Hello! I updated to the Lightroom 6.3 version and now I can not add my graphic watermark. I was able to last night but now this monring after the updated I am no longer allowed to. I can use the text watermark though. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's something that's new. Please let me know if it's something I need to fix on my end. Thank you!
Being able to create content with just your GoPro and Lightroom Mobile is extremely useful for people who are in the field and need to get footage uploaded. With the newer GoPro cameras that run 5k 60fps, Lightroom can not handle the footage for whatever reason. Even when shooting in 4k60 Lightroom still can't handle the footage. I am running an iPhone 13 with latest iOS and Lightroom. Lightroom mobile can process 4k60 footage from older GoPros (hero 9 or older) however the 10&11 produce footage that Lightroom doesn't agree with. This is an incredibly irritating issue and the built in tools on the GoPro app are extremely lacking especially when editing underwater footage. You can not scrub through footage or export it. The app just crashes every time you try and work with the footage. I'm not sure if anyone is aware of the issue nor would they be without someone to tell them. The Lightroom app is incredibly powerful for underwater gopro footage but not being able to export it in 4K
Greetings to all I have problem with lightroom randomly crashes in difirent scenarios In can crush when i selecet masking tool, or when i open presets, or when i open some thing another. Every 5-15 minutes at work (does not crash out when idling) My pc: Windows 11, cpu Intel i5 12400f, gpu nvidia rtx 3070ti, 32 ram. All soft is updated. What i try: reinstal lightroom / reinstal gpu drivers using ddu from safe mode, closing afterburner and rtss (no effects). Version of the app: Lightroom 6.3.1 Platform and OS version: Windows 11 Pro, 22H2 Intel Core i5-12400F RAM 32,0 GB ASRock Z690M-ITX/axNVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 When specific type of masks are applied to photo, live preview of Yours and some Premium presets not working. The problem concerns "automatic" masks: Sybject, Sky, Background, People and Subject. The problem does not concern "manual" masks: Brush, Linear, Radial, Color Range and Luminance Range. I've tried resetting Lightroom preferences (alt+shift), turned on/off GPU acceleration, cleared cache. At the end I reinstalled Lightroom but nothing changed.
In Lr desktop app preference panel, Italian localisation, the local disk free space lebel is "Gratuito". It should be "Libero". "Gratuito" means "free of charge". "Libero" maens "available". See the attached screenshot. Ciao! Guido
I used to be able to press the C key to open the Crop panel, make a change, then press C again to save the change and close the panel so I can move to the next image or do something else. Now, with the latest Lightroom CC 6.3 update, pressing the C key the second time doesn't save the changes anymore. It resets the image back to the original. How do I reset this or get it fixed?
Hello, I have problems with Lightroom CC iOS app on both iPhone and iPad. Problem is that from time to time (quite offen) happens that app shows error on login and I am not able to continue. I have all photos in Lightroom Classic in catalogue and all photos (103000 photos and 1300 albums) are synced (collections) as a smart previews to Lightroom CC (cloud). PC version of Lightroom CC works great, no problem there. Synchronization works between CC and Classic. Only mobile apps stuck sometime. I noticed that some photos shows unsupported non existing camera profile and I have to click to reload proper one. Do not know how that happend. Another case when this happens is when I download photos offline in mobile app (and close app and open again) - sometimes it is stucked The only way how to fix this to uninstall app and login again, but i have to wait plenty of time until all photos are fetched again = app is unusable when photos are loa
Hi, After I updated to LR CC 5.4, MacOS 11.1, I cannot access the panel to adjust my watermark. There used to be a button to open the watermark panel. Please fix LR CC 5.4 so I can access and update my watermark. Thanks, David
Recently i uploaded some mp4 videos and they seems to be broken played on lightroom app on Android. On Ipad or lightroom web everything correctly. The videos are dark and look like a negative. Best regards Michal

After update the bottom menu covers the rotate handle. How do i rotate my image?
There's a bug in Lightroom for iPhone 8.2.2 related to versions, the app doesn't allow loading photo versions if sync is paused, even if the photo versions were created locally (so: all data is available locally). Steps to reproduce: pause sync edit a photo, apply changes using the "healing/clone/remove" tool create a new version What happens: the new version is created with a "(!)" warning, indicating that it cannot be loaded. Clicking on it shows an error: "This Version could not be loaded because you have paused syncing." What should happen: the new version should be fully working. This was the case in earlier app releases. Also: when healing changes are removed, it is again possible to create a working version. tested on iphone 13 pro max ios16.2
I ahve two problems: 1/Lightoom downloader still recognising permanenntly delted files 2/Downloader saying I have insuffcient storage on my hard drive 1/I have edited my Lightroom CC and permanently deleted files and checked that it has synced with the cloud. I have checked that the same active photos appear on my other devices. I've restarted my computer and restarted downloader - to no avail 2/Downloader says I have insufficent storage: I am still on MAC OS Big Sur 11.7.2 I've checked that I apparently have 295 gb of storage on my Mac and Downloader says I need 36.2gb Can anyone help?
