I have over 4000 photos showing the "Not Backed Up, Corrupt Original" alert, all the images are present on my drive and as far as I can tell, not currupt. Like others I have seen report this issue, my images are stored on a NAS, it is hichly impractical to store all these images locally.Unless a solution is already out there, I am requesting a re-sync feature to be added to lightroom, as mannually deleteing and re-importing my images is incredibly time consuming/frusterating a leave room for error and loss of work.
My goal is to connect my Sony A7R4 (ILCE-7RM4) directly to lightroom to import images. Or evern better, full tethering, but importing images would be fine for now. Works great with Capture One Mobile, but C1 mobile sucks. Lightroom Mobile detects that my camera has been connected. My camera shows up. But the circle just spins. I have verified all the permissions and settings for the Lightroom App, as well as the Files and Folders under Privacy and Security. Everything seems fine. Tried on iPad Pro (12.9") 6th Gen (MP653LL/A) which I think is still the latest. As well as iPhone 15 Pro Max using about 6 different USB-C cables. I've also tried with the USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter using a standard USB cable. Ideally I just want it to connect with a usb-c cable from the ipad/iphone to the camera, but whatever works.
The "Copy all" keyboard shortcut is not working properly (ctrl+shift+c). Normally when I pressed the shortcut, the "Copy all" dialog box would open. Now when I press it, nothing happens, and then it must be pressed a second time for the dialog box to open. This was never an issue until roughly two updates ago from the current version. This error occurs no matter which action is active. From the edit panel, masking, healing, etc... Pressing the shortcut makes the screen flicker, then pressing it again finally causes the shortcut to work. Hopefully this bug can be corrected. Working on a PC, Windows 11, Lightroom (cloud based), latest version of Lr. All PC updates are current, and this error also occurs on my home PC, which is a brand new Alienware that is also fully updated.
Lightroom forgets my vignette settings when I set one, close the photo and open it again. It shows the correct edit for a short time and then sets the vignette back to 0. I'm using version 6.1 from the Mac App Store. The bug is reproducible and happens all the time on all of my photos. It doesn't matter if the photo is currently being synced or not. {Thread title updated by moderator}
Using the most recent version/update in Lightroom. For several days I have been avidly deleting photos to make room. Thousands of photos deleted. I have rarely seen the blue pop-up stating so. Almost none of the deleted photos have been even though they were initially darkened as if they were being deleted. Three full days of deleting and they are all still there. Complete waste of my time.
I've got Lightroom v 6.3.1 and have been using Lr for ages and it been working fine. On opening it up this morning it came up with a message saying "Updating - Lightroom needs to do some housekeeping". It then opens the app OK but as soon as I try to do anything with a photo e.g. export it after processing or access one of the menus it crashes. I've restarted the computer, I've uninstalled 6.3.1. and gone back to 6.3 but no joy (interestingly when I ran 6.3 for the first time it came up with the same "Updating - Lightroom needs to do some housekeeping". I'm on Windows 10 (and it's up to date - today), and have sent a error report. Any ideas on what to do please?
I have been having issues with Lightroom crashing upon launch. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but I still have the same problem. This has happened for several months, and I have sent several crash reports, and the issue has still not been solved. Can someone please advise and help with a fix for this issue? Thanks.
iPad Pro M2 1TB/16GB iPadOS 16.5.1 Lightroom updated to the newest version. Issue: When exporting picture with the new "save to device" option, the picture won't be saved to device if you make any acton inside Lightroom before green pop-up "Saved to device" appears. Step by step for bug reproduction: 1. Click Share -> Save to device 2. Progress bar shows in the middle of the screen saying something like "Exporting" 3. After this progression bar is fully loaded, there is like a one second delay and then green pop up appears on the bottom of the screen saying something like "saved to device" The problem is, there is like a one second delay between step 2 and 3, so after seeing progression bar fully loaded, I naturally want to move to do a new task, switching photo, or exporting somethine else, it doesn't matter what I do, but as long as I do anything before this green pop-up appears, the photo won't be saved to device. This means, that in orderd for the photo to b
When I use the "/" key, like previous updates, Lightroom shows me my original photo. Unfortunately in the most recent update it's show my original with my Tone Curve changes still applied, so it's showing a false "orignal" beacause it does not truely remove all of my edits. You'll notice in my attached clip below, my white balance change is removed when I toggle the original, but my tone curves remain applied. Please let me know if you have a solution or even if you have experienced a similar big.
For the past few months, I have been encouting issues where Lightroom will not let me import photos dispite there being plently of room on the volume. This is makeing Lightroom unuasble.
