I recently did the update to both Illustrator and Photoshop and now my shortcut key for Close (Ctl+W) is not working. Anyone else having this issue or know of a way to solve this issue? It's driving me insane. Thanks!
Hallo, ich wollte heute Loightroom updaten, weil mir gerschrieben wurde, dass es nicht aktuell ist. Update ging nicht, ich wollte es dann deinstallieren und wieder installieren doch dann war es wieder vorbei und ich bekam die Fehlermeldung: Ich kann es auch nicht manuell deinstallieren bei Windows -. diese komischen "Schatten"-datein werden zwar angezeigt aber lassen sich nicht deinstallieren. Wenn ich auf Laufwerk C gehe, sind sie weg.
Hi Adobe Collegues, I am running on Windows 10 and desperately trying to to update Creative Cloud. No matter what I do I keep receiving Error 202. The issue is definitely not "because there is no space on the disk" and tried reinstalling the app and still receiving it. I've called Support numerous times before and eventually a temp fix would be found. However I'm very tired of getting Error 202 and need this fixed permanently. Can anyone help with any tips and tricks on how to resolve this issue? Thanks so much.
Adobe creative cloud is not working on my mac air m2, that is, my photoshop, illustrator programs are not connecting to the cloud storage, when I enter my creative cloud program, my program does not update, it does not want to update at all, if anyone knows, please help
No consigo solucionar el problema, cuando abro cualquier aplicacion me sale enseguida error y no me deja usar la aplicacion, tengo entendido que la licencia sirve para dos computadoras y deberia dejarme usar. Alguien puede ayudarme?

Cliquez sur Réessayer pour relancer le téléchargement et l'installation. (Code d'erreur : 136)". Creative Cloud creates a link to the "Creative Cloud Files Personal Account..." folder in the Finder sidebar. If you delete this link, it will be created again. This behavior should be able to be switched off.

My Photoshop and my Adobe Creative Cloud are having a synchronization problem with the servers and the Cloud... They say it's a problem with my internet, as it is always connected... As a result, I can't use Photoshop's AI either, Does anyone know how I can solve this?

There was some sort of issue today with the latest windows update and I went in and tried to update the Adobe Creative Cloud and ever since then. It's telling me that another installer has been running which I have zero other installers running for Creative Cloud. I am running on a windows 10. Upon first opening the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (ACCDA) this morning, I noticed the ACCDA looked and felt very different. I do not remember an update occurring, that could be of course an oversite. But the issue is that a section called Essential Apps showed up, and it was missing several Apps, the big one being LrC (Photography Plan). And yes, after accomplishing the various updates (PS, then Lr, then LrC, naturally ACR occurred along with PS) nothing changed in terms of Essential Apps. If I search in the ACCDA on Essential Apps, very few show up. LrC was not one of themI igned out of ACCDA, signed back in, and then the ACCDA did show LrC as an essential App. (and a few more). Interestingly If I now search on Essential Apps, fewer show up, probably just listing those in my plan that I have not bothered installing. This behavoir is going to irritate many LrC users. It has caused a Discussion (ref 1)I would say that a minor bug exists in ACCDA. (REF 1):

Hello, i am not able to delete the marked Folder/link. I tried it with changes in the registre as adobe recommende on this page : https://helpx.adobe.com/at/creative-cloud/kb/remove-cc-files-folder-shortcut-navigation-panel.html.This folder doesn't appear. I always get this error message. Any advice for me? All Adobe software (also Windows) are updated.ThanksEva
i had to delete creative cloud because it kept crashing so i decided to redownload it, ive been trying to on my macbook for weeks and it is not downloading, it just loads up until 5%, goes all the way to 100% very quickly, then the installer goes away, and nothing is downloaded, the same thing happened when i tried to download after effects again. i am soooo lost can someone explain why that could possibly happen. what could i do to avoid this and download what i need?heres a detailed example of what happens: 1: go on adobe website signed in and press download creative cloud2: download "Creative_Cloud_Installer" to documents3: double click the folder to install adobe creative cloud and open4: enter password and start installing it downloads for seconds, goes to 100% then everything goes away and the installer is gone and i am left with nothing. what is happening?? help
Buggy sign in. I'm on Windows 11 Pro running the latest version of CC and all installed apps. Yesterday I installed Creative Cloud and my CC Apps on a new WIndows PC, and today when I opened Photoshop, it asked me to sign in again, and then didn't recognize my device. It shows my two activated computers, one of which is this one, named correctly and successfully activated yesterday, but has added an inactive one called "This device". Apprently it thinks this is a different computer today that it was yesterday. I have not renamed it since before I activated yesterday. So I had to deactivate the one that was named correctly yesterday, and activate the new phantom "This device" in order to use my apps. Why did it not recognize my device? It worked fine yesterday. It was nice to have the device named correctly on the activated devices page. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!UPDATE: I think this is a Windows 11 problem, not

Not sure if this belongs here or with LrC which is installed on my computer. But since one of the programs has "Creative Cloud" as its name, I've posted this here. The two progams that I've now disabled in order to get other programs to execute properly are:Creative Cloud.exe. If this program is running in the background it causes an H&R Block tax preparation program called "H&R Block Business 2023" to fail in numerous ways shortly after you start to use it. Sometimes the program issues a diagnostic indicating some type of file access failure. But at other times there is no diagnostic, just a crash or hang.updaterstartuputility.exe. If this program is running in the background the age-old Notepad takes a very long time to start up. When this program is disabled, Notepad starts instantaneously.The immediate work-around is to disable both of these programs from starting up by going to the "Startup apps" panel in Task Manager and then rebooting Windows.