Hi, I have noticed that some (all?) Lightroom CC Guided Tutorials involving the Geometry -> Upright Tool seem to get stuck. To reproduce: - pick a guided tutorial such as "Fixing the Geometry of an Architectural Subject" - "Continue" until you get the "Select the Upright Tool" prompt which points at the tool - Click on the tool - It functions (i.e. you can place the lines, etc.) but the Tutorial will not advance beyond this point and has to be manually clicked through with the "skip" arrows at the top Not that big of a problem (once I'd worked out what I needed to do without the prompts and when to use the skip arrows) but, given how seemlessly everything else in these guided tutorials was working, it did catch me out!
So I'm having a bit of a dilemma. I'm trying to work through the tutorials in the latest Lightroom (6.0) and every single time it wants me to adjust the intensity of a profile I applied to an image, it asks me to use a slider, and all it gives me is the outline of a circle bouncing back and forth, but I can't tell what it wants me to do because I just sit there sliding it back and forth and the tutorial isn't advancing since I can't see the slider itself. I'm running this version of lightroom on a 13" 2022 MBP with the M2 and touchbar.
so on a lot of my earlier photos im getting a legacy settings button appear then dissappear before i can do anything then the photo reverts to a completly unedited state and this cant be changed unless i re-edit it. currently using LR versdion 6.1 on MAC OS while images may have been editied on Ipad or Iphone OS
Olá, tenho plano "Lightroom CC com 1TB" com 523GB de fotos (e poucos vídeos), num total de quase 46 mil fotos. No MacOS (Ventura 13.2.1), Lightroom 6.2, recém instalado - comprei o Mac nesta semana - ao clicar a opção 'Armazenar uma cópia de todas as visualizações inteligentes localmente em "Macintosh HD" recebo aviso que não há espaço suficiente, porque as smart previews dos meus 523GB de fotos estariam tomando 480GB (!!!) e eu só tenho 441GB livres. É certamente um bug, não há como meus RAWs originais enormes terem quase mesmo tamanho de visualizações ditas inteligentes. Já tentei desinstalar o Lightroom e reinstalar (ambos os procedimentos via app Creative Cloud) sem sucesso. Sugestões?! Obrigado!
Lightroom v6.0 Translation ErrorMasking -> Subject Masking -> Preset -> Enhance Eyes These are incorrectly translated into Korean. Subject is not a "제목(Title)" it should be translated into "피사체(subject for photography)""눈 확장(Eye Enlargement)" for "Enhance Eyes" is a wrong translation."눈 향상" might be a better translation for this word. Windows 11, 3840*2160, Text Size 150% only shows first letter of the name of masking>preset menuIf I change the text size from 150% to 100%, it is temporarily solved. By the way, could you change the Korean font for submenu from "굴림체" to other font?I think 맑은고딕, a default Korean font of Windows, is a basic font of Adobe apps for Windows but 굴림체, the worst Korean font ever, is used in submenu of Lightroom.
I just tried til help a friend with installing Lightroom on Mac OS Ventura. Creative Cloud was installed, and I used the button Install on Lightroom in the Creative Cloud app. The installation was performed, and reported Completed. Lightroom button changed to Open.Clicked on Open, but nothing happened.Wide search in Finder for the Lightroom app file, but it was not found on the entire disk.Edit: As Lightroom is tested compatible with Ventura, this is probably related to the installer app or lack of priveleges. See my comment below.
Lightroom version: 6.1 MacOS Version: 12.6 French Azerty Keyboard. When in Detail view, Pressing Z activate 'White balance selector". Pressing Z should Select the image. As in qwerty keyboards Z and W are interverted, I tried to press W. It activates "White balance selector" (which is the awaited result). This bug existed in 4.1 version and have been corrected and well fonctioning. Until this version.
Camera doesn't take photos when using ultra wide lens in professional mode. The screen just "flashes" like it took a photo but it doesn't save it. It only affects ultra wide lens (in all modes except hdr mode). App version is 7.5.2 on iphone 12 pro with ios 16.0
On my Mac and my Android phone, lots of my photos in Lightroom CC revert to displaying the original version when I open them up. The thumbnail versions (when I'm looking at a bunch of photos on the screen at the same time) are correct, showing the edited photos. But when I look at an individual photo, the edited version is replaced by the pre-edited original. This does not happen when I'm using Lightroom for the web, but it happens (for the same photos) on both LR for Mac and LR for Android. (Interestingly, if I export the photo, the software correctly exports the edited version even though it has been showing the pre-edited original on the screen.) Help, please!
Hi,I recently purchased the iPad Pro 12.9 inch tablet specifically so I can edit my photos.I am using light room for iPad 8.0.After editing for short while, the upper panel disappears and the filter button is not visible (along with all the upper panel). I cannot seem to get the panel back.When I exit the program and start it again the panel has reappeared. I am not sure what I am doing to make it disappear.Does anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?