Hello, I am reaching out because Lightroom crashes on my computer on start up. I have already Lightroom classic and Photoshop installed and working fine but I cannot get Lightroom to run. The error I get is more or less (translated from french) the following : Win32 API error 126 (The specified module is not found) when calling ::LoadLibrary from getCFunction What I already tried : - Uninstall + Reinstall (even older versions) - Uninstall + Reinstall Microsoft Visual Studio all versions - Try to select different GPU drivers I might also tell you that I have an AMD GPU (RX 6700) with its latest drivers. I also do not have any windows update to install, I am up to date. Could someone help me please ?
iPhone 14 Pro Max, (also previous 12 Pro Max) latest IOS and Lightroom. Phone Volume Control, ProGrip or small remote trigger. First of all, I have finally narrowed this issue down to Lightroom Mobile.ISSUE - Volume control direct or via Bluetooth does not operate the Lightroom camera shutter. When using my iPhone as my camera (video and still) I mostly use the Lightroom Camera. However I have always had an issue when using the volume button and Bluetooth device to trigger the camera, but it felt weird as once it started working then it was fine, (always fine with any other app). I have finally been able to reliably replicate the issue.SYMPTOMS.When Lightroom and the camera is open and the phone goes into lock mode the volume control takes time, undefined but greater than 10 seconds, with multiple volume control presses when I bring the camera out of lock mode to start working.This never happens when first opening the app and go to the camera.Always happens when the phone goes into loc
Lr on android not showing collection image count like it does for iphone. When you select a collection if filter it it doesn't show how many images are in that set. In iphone it works fine Ron
I just updated both iPhone and iPad to OS17, each time upon launch Lightroom (latest build), there's this popup prompt the "Settings" and "OK" does nothing, the Lr app works fine after it. But this prompt repeats every fresh Lightroom re-launch, on both the iPhone and iPad, rather annoying. It might be just another Apple security releated tightdown in the new OS. is there a walkaround for this issue or a fix is comming?
Updated Lightroom CC and Ipad last night. CC desktop has the camera profiles but they're missing from the Ipad app. Suspect this is an oversight, but it's a big impact on my workflow. Please correct ASAP.
Hello, I am using the recent 8.50 Lightroom update, and it is continually crashing on 2 different Android devices. Is anyone else having the same issue?
Lightroom mobile/iPad watermark bug Version of app: 8.4 Ipad Pro and IPhone X both on os 16.5 When exporting the photo, turn slider on for watermark then click customise under watermark, use the horizontal and vertical sliders to try and position a small watermark in corner of the photo. The sliders can't go below 0 or higher than 100 meaning certain size watermarks can't be placed in the very corner. I think Adobe need to give the option to go below 0 and above 100 on the horizontal and vertical sliders so that this can be resolved.
Whenever i trying to enhance image or adjusting colors, lightroom keep crashing. i reinstalled it and deleted preference but it's not working.</crashreport>
Heavy user on the long exposure functionality and sad I cannot access technology previews on my iphone 14 pro max. Can adobe bring this back?
I'm using Lightroom for iOS and import video from gallery to LR and export it back to gallery, the video date is set to the date of export, not the original date of the video. There is no such problem for photos. Is there a way to fix it for videos? Thanks in advance
The behavior is strange when the display magnification is set to 50% or less. 200%→click image→Fit→click image→200% (no problem) 200%→50%→click image→Fit→click image→200% (problem) Display magnification is not fixed when set to less than 100%. It becomes the 100% or more magnification that was set immediately before. Windows11、10、Lightroom6.4 {Thread title updated by moderator}
With the latest update, the brush cursor now disappears when pressing the alt key. For example, if I am applying a brush, but need to make a quick erasure, I would normally press the alt key for the eraser. When I do this, the brush cursor disappears, so I can't see what I'm doing. The same issue occurs if I am erasing, and switch to the brush using the alt key. This is an issue for me, as I use the brush to do extremely precise masking jobs. Having to physically swap the brush each time by selecting it from the menu, rather than use the keyboard shortcut, is extremely tedious and time consuming. I have two computers with Lightroom, and both have had this issue since the last update. Please fix it! Running the latest version of Lightroom as of 1-09-23 on Windows 11 (fully up to date)
Hello! I updated to the Lightroom 6.3 version and now I can not add my graphic watermark. I was able to last night but now this monring after the updated I am no longer allowed to. I can use the text watermark though. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's something that's new. Please let me know if it's something I need to fix on my end. Thank you!
