. Painter 8.1.0 What I've done: 1. Updated graphics drivers (Nvidia Studio drivers)2. Run DISM/restore health3. Run SFC / scannow4. Uninstalled, then reinstalled.  Issue still continues. I have installed 7.4.3 to continue working. I don't get the corrupted import window when I use this version.   

This has happened with the newest version of Substance Painter 8.1.0 from the Steam version, on a Windows 10 System. My model has intersecting surfaces. This is intended and needed. In my case, not all faces are always intersecting in the same spot due to animations. As such, I need to clean up the black AO in some of the intersecting areas.Prior to version 8.1.0 using an AO channel with "replace" could overwrite the baked AO map on faces with intersections to clean up black spots where needed (the method used can be seen in AOSettings.png and AOReplacement.png). I have done this multiple times in the past and it worked without issues then.With version 8.1.0 the AO channel is still displayed as overwritten (see NoMultiplyAO.png) as intended. However, the AO in overlapping sections nonetheless remains unaffected (see NoMultiply.png).The issue is due to AO and not any other channel as can be seen when multiplying the AO of the entire section by 0 (see MultiplyAO.png) and overlaying

I've tried all solutions that I believe I found through web search, at my wits end on these black dots.  My troubleshooting: Checked normals, apply scale, UV unwrap is perfect, no overlapping anything, no duplicate vertices/edges/faces, updated to the latest Nvidia drivers, baked with varying methods (dialation, subsampled anti-aliasing, you name it) I cant for the life of me get rid of these black dots. Someone please help.

Across multiple different files with different models fully unrelated I cannot export any textures.Nothing I have done seems to do anything to export anything out of substance now. I have exported on a variety of the pre built custom pre sets to no change.I really need to get my software working for my job ASAP.Log attached here as well as screenshots. 

About a week ago, i suddenly started seeing black blocking on my exported textures. I havent changed any settings in blender or painter. Laptop is less than a year old, amd ryzen 5000series 7 nvidia geforc rtx.  Please help. Im still pretty noobish with substance painter but I havent changed any settings. 

I just updated Substance Painter and to my surprise, I lost all the materias I had already downloaded from the Assets Store. To be clear, I aready had Adobe Substance, this is not due to the Allegorithmic -> Adobe shelf migration. Is there any way to get them back? I wouldn't like to have to spend more downloads to get what I already got before.

I just updated Substance Painter today and got this issue for the first time.When I export (no matter the file type I select) I get a black base color. I have tested this with multiple files and got the same results. *Log attached. I hope this helps!

The file was made in previous version to 8.1.0 and opened after substance updated. After saving that file in new program version, it wont open anymore causing substance to crash. Includen the austosave version of this file. 

Hi, it seems like there has been a recent update and now I get the error "We cant verify your subscription status" Ive rebooted, no change.  All of my other Adobe apps (CC) work fine.  I am fully connected to the internet, and I cant see any issues as to why this is happening.  Any ideas?  I have deadlines to meet! https://prnt.sc/tO_2JdRhGK-l

I would really like to trail this software before purchasing, any ideas on what to do here please? 

The attached video shows this entire process, but:1) Import .abc or alembic file2) Change view to half 3D half 2d (3D/2D) To see my UVs while I paint3) Canvas is strangely blank. Maybe they are outside of the canvas somewhere.4) Zoom Out 30 times to locate the UVs.5) UVs are found but bigger than the canvas, outside of the bounds of the canvas, undeditable(not paintable), and the two islands for front and back of the shirt are now overlapping on the sleeve.How can I fix this?

Hi! A problem I have recently encountered multiple times now are my masks, or portions of masks, changing unexpectedly while using a combination of Mesh Masking and Layer Masking. A scenario - i setup regions of a character, masking a group to the mesh, then child layers to parts and pieces. Occasionally, the painted masking will change, or the Mesh masking will change, and the expected layers are not visible. Painter will output this corrupted result, and often if i turn a layer off, then on again it will fix the visual issue. has anyone else expereinced this, or are there workarounds that dont involve not using mesh masking?

Important Note: I am using a Substance Painter liscense and installation distributed by Steam.I've been working on an important portfolio project in version 7.4.3. Steam automatically updated my Substance Painter to version 8.1.0 on June 7th. Since then, I have not been able to load or open this particular project without Substance Painter immediately crashing. I have 3 or so different save files & back ups of this project, and none of them can be opened. I'm thankful this is a personal project and not part of a deadline.I've troubleshot my installation; deleted its preferences and settings, files & registries. Tried verifying the installataion, and also reinstalled. No luck. Sent bug reports within the software as well.With my Liscense from Steam: Is it possible to provide me with a standalone version of Substance Painter 7.4.3? I have read on older forum posts that it may possible.

Substance 3D painter version 8.1.0 build 1699 / Windows 10Attached are four images, the first three to explain the Eraser tool issue, and the last one to explain the brush alignment one.Eraser issue. accidentally right click while I was erasing over and maybe I end clicking in option, but it seems everything works as usual but then I notice that the Grayscale resource is missing and in the upper area the thumbnail says "No material" so far the Tool works as expected, I tried to restore it choosing different option within the search popup but didn"t want to accept anything.I tried the more logic ones like "grayscale" (as you can see in the third image) but nothing changes.Is a waste of time try to look the missing resource in that popup? Is there a way to restore the Eraser and Brush preference to the original without re-installing the whole software?Second and final question. I prefer to work with my brush or eraser using the "UV" alignment option in
