 The images in the Layer are still showing up. It doesn't turn off the layer.

copying image with text from indesign to photoshop, does not keep text format 

Initially bug with text was only when saving as pdf where text would get messed up by mirroring it or rotating each letter. Now the bug is in illustrator as a program when editing the actual illustrator file. Also issues with fonts changing and text not being editible (eg. line spacing etc.) despite being normal text which should be editible. 

when moving a selected object in doc settings using inches, one press on the up, down, left, or right arrow moves the object 8 inches (instead of a nudge).

When I turn off a Layer (click the eye), so it wont show up. The images in the Layer are still showing up. It doesn't turn off the layer.

The program does not update image links; the previous Illustrator program did. 

I’m using the Blend tool with three stars: two at the bottom of the art board and one in the middle at the top, to form a pointed shape. Then I adjust the number of steps to five. The result is looks balanced, with a normal distribution of the objects in between the stars. Then, with the Direct Selection tool, I select the middle of the created path (of the Blend) and drag the circle down, to form a curve. The curve is created, but instead of dragging down the middle star, it moves to one side. The result is an unbalanced shape. If I use the “Convert the selected anchor points to smooth” option instead, the result looks balanced, but the distribution of the stars in the Blend is now skewed. Balanced BlendUnbalanced after moving the middle anchor point ‘smoothing point’ down​Uneven distribution after choosing “Convert selected anchor points to smooth”​This is all on MacOS 15.7.4 as well as MacOS 26.3

There is no way to get the stylus pressure working on Illustrator. I tried going through the settings of the brush, enabling/disabling Wacom support, trying all the options for windows ink, and also switchin to the touch setup.One interesting thing, once I saw it working for the first stroke, but is unclear why, and I was never able to reproduce the situation. Furthermore, by trying changing the brushes, time to time the brush does not write at all, and only after changing some settings (even getting back to the very same one) it resumes writing.In the very same machine and system, Photoshop works perfectly fine. 

Everytime I copy and paste a gradient mesh it becomes an image on my Macbook's Illustrator 2026. I works normally on illustrator 2025 and on a windows pc. I don't have anything installed that would affect this.  *I have already posted this but i had to go on a trip and wasn't able to respond to the request to test a solution of the adobe support person who answered (Anubhav), so the post was deleted haha? :] I was not aware my account would be reset for not answering quick enough Either way, i was asked to change the name of three folders in the Cache, Adobe Support and Library - adding ".old" at the end of each and launch it from creative cloud and it did not solve it.  I'm also not using the beta version but there's no bug report category for the normal one to select.

イラストレーター使用中に図形にぼかしを入れましたが勝手にぼかし具合が大きくなり図形を元に戻せなくなりました。今までイラストレーターを使用中にそのようなソフトの不具合は見たことがなかったのでソフトの不具合であれば返金してもらいたいと考えてますが同じような症状を確認した方はいますか？

Le rectangle de contenu reste à la bonne position, mais les objets qu’il contient sont déplacés.Ce problème est déjà survenu trois fois, sur des fichiers enregistrés localement et non modifiés entre-temps. Ce sont des fichiers techniques destinés à l’impression, donc ce genre de décalage peut avoir des conséquences importantes.Je ne sais pas s’il s’agit d’un bug ou d’une erreur de manipulation, mais je préfère vous en faire part.Je vous joins une capture d’écran du problème. Lately, Adobe Illustrator has been testing my patience.Whether i make a copy on simple vectors or larger projects, it randomly freezes, lags, or just vanishes. No error, no warning – just gone. I’ve tried:Updating to the latest versionClearing preferencesDisabling GPU performanceReducing file size & artboards Still, the crashes keep happening. &#x1f605It’s frustrating when deadlines are tight and hours of work vanish in a click. Is this just me, or is Illustrator going through a “mid-life crisis”?If you’ve found a fix (or at least a way to make it crash less), I’m all ears. 🙌 

Please look at improving the graph tools, I have not used them for some time due to the time it takes to get them looking the way I need, using Apple Numbers instead but I forced myself yesterday…There has been no update for years and this could be so useful.

I was working in outline mode on a drawing that requires specific measurements to be applied, when i zoomed in and attempted the operation, zoom stopped working and then the software froze, it accepts the button inputs of the and reacts (i see the percentage changing when I attempt to zoom out again, but overall system is unresponsive. making me lose my work since now I have to reset the document.  

Les équivalents claviers habituels pour la manipulation de texte ne marchent plus. Augmenter/diminuer le corps, l’interlignage, le décalage vertical… Si on les reconfigure. Même problème.

Illustrator Beta (30.3) keeps freezing when opening the …-menu and font weight menu from contextual task bar with Windows on ARM laptop.Steps to reproduce:Select text, try to open font weight menu from contextual task bar.

Mousing over path elements does not highlight them and selecting them is really difficult by clicking.https://imgur.com/a/cKdemTj When the pointer is over a selectable element, it usually changes to indicate that there’s something beneath it. And you can see it change the pointer a couple of times. But trying to select the lines by clicking on them or around them just doesn’t work.If I drag a marquis around a part of it, sometimes it will select the path. Sometimes, though, it just won’t. I have had to quit Illustrator and go back to an older version because it just doesn’t select paths anymore.It might just be open paths or even paths that came from shape elements. Even after I have selected  a path, trying to move it is next to impossible because grabbing it deselects.Also, as noted in the video, sometimes it will select if I grab an endpoint, but not in the middle. Very strange behavior.

I am not able to search my files under project button on the left panel however the search option is available in MY FILES section ... its very hard to find a single file manually from thousands that I have created

Ai keeps on freezing when trying to access font filters

Took me a bit to realize what was happening - whenever I used the new "Pick color from an object" feature (which I love, by the way) it would behave as expected, pick the color I needed, even able to set a fill color with another object's stroke color, vice versa.  But when I clicked OK to set the color and close the color picker window, my color would set to white/off-white.  I thought it was broken and lost hope until I noticed that the color I selected would stick if I hit enter to close the color picker rather than click OK.   The "Pick color from an object" feature remains active until color picker closes, and does not deactivate after selecting the first color, as i was expecting it to.  So it was selecting the pressed/active color of the OK button, setting my color to that gray right before closing the color picker.  (I'm on an older Mac Pro running Tahoe 26.2)

A quand l application adobe illustrator sur galaxy book 4 edge ?

I'm learning Illustrator, so I'm not very good at it. I just wrote a word, randomly colored it, tried to export to SVG for further editing in AE, but I can't do this seemingly simple thing. I'm attaching a screenshot of the video. I would be grateful for your help.

There is a blue flashing glitch in the latest Illustrator Beta version.
